The Uber website is Horrible! Then their customer service is even Worse! How can they have NO Phone number to talk to anyone? You know why they don't, because customers have so many problems they would have to hire a bank of 100's of phone people. When try to work out any issue on the website it becomes an endless loop of "we have answered you question and closed this request". What a JOKE!
