We were told living on a island in Alaska their would be no problems with taking it to a shop here to getting warranty done wouldn't be a problem. Now that it is time to have recalls done to vehicle Alaska Sales is saying we have to bring it to dealer, even though we have the extended warranty. Not happy at all with warranty department at Alaska Sales and Service.
