If I could provide a negative rating, I would. Do not go here if your vehicle requires service. The techs will exaggerate the labor charges! They are deceptive. No manager is available to help you: terrible establishment and corrupt staff!
The staff was very helpful. This was my first new car experience and all the people with whom I had contact with did their best to make sure I had the best possible experience. I'm a bit of a needy customer and they tended to everything I asked. They did their best to work me a deal that I was happy with and I bought the truck I wanted without much fuss. A++

I will never again do business with this dealership. I purchased a used minivan for my family and paid over 10,000 for it. I had it for 1 month and had to replace wipers, 5 months replaced brakes and tires and now 7 months in and replacing heater hose tee. They will rip you off.

This has been the worst experience I've ever had purchasing tires. It started last year when they lied about their price matching and were forced to honor what they said. Fast forward to today and they claim that I didn't have road hazard. I will pay for the tire but their service manager was very rude and condescending. I highly object to doing any business with them. I will never purchase a vehicle or do business with them moving forward! They received a one star because it was the lowest I could give. Their service department manager is the worst no custom service skills at all. His response to me was in 31 years as a service manager no one has asked about road hazard coverage on tire purchases nor do we discuss it with customers purchasing tires.
It is 8/4/17 and I spoke with a manager by the name of Mike who would be contacting me after so called investigating my experience with their service department and poor customer service from the service manager, well just say I'm still waiting to hear from him. Again never will I do business with them and encourage others not to as well.
Today was my best experience ever buying a truck, and I have been doing this for atleast 25yrs. I came home with the truck of my dreams today and I didn't have to wrestle a gator to do it. I went in when I was trying to buy a challenger, they didn't even have a brochure for me and they didn't offer to let me test drive one. I ended up buying a Camaro partially because my treatment was so horrible that I wrote off Dodge.
My Sales Rep was Chastin Hamilton. His customer service was the best. He was very professional and he explained everything to me so that I would know exactly what was going on. He was very friendly and welcoming and my experience was the best. Compared to every other car dealership I have went to my time at Dodge with Chastin was amazing. His hard work and dedication was far most the best. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. He has a passion for his job and customers.

I purchased a used vehicle from here in 2013. The sales team severely undervalued my trade-in and overvalued the vehicle I purchased. But I really wanted to get rid of the vehicle I was left with after a recent divorce.
I had already made arrangements with my credit union to finance the vehicle, but the sales person indicated that they we re not able to process this purchase through my credit union. So the sales team stated they would try and find a similar rate to what my credit union offered. By the time we got to this point in the sale, I knew my contact at the credit union was gone for the day and I wouldn t be able to reach them.
Unfortunately, the lone rate they got me was higher than my credit union s rate. Once we were close to finalizing the sale, they tried to convince me to purchase gap insurance. But I declined, then a manager came out and offered to include 15 free oil changes and 10 free tire rotations with the gap insurance purchase. I figured I would get my money s worth out of this deal, as I knew I would not be driving this vehicle much and would not put lots of miles on it over the years I planned on owning the vehicle.
So I enjoyed driving my new vehicle for several weeks and was contacted by my credit union to find out if I was still looking at purchasing a new vehicle. I told them I already purchased one and what the sales team told me about not being able to finance my vehicle through my credit union. The credit union employee told me that was not true and they could refinanced my vehicle at the lower rate. So I refinanced my vehicle to save money.
Fast forward 5 years, I still have the vehicle and have only used about half of my free oil changes. When I went to get my vehicle serviced today (3/30/19), I was told I did not have any more free services left because this contract had expired. Needless to say, I was less than happy, because the sales team did not mention I only had 5 years to use the free services I paid for when they sold me this package. Thankfully, the employee working in the express lane service area was able to give me one more free oil change. But told me they could not do anything else for me on this contract
Good luck to anyone else that purchases a vehicle from this shop. If you enjoy the feeling you get when your doctor checks your prostate or when you prep for a colonoscopy, you ll love this dealership. But, I know I will never purchase another vehicle from them.
I seriously just had the best and easiest car buying experience ever! I knew what I needed when I went in and Terrance and Charlie made it happen. Not only did these gentleman get me the deal I needed, but they were completely honest and open throughout the entire process.

Easiest way to say it is extremely poor customer service and service department. Personnel not only lie but mostly have no idea what they are doing or just plain don't care. Great when you buy but after that don't expect anything. Extremely dishonest.

When I arrived at my appointment on time, I was told someone else has taken the vehicle on a test drive to his house to show his wife and would be back in about an hour. They've could've at least let me know this before I drove 60 miles to view it. Will not go back.

Mr. Robert is not the pushy car salesperson who tries to push you into buying "what they think" you can only afford. You tell Mr. Robert what "you want" and he will make it happened! He has done it for me twice! His favorite sentence is "Don't worry, I got you".

