It started with being left standing for 20 plus minutes in the cold shop to check-in. It took three hours to do a simple oil change and tire rotation which is pathetically slow. I was also told that the price would be $99.98 and the price actually came out to be $101.50 so I felt like I was lied to about the price. and It was a pain in the neck to get an appointment in the first place.

Lousy dealer, waste of time. Brought my 2012 f250 lariat in to trade for 2011 Denali. My truck had 10k fewer miles and platinum warranty.
Lead salesman took 2 hours and offered me $10k on trade for his $33k older higher miles truck. He gave no reason for the insulting offer and then refused to give us the $25 gift card.
I ll go to Boise before I give them one dime.

If there was a negative experience star I would have used that. My car was bright there because is wouldn't start (STARTING DISABLED DUE TO THEFT SYSTEM) they replaced my shifter. Gear cable. And ignition. All costed $995. 2 weeks later my car is having issues starting right away. Exactly 3 weeks my car gets back into theft mode again. I dropped it off 4 days ago and they still haven't "diagnosed" my car.

I live in Homer, so it is not often that I get up to Anchorage. So it was late on a Friday afternoon when I pulled in to see if they could fit in an oil change. They explained that they were about to close up shop. I was thinking I was out of luck, when they said "let me see if I have anyone that can stay late." They found their man that could stay and was glad to complete the service. It is a great team at Alaska Sales and Service.

If you are ok with wasting your money, time, and faith in decent service. Bring your car in so a team of 19 y/o with no life experience can direct you to your service specialist who might be hung over or either didn t graduate junior high hand your vehicle over to mechanics who will work on your car whenever they feel like it. Also, when you are told they will keep your vehicle for another day after you waited in there lobby for over six hours, the manager will tell you there is nothing he can do because no one brought any issues to his attention and then offer you a cab voucher home to make up for your troubles. Such a f*cling joke, only sh*t like this can happen in Alaska.

You have the best staff around town. I purchased several Automobiles from your company. And I can really say with the help of Bud and making everything a smooth process. That is the reason I purchased three trucks and three cars. I really appreciate the service department; attention to detail and really trying their very best to be of help. The sales manager Bau really has my respect and appreciation for ensuring everything was accounted for. Melissa really helped me in parts Department; Now she's in the servicing Department; I get the best service ever. I really appreciate Melissa working in the service department. She is really easy to talk to; and always have a cheerful look on her face. I thank you for hiring such a good staff of people. If not for Bud; I would not have purchased my vehicles from your company; sometimes a salesman can really be the deciding factor in purchasing A new vehicle. I tell my family and friends, about your service and also to ask for Bud or Bau for help when purchasing a car. Those guys really tried their very best to put you in a car that is fully comfortable and in your price range. More than likely; I will purchase my next vehicle from your company because of your staff members like Bud, Melissa and Bau.

Sincerely;

Alfred Sellers

Thanks, Mike Marchant, for getting our vehicle in for its oil change quickly and efficiently! It's so nice to have a service representative we can count on with any problem that arises with our GM vehicles.

I was very disappointed with Alaska Sales & Servic...

