This concil is a racist and a big . The amount of homeless woman and children and men on the streets of Surrey make me questions wear dose my tax money go to!

If you are a landlord, better not to risk allowing to house an SHBC tenant in your property. The tenants are likely to damage the interior and leave the property in a terrible state. When you attempt to claim damages from the SHBC Deposit Bond, SHBC will take the side of the tenant and you are unlikely to receive full compensation. Recommend you seek tenants from a local estate agent instead.

Stupid people inhuman, waist and very rude . They don't care about the law

We've had two good experiences with the registry office here. Good location, friendly staff and on-time.

Called and emailed SHBC 4 times about filthy bins, rotten food, dirty nappies all over the place at Hale Way, car park, Frimley. Nobody has a clue who to talk to and how to sort it out, it's embarrassing for one of the richest councils in the country to be so clueless.

Useless, unhelpful, pointless.....but amazing at taking your money....

They help no one it's un human and make people waist there time for a little help and I definitely felt racism

Never have I experienced such racism and lies in my life . I don't understand how they are working.
