The company itself Is horrible. I am a driver and I was a Rider and all I can say is that a Uber doesn't give one krapp about anybody. They asked me to be part of a driver advisory panel to hear what it's like for me and then they make the meeting downtown in rush hour on the first snow day. It is clear to me that they are uninterested in improving their business or their standing with the general public. I will be moving my business. Many other businesses outdo Uber every day. Lyft and doordash for starters.
