When I called to cancel, I received excessive sales pitches and unnecessary questions in attempting to cancel, even after making it clear I had no interest in remaining and did not see the need to go through such attempts and questions. When I was told it would take 30 days to cancel, and therefore I would have to pay for another month's service even though the terms of the contract is over I complained that that was unethical. The rep told me it was "good for me" at which point I asked to speak to a supervisor (how is it good for me to pay for another month of service for something I've requested to cancel, no longer need, and for which I've fulfilled the term of the contract?). I ended up having to ask for a supervisor something like 8-12 times before I was finally given to one. I was also placed on hold / left silent numerous without notice.
Not only are their cancellation policies poor business practice and unethical, their support team did a poor job, at least for this request.