I was very disappointed with Alaska Sales & Service. I had previously taken my 2016 Denali 2500 HD there for warranty service on an oil leak. I was told it was the oil pan gasket that was leaking and because I had a six and a half inch BDS Lift on it they were going to charge me $500 in order to replace the gasket on top of what they charged GM for the warranty work. Then I get a call that the oil sending unit gasket needed to be replaced. I cannot say for sure because I was not there but the odds of two gaskets going out on a brand new 15000 mile truck seems a little high to me. My guess is it was the oil sending unit that was originally leaking and they decided to do the extra work of changing the oil pan gasket and charged me the $500 in order to make some more money. The second time I took my vehicle to Alaska Sales & Service I was in a somewhat desperate situation. Living in Kenai I had traveled to Anchorage for business and found that my steering gearbox lashing had come loose. I had about 6 in of play in my steering wheel that has progressively gotten worse on the drive to Anchorage. There was a technical service bulletin issued by GM concerning this defect that I had a copy of it in my hand. I was immediately told by Dave Burgess that it would not be covered under warranty because I had lift kit on it even though this was a technical service bulletin on all 2016 GM 2500 HD. But I was 3 months out of warranty at that point anyway even though there is only 21,000 miles on the truck so I didn't hold that against him. What I did ask is if he would take the 15 minutes that the TSB stated was necessary to tighten the lashing on the steering gear box so that I could safely return to Kenai where I would order a new steering gear box and have it installed at home. Dave laughed, he said there was no way because I didn't have an appointment . When I let him know it would only be 15 minutes according to the TSB as well as one of his own mechanics who reviewed the TSB told him it would only take a short time, he told me I would have to leave it for two or three days in order for them to take the 15 minutes as per the bulletin to tighten the lashing. It was then Dave let me know that they had a "new customer" that they needed to take care of as his reasoning why he couldn't spend the 15 minutes to help me safely return home. As a returning customer my jaw dropped! I left Alaska Sales & Service and look up a mom and pop repair facility close to where I was. I found All Service Automotive approximately 5 miles away. When I arrived there they too were busy. But the service advisor took the time to speak to one of her mechanics and asked him to take a quick look at my truck. He did so and in less than 5 minutes he was able to tighten the Lash on my steering gear box and send me on my way without charging me anything! That is how you take care of a customer! That is why I gave a glowing review to All Service Automotive! And that is why I would NOT recommend nor will I ever take any of my three GM vehicles back to Alaska Sales & Service. Dave Bugess the service advisor they're wanted me to stay in Anchorage two or three days paying for a hotel each night in order to do what took 15 minutes according to GMC technical service bulletins and 5 minutes and actual repair time. It's up to everybody who reads this review how they would react in this situation. But I know it has cost Alaska Sales & Service my business forever. Oh and did I mention one of the reasons that I was in Anchorage was I was looking to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. So not only did they lose out on taking care of a return customer, but they lost out on the sale of a $60,000 vehicle.

Has anyone else had problems with their 2010 GMC T...

Has anyone else had problems with their 2010 GMC Terrain and oil consumption? I had the recall done in 2013 and this time I have had to put 3+ quarts of oil in every couple of months and even took it in for an oil change and told them and they verified it was really low but didn't attempt to fix it. I finally was put on an oil consumption plan and they said to come in 3 times initially which changed to 5 and now 7 every 1000 miles. Each time it is 3.5 quarts low and still have to keep bringing it in to 'prove' oil consumption.. I have only 36,000 miles and I bought it new and now the warranty expired and they said they would not cover the oil consumption or the water pump breaking into the engine block even though they said they have never seen this happen. I don't qualify for the Lemon Law per Alaska statutes but also don't feel I should pay for an engine rebuild when the oil problem is very likely the cause of the water pump issue in first place. Every review I have found from the 2010 models has not been positive and GMC has not paid for any of the issues though they all originate after the RECALL on the fuel injection/oil mixing in the gas!!! Would love to hear others thoughts..

I Would have given a ---Star but there isn't an option for that! Alaska Sales and Service-Anchorage has the very worst customer service I have had experience with. None of the departments have any type of communication. The sales staff promise you things that the service department wont honor. I have had nothing but trouble with my 2017 Chevy Silverado. The service staff want to just say that the clunking and jerk from the transmission is NORMAL for the 8-speed transmission. I am no mechanic but I do know that a BRAND NEW truck transmission should not have a big clunk or jerk about it. Especially when we have paid over $50,000! Again I am completely and utterly UN-SATISFIED.

Terrible customer service. Called to ask about a special coverage adjustment (sca) that I found for my car and the service guy insisted it wasn t for my car and that I should bring my car in to get diagnosed for $140. I gave him the sca number and he pretty much yelled at me saying it wasn t for my car. Good way to turn customers away.

1st, I reserved my 8 a.m. appt. for "wait for vehicle" and have the email confirmation but once at service dept. was told, sorry you are "drop off vehicle" category and there are at least 5 OTHER vehicles ahead of you, it is going to be several hours. So instead of waiting I chose to get the shuttle back to E.R. 12:35 p.m. (4 1/2 hours later for a simple oil change and rotation) I received call my silverado 2500 HD was ready. Got it and the reminder tag on the windshield and it has the wrong mileage 8,xxx and I have 13,700 on it already. I never pay attention to them anyway since I have the Oil Life Monitor for that. The Oil Life Monitor was not reset and I had to reset it myself. I went to look for my McGard wheel lock key, no where to be found in vehicle. Service slip says tires were rotated, so the technician lost the key or never changed the tires.the tires read the same 5# under recommended pressure for front and rear exactly as it was when I brought it in, so that is suspect but I can't prove it one way or the other that rotation actually occurred. Great! I checked the oil just to make sure it was actually changed, it looked new and clean. I had to order a replacement at my expense at $14.99 for a replacement.Need to be able to remove the wheel/tires in case of a flat. Sent a message to your "Contact Us" about it but never got a response. Don't expect a response from this survey either. Don't expect me back to the dealership for anything else but warranty work since the last complimentary "free" Oil & Filter & Rotation service was sub-par.