I found a decent deal on a 2016 Dodge Charger online on multiple sites by Tallahassee Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership. I contacted the sales department to check the availability of the car and made an appointment for a test drive. When we got there, we test drove the car and decided to buy it. The sales man told us that the online price was a typo and they would not honor the online advertising. I showed them all the listings I found online with the price I found, including their own official site. The sales man got the manager and the manager made a deal - we would have to trade in our 2008 Jeep commander to them for $300, otherwise there is no deal. In addition to the dishonesty of not honoring the online advertised price, the whole time we were there, the manager had horrible attitude. He was very rude and aggressive. I didn't see a single smile of friendly gesture from him. I have never seen anything like this before. I strongly advise not to get near that dealership if you want a honest dealing and nice treatment.
Tallahassee DCJR was amazing and very stress free. There no hidden fees and I never felt pressured or forced. With that being said I hate car shopping and it has historically been extremely stressful and uncomfortable for me. Here it was not the case. Chastin was very helpful, respectful and welcoming in helping me pick out my new Pre-Owned truck. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. 10/10 could not be happier with my experience here.

Honestly, I have never much cared for car dealers or the car-buying process. That all changed when I purchased my last car from Tallahassee Dodge, Chrysler Jeep. De'Quan Enzor was our sales agent and he listened patiently, as we changed our minds multiple times. We made several visits to the dealer as well and each time he greeted us as old friends, always stopping what he was doing to talk to us. After we made our selection, we had a TON of crazy requests, like add a hitch, switch out the headrests, etc. And De'Quan made each and every one of them happen. Always with a smile. He even gave us his home number to call if we ever had a problem. And we did! And no matter the time of day, he took our calls and always with a pleasant demeanor. I can not recommend De'Quan Enzor enough, I would give him 6 stars if I could.

On a scale of one to five, we would give a two. The vehicle was the first "as is" that we have ever purchased and will be the last. We felt pressure to compete the deal and multiple issues became apparent shortly thereafter. We have spent well over $1500.00 to get the vehicle running and it is stranded in Michigan at this time. No we are not impressed with your dealership and expect more from any dealer we do business with. There will be no recommendations from us.

Richard camp was very impatient and had a bad attitude because he had to wait for the proof of insurance . i feel lile anyone in customer service should be patient when dealing with customers and he made me very aggitated over something small. Worked with a great salesmen, Eugene Butler. Eugene was the reason we came back to Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Tallahassee. He was able to listen to our needs and point out all of the added bonuses of each car we looked at. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. After our second visit, we found the car we wanted and with a HEMI since that's what the husband wanted. The very next day we were called and found out we were approved and drove our beautiful Chrysler off the lot! Only giving 1 star because I can't give 0. My Dodge Challenger was returned to me with oil covered handprints all over my interior, along with a blemish on my steering wheel. On top of that the sales department called right after picking up my car to try to get me to trade my car. I will not be bringing my car back to this dealership.

I've owned the Dodge Caravan, Chrysler 200, & now the Renegade by Jeep. Service is always quick & courteous.
We bought a used 2017 Dodge Journey Crossroad and within a week it broke down on us. The electronics seemed to fault out. All lights came on and the battery lost its starting amperage. We put in a new battery and it worked for about 4 days. I then bought and installed a new alternator. It worked for a few days and did the exact same thing as before. It hasn t even been 30 days! We have tried to contact a manager "Matt" but we never get a call back and now when we call we get hung up on. We have left voicemails with no with return call. This has been a horrible experience. I do not recommend this dealership.

Customer service is absolutely worthless, been trying to get a recall fixed on my Ram 1500 for the last 2 months. Each time I call in the RAM service representative says parts are not available call back in 2 or 3 weeks. No offer to take down my number and be put on a waiting list so I can be called when parts are available. Called corporate number and they were more helpful then the local dealership. Corporate number stated that parts are available and dealership should've put me on a waiting list so they could call me when they have parts available. Corporate told me to look for another dealership that had better service in the area.
I was greeted at the drive up area. The tech was very professional and knowledgable. Explained that they were having issues with the lifts that day, but they would do all they could to get me in and out quickly.
Even with the issues they were having with the lifts, I felt that I got my truck serviced I. An acceptable time frame.
Everyone go see Tony knight! This man was the best. He did everything he could, pulled all the strings for us to get me and my family into a new vehicle. If i could give Tony and his team 10 star i definitely would. I would have to say just because of tony and his team, they just gained a life time customer. They were polite, funny, courteous to what me and my family needs. I will definitely be coming back here for when my kids need vehicles. thank you so much again for getting us in that jeep wrangler
