I have just ordered a Q2 with himself and he is brilliant, customer service excellent, good nogociation skills meaning we moved forward with a deal and so excited to be getting my new car in June!! Our car was under warranty came in for its pre MOT was promised the rear brake light would be changed and then told No no fault was showing even though we had already been stopped by police for the faulty light had we not had video evidence of the light faulting after they basically called us liars the light would not of been changed won t ever be going to them for another car
Ryan Evans is an absolute credit to the company. He made buying my new car so easy and I will always recommend him to any friends or family should they wish to purchase a new car. He was very friendly and always helped where he could. Andy Huckin also assisted with my enquiries and he was also very helpful and understood my requirements, although I was mainly dealing with Ryan, Andy came to me on the day of collection and thanked me for my business (which I though was really kind).

Having booked my Audi in for a service the whole experience was extremely positive, from the friendly and helpful staff, to the lift to and from the local Park & Ride so I could go shopping while my car was being worked on, not to mention a complimentary bus ticket. On top of a fast and efficient turn around time, I came back to find my car had been cleaned inside and out. Highly recommended.

I briefly visited Shrewsbury Audi to view the new Audi UK range. As a salesman of Audi Centre Newcastle in Australia, it was fantastic to see newly launched Audi vehicles which won't debut in Australia until the end of 2017. I was greeted warmly by all staff, the atmosphere of the dealership was great and I was very impressed with the level of professionalism from Michael, he showed me through the newly updated models which was much appreciated. I would like to thank the dealership for providing a level of service I won't forget, I certainly have recommend my family and friends over in Shropshire to check out Audi Shrewsbury!

Recently had my audi serviced and can say it was an excellent experience. From meeting the staff on reception to the return of the car post service was a great experience.
The Car we were interested in was at another branch and when the transport when to collect it it was not available hence did not arrive at our branch when expected

All of the staff, from reception to manager are extremely friendly and willing to help. Both Aiden and Ryan were extremely responsive and helpful throughout and were willing to answer any questions we had. We feel that we can come back in the future with any issues we may have, without a problem. Ryan in particular exceeded our expections, with his willingness to go above and beyond.

I didn't really have much of a conversation with anyone. I asked for my car not to be washed yet it appeared as an F.O.C item on my invoice, the screenwash I filled before I brought the car in, again this appears as an invoice item ... it seems they are passing off work not done as F.O.C to somehow impress clients

I drove from Stafford to Shewsbury on the basis of a car being available to drive. On arrival it was not available to drive due to preparation work being completed. The situation was recovered as we were able to see the vehicle on the ramp and discuss the work schedule .

Had an engine management problem . The service was outstanding from Shrewsbury Audi and Jess in particular on Service Reception. They dealt with it the same day quickly and effectively. Even delivered the car back to me the next day washed . If it's bad service I'll say but this was outstanding service. Thank you.
My purchase was on line so I didn't actually meet anyone. However, that in itself made the successful completion of the sale potentially more difficult. That said the helpful and accurate advice with good communication led to a successful sale and pleasant experience. Great prices too and significantly cheaper than Birmingham Audi (In Solihull) which is only a half a mile from where I live. Well played Shrewsbury Audi!.

They are very successful but when you have a problem with your car which could subject you to being pulled over by the Police and receive a fine and points, there should be a method for any Audi garage to get you a rapid appointment to get you and your Audi back on the road and legal as soon as possible, not having to wait days. You either have to risk being pulled over or not drive your Audi at all.

Audi ask me to take my car in as the seat has a hole in the side seam was told by Rob Nicol that this is fair wear and tear and caused by driver's being lazy and not pushing the seat right back when wearing jeans. The car is less than 4 years old 64000 you need to think of this before buying an Audi as I have had to go to citizens advice and look to not fit for purpose
Had to wait several weeks for collection, after agreed collection date, due to issue with Adblue system.
Avoid the place. You come to buy a car but as you are not up to their look standard you can't buy it. Disgrace especially if you are a foreigner, they treat you like something substandard. Oh well I spent my money in Mercedes. They at least know how to treat a customer