Purchased a 2016 High Country Silverado in April 2...

Purchased a 2016 High Country Silverado in April 2016 from this dealership. All the high pressure tactics were employed. Such pitches are ridiculous yet expected. Sadly.

We have visited the service department for routine oil changes & replacement runners over the past 15 months . Each work request went along, okay.

This past couple weeks we were alarmed over oil substance leaking from hubcaps. We had to wait 6 days before appointment. We were instructed to bring truck in at 7 am for service promised to be completed by 10am the same day. After numerous calls which went unanswered we were informed at 6PM truck still had not been seen. Service department was alerted to the absolute need the truck has in the daily lives of several disabled children.

On opening day the following morning we had to call four times to reach a real person. We were told the truck would be inspected soon. After 11am we learned the truck still had not been taken into department for inspection. We waited 29 minutes on hold to be told the service department was backlogged from the previous Friday. We told sales agent to pass onto service department we would be at dealership to pick up truck within the hour during a change in our work shifts. We would take truck elsewhere.

Upon arriving truck was queued second in line to inspection stall. Never seen we were billed $97 for three hours labor to look at hubcaps. Further lies were printed in invoice which claimed truck was driven to evaluate issues. However the mileage when delivered for service was exactly the same at pick up.

The service rep we were assigned to we were told quit in the 25 hour period she was overseeing our repairs. Anne never indicated she was preparing to leave her position.

We have demanded our $97 funds back. We have put Alaska Sales and Service on notice should anything happen to truck or passengers with their clean bill of health on truck they are liable.

We gave them tens of thousands of dollars in a cashiers check in April 2016. We were return customers. This is how they treat us, good luck to everyone else. Stay far away. You've been warned. Alaska Sales and Service are liars & cheaters.

Sales = Good, Service = Total Joke. Your "appoint...

Sales = Good, Service = Total Joke. Your "appointment" means absolutely nothing. They may or may not get to your vehicle that day even if you have a morning "appointment." I think I've had 1 good experience with them and 10 terrible experiences with the service department. Brand new truck had an issue with blinker not working intermittently. I stopped by 4 times to get them to look at it and each time they told me they wouldn't look at it if I couldn't re-create the issue in front of them. Brand new truck had large grease smudges on the headliner that I noticed when I got home. I returned the next day after purchase to tell them about the blinker and headliner and service department told me I would have to pay for a detail or I could go ask the sales department to pay for it. Sales guys were awesome and personally drove it to the detail shop and returned it to me in 10 mins. with smudges removed and no charge. Service department refused to investigate the blinker issue because it worked for 3 seconds when they turned the truck on. My latest experience was trying to take advantage of my last free oil change that was included with the vehicle purchase. Dropped it off for a 10am "appointment" and by 2:00pm I called to check on the status because I needed it back by 4:00pm. Was guaranteed it would be ready by 3:30. I showed up at 3:45 and they had just pulled the truck into the shop. I again was guaranteed that it was going right on the lift and I would be out of there in 30-40 mins. I watched through the glass door as my truck sat on the lift for 40mins. with no work being done. I went outside and told them I had to leave and the guy said "let me check, I think he's almost done with it." He returned and said "you're next, he's starting on it right now, give us 30 mins." I said "no, I need my keys now I have to leave." Of course they asked me to set up another appointment the next day. Give me a break. Not worth it. The only reason I would ever bring my truck in for service would be for a warranty repair or recall.

We found a great sales person at Alaska Sales and Service that I recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Very helpful, very patient, answers all questions. His name is Jason - and his nickname is Tuna. The best sales person I have ever had at any dealership - anywhere. He will look at all options - used and new. Honest and straight-forward, he is a great guy! We bought two used vehicles from him over the weekend of 3/23. Thank you so much Tuna - you worked very hard for us and we truly appreciate it!

And all of Anchorage - easy name to remember - go see Tuna at Alaska Sales and Service - he will work super hard and find a vehicle for you that meets your needs! Next time we are looking for a vehicle- we will stop in at Alaska Sales and Service first.

