Awful. I was picked up 20 min late at the airport when it said driver was 4 min away. the trunk was broken so the luggage was in the front seat. driver missed my exit as i was trying to get home a faster way. Argued with me that they were just following the map. Blamed me and my friend for distracting her. If you are distracted you shouldn't drive. If someone saying exit here is a problem don't drive. Uber would not comp the ride. Absolutely unacceptable and wrong. Im pissed to even be going this a 1 star ratting.
