While we had home security service with Vivint they were fine, but the customer service was terrible when we had to cancel. They lost our cancelation documents multiple times, were extremely rude on the phone, would never follow up with us, and kept charging us months after we moved out. It took us months to get our money back with literally hours of lost time on the phone with them. The only reason we got our money back was because we disputed the charges on our credit card and made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. They are terrible! Do yourself a favor and stay away.