And the guy that will find you the best finance deal around is Tim V. Thank you for all your help, staying late and making the numbers work!

Bought a 2010 gmc denali let me start a list of the things I found wrong over the months of owning it's
When you pull on the door handles they almost pull out
The driver seat had a huge hole in it from where a dog scratched at it couldn't notice it unless you like put your head under there
Looked like they tried to glue the driver handle on with glue and it ran down the door and now I have to paint the drivers door
The person that detailed it did the worst job ever and didn't wipe all the white stuff they strayed and didn't vacuum the soap off the floor boards good enough
Then went to replace my head lights and you have to take the head lights out and they were brokenot tabs and only 2 bolts holding them in and they wereally up top. Should have a total of 5 bolts holding them in and they cut the old headlights out and left the wires bare and did not close the wires right
Seems like some people arnt doing their jobs and are only doing it half ass..

The team at Alaska Sales and Service are pretty good at what they do. Although they are not perfect they are always willing to do what is right by the customer. Most of thge time they will go out of their way to make your visit pleasant and enjoyable. Staff is very freindly and easy to deal with. Moved over here after experiencing multiple issues with the Other Guy in town and have been very satisfied with both the Sales team and especially the Service department. Criminal is the best word to describe this place and the people that work here.
After having my truck for 6 weeks they didn't fix the simple issue it was brought in for. Aside from them not fixing my truck it was robbed while in their possession. They didn't seem to care that a gun was stolen and have not been helpful in any regards to helping the police find it.

I checked my truck in with a check engine light on and a slight miss on occasional acceleration. The tech diagonosed the problem as bad intake manifold gasget that caused cylender 5 to misfire after the tech changed the gasget there was still a misfire on cylinder 5 he then found a loose plug wire on cylinder 5 which he corrected and fixed the misfire. I picked up the vehicle and started home and the engine light came on so I called Dawn Bray and she said to bring the truck back in morning which iI did Dawn requested another $500. deposit which I refused as I assumed it was a continuation of the same repair. So I refused the new deposit and am out $905 to tighten a spark plug wire and still driving a vehicle with engine light on.

We purchased two GMC Yukon Denali s from them and will never go back.

So many things I could say. First off, don t send your wife alone or they will try to swindle her. They had a written agreement with my husband and when I came to collect they tried to act like it would no longer work. The BS that was coming from the gentleman s mouth was actually quite impressive.

Appointments mean nothing to them. Who needs to keep a car for two days just to have the tires swapped and oil changed? Every time I had an appointment scheduled it would be all day or multiple days, even for minor maintenance.

We now get all of our service and warranty work done at Chevrolet of South Anchorage with no issues. When it s time to get another new vehicle it won t be a GMC.

I would warn anyone looking for a vehicle to seek another alternative than Alaska Sales. My experience was a nightmare. I purchased a used GMC Yukon, I test drove it and it seemed fine on the short test drive, plus I looked it over pretty good checking for signs of abuse and it seemed ok. I asked the salesperson if everything worked and she yes absolutely, we do a 150 point inspection so it is a solid vehicle (not entirely true by the way). Initially I did not see any problems with the vehicle except the Key Fob needing a battery, which they did NOT replace, so I had to pay for it. I wound up having a ton of issues with the vehicle, some very major, and not one person at the dealer seemed to care at all. I asked to speak with any manager, from service to the general manager and I heard crickets. They do not stand behind the vehicles they sell, in addition the customer service and they way they treat people is probably the worst experience I have had from a car dealer. All of the departments, from sales to service really need to learn how to treat people, well the parts folks are not too bad actually. I don't have enough room here to write all of the details of my issues, but as a life long GM owner I can say with certainty that I will may not buy GM again, all because of the horrible customer service and general lack of taking care of customers from this dealer.

Vilavanh and Daniel were great to work with. Vilavanh helped my wife to find just the truck we were looking for at a good price. Daniel helped us out when Vilavanh had to leave and he was very helpful through the whole process. Richard, the manager, was great also.
I normally don't recommend car dealers or sales people. But I would highly recommend both Vilavanh and Daniel. They're both attentive and knowledgeable and they listen to what you have to say. They make suggestions without being pushy.
This was definitely my best car buying experience.
Thanks!!

