Melissa in the service department was very pleasant and professional. She checked availability of the requested parts, quoted me a price and scheduled my appointment for repairs. On arrival, I received a warm welcome, she confirmed the work order and escorted me to the waiting area. When the work was complete on my vehicle. I was concerned that it wasn t done as previously discussed. She then accompanied me to my vehicle and all doubts deminished. Excellent customer service.
