Not very good at keeping their appointments.I had an appointment for maintenance scheduled more than a week out, dropped off my car the night before the appointment, only to have them tell me that they couldn't do the maintenance... At 2pm right before I was supposed to pick up my car. They take forever in general. Go somewhere else if possible.
