I'm not receiving help. I have been deactivated and I haven't been told why. I drove my vehicle on a vehicle approved account. But it said I was delivering on bicycle. Is there a higher authority I can take this up with, that won't send me a vague automated message? I've worked for 3 years and have taken over 1700 deliveries for this company. Would love to get back to work. But I have no responses from the help section.