My rotation of winter to summer tires and an oil change at Alaska Sales and Service could not have gone better. The dealership stored my tires on rims free of charge during the period they were off the car and not in use and installed my tires for the summer season. I was checked into the service department promptly on arrival and kept apprised of the progress until service was completed and Mike took me to the cashiers counter, gave me the car keys, shook my hand and told me where the car was parked. The overall experience could not have been handled better!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, when I say TERRIBLE, I MEAN IT!! This people are a joke. not an honest company, I'm so disappointed with the service I have received this past month. I had to replace a mirror and side trim (cosmetic issues) it's not only taken them for ever to get this done. They have had my car for weeks at a time, with no call back or update on the matter, I've had to call to ask if parts had finally arrive in three different occasions for the same issue not to mention I've had to call to ask when I could have my car back. It has been so incovinient, not only because I don't have a car but I have small children the attend school, this people are incosiderate and rude to their customers.. Not to mention the hidden fees that they don't mention to you until they have diagnosed your car and give you a surprise bill of 300$ just for a diagnose fee to which they refused to waive even though I was having my car fix there anyways and all ready spending 1500$ for cosmetic issues. They are rude and they do not make their customers a priority. I recommend Chevrolet south instead of these people. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE YOU WILL FOR EVER REGRET IT. CROOKS!

Very disappointed with the Service Department.....

After my vehicle was "Serviced" I tried to schedule another appointment as none of my issues were actually addressed. The service department strung me along for 2 months before finally speaking to a manager. That is when they informed me they STILL cannot fit me in and directed to me AK Sales and Service in the Valley.

Complaints will be filed with the State Attorney General, Better Business Burau, and Manufacturer following this review.

My daughter was recently involved in a serious mishap with our Dodge Ram. The truck was totaled, but thankfully her and her friend walked away with minimal injury.
We went to Alaska Sales and Service as we needed another vehicle. They took an interest in our situation and went the extra mile and hooked us up with a dependable used truck that fit our budget.
Thumbs up to Shaun Pfeiffer, Kevin Robinson, Dan Starr and Tim Verhelst for making it a better, easier than expected experience.
Alaska Sales and Service will be our first stop for our next vehicle.
Thanks again Alaska Sales and Service!!

I went to the service department today to see if I could get my truck hooked up to one of the portable computers to see if my alternator was causing my battery to die due to lack of charging. Well, I could have taken my truck to one of the local parts stores to do this but since I did buy my truck from Alaska Sales I thought I should see if there was anything else that might need to be taken care of if a code came up. I was asked three times if I had been helped by three different people in the 20 min that I was standing there. Each one of them asked " have you been helped yet?" In which I said no each time and then they followed up with " well someone will be with you shortly After 20 additional minutes I stopped one of the service folks and asked if there was someone who could just run a quick check on the truck. I was met with the response " sir, do you have an appointment?" I realized at that moment that this wasn't going to be the day I get to have the truck checked out. I was told that it could be 2-3 days before they could schedule me to have the portable computer check my truck. I looked around with one truck in the oil change line and no other vehicles around and said I was just going to go to NAPA to get the free service that takes 2 min to do.
It s a shame that you pay so much for these trucks and the parts stores are more incline to get you taken care of than the Dealer. I have had good experiences at this location, but they fell flat on their faces today. Really too bad.

Great selection of vehicles and not too big of a hassle.
Still have to do the back and forth for negotiating even though everyone has the internet and knows the value of their vehicles. One day it will be easy!
Jose and Calvin were knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
The departments need to have a system set up to easily talk to one another.
Sales, parts, service and body shop all need to set up with EAM or some sort of workorder system. All in all good experience and feel like i got a fair deal.

You will automatically be upside down as soon as you drive off the lot. Avoid this place unless you want to lose thousands in trade and resell value.

My 2011 Sierra had a backup light and a headlight ...

My 2011 Sierra had a backup light and a headlight out so for accuracy and expediency sake I asked the Service Dept to handle this for me. I was amazed at the quality and care given to me and my truck. I did not mind paying a bit more for the service versus attempting this myself and when all was said and done, I have No regrets whatsoever. The appointment did not take long and the service hours available were very flexible to accommodate me. I highly recommend the service department for affordable and quality service. Thank You.

It was just a tire changeover, but Allen in service seemed to frustrate quite easily. When I asked him about storing the tires (after we had written up the service work order), he let me know how much more work he had to do in order to 'write it up all over again...' Furthermore, he and the tech erred in assuming the vehicle had TPM system. He said he couldn't mount my other rims since they didn't have TPMS stems, and it would cost me around $300 to add them. When they finished mounting the first tires, rather than the other regular non-TPMS rims, I picked up the vehicle and went into the parts department to check the TPMS claim (I pretty much knew it didn't have TPMS). Parts printed a build sheet on my 2009 Chev 1500 van, showing NO TPMS. Now... When I brought the van back to be redone with the correct rims, HE WAS FRUSTRATED and it showed. Rather than getting me in and fixing his error in short order, I had to wait another almost two hours. Completely ruined the morning for me.

