Horrible customer service. A driver took our money and also charged my card. I contacted customer service they wouldn't do anything talking they waiting to hear from the driver. Then a week later they only took off the money he stole. Rather than crediting the entire fare for inconvenience. And just now I tried them again after months now they got 2 charges on my account for the same fare. I'm done. #DeleteUber
