Unfortunately I worked as a sales rep for Vivint for 3 months and I strongly suggest you stay far away from this company. I ve seen sales reps take complete advantage of people... in fact, the reps are TAUGHT to lie to the customer in order to get the sale. The equipment is overpriced, they lock you in a long term contract & lie about it, their customer service is HORRENDOUS, all the promises they make to you are lies. They treat both their customers and their employees with no respect. Greedy, sketchy, dishonest, & scum of the earth company.