Worst car dealership/shop in the world. Took my car for an oil change and some other services and when I picked it up the front bumper was smashed. Talked to the shop manager and he said to go through insurance. So I left and now they are claiming they are not responsible for it. How can you not be responsible for it when the car was in their care. Shady dealership full of clueless people or snakes.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

JUST DON'T!! REALLY JUST DON'T ! SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS VERY WORTHLESS. SERVICE DEPT' COST ME $900. PLUS BECAUSE THEY CANT INSTALL A VIPER REMOTE START. 6 SERVICE CALLS, 5 DEAD BATTERIES. A MALFUNCTIONING COMPUTER, AFTER TWO NEW VIPER MODULES, THEIR SYSTEMS CHECK SAYS ALL'S FINE, NOT.. THREE DAYS LATER,IT' S A BAD BATTERY, THEY SAID. PAID FOR A NEW ONE. THEY STILL REFUSED TO REMOVE THE VIPER, AFTER I INSISTED TWICE. OH NO THEY "FIXED" IT,, NOT... THEN HAVING TO MOVE TO WASHINGTON, TRIED TO GET THEM TO DO THEIR JOB. THE CADILLAC DEALER IN WASHINGTON REMOVED THE VIPER, AND FOUND A DEAD CELL IN THE "NEW" BATTERY. ALSO, REMOVING THE VIPER CLEARED UP ALL THE PROBLEMS. THE ENTIRE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS WORTHLESS. ONCE IN FOR THE VIPER PROBLEM, THEY LOST MY EXT FOR 7, SEVEN DAYS. WTF? I COULD GO ON, BUT JUST DON'T GO THERE, GO TO SOUTH ANCHORAGE CHEVROLET. THE ZOO WOULD BE BETTER. THANKX

I'm not sure if there is enough room to tell you about everything that went wrong with my recent visit. I will hit on the high points. The multi-point vehicle report says that they checked and filled my windshield wash fluid. It was not filled. I tried it as i left the dealership and it was as empty as when i drove in. I had my ties rotated. I am not sure if they were rotated or not and they were different tire pressures. Although i try to keep my tires up to proper inflation there is always some differences in tread wear. The sheet says all of my tires, after 3 1/2 years, are all the same depth. I am wondering if my oil was actually changed and if the inspection that they said was done was performed on my car. I need an appointment to bring my car in for an oil change. I brought it in for my 8:15am appointment and i had to call back at 4pm to find out if my car was ready. When i went to pick it up i stood at the desk of the service writer for about 5 minutes, waiting for him to acknowledge me while he typed something on his computer. When he finally looked up, he got my paperwork and told me he would have someone bring my car around. After paying for my service i waited more than 5 minutes and my car still was not brought around. I went back to find out where my car was and he has not even given my keys to anyone to bring it around. When i finally got my car the person who had brought it around got out and there was no floor mat or seat cover in my car.

My husband and I brought our Yukon here several times over the last 3 years. Almost every time we got our tires changes over they lost the key to get my tires off and of course charged for a new one. Dropped off my car for a tire change (with an appointment) and didn t get it back until the next day because they said they were busy.... give someone else your business

Service Center performed a winter tire change-over on my vehicle, and addressed and completed recall-mandated services. The service center advisor/representative, Mike Merchant, took personal responsibility for my vehicle and kept me informed of progress and delays. I love and appreciate personal service, and I was not disappointed.

Wanted a Tahoe, had such a bad experience at the other Chevy dealer in town that I swear I will never go back. Met with Travis, and he showed us our options and never not once put any pressure on us. We went over numbers with Le and Travis, and struck up a deal. Absolute pleasure doing business here, will definitely be back!

Poor customer sales service they are more for the money then taking great care of the customer, Felt very pressured into a deal with high interest rates and high pricing wouldn t even give me a full tank of gas for a purchase that would have cost about a total of $42,000 with interest and warranty on a used truck! Had a total of four guys trying to keep me from walking out I kept saying no deal very uncomfortable experience. I Don t recommend this dealership!
