For us, if necessary, a place where we like to make a stopover on the way to the airfield. Price / performance is right for me. Super valet parking for your own car. Shuttle service is perfect. Food, breakfast and so there is nothing to complain .... we will be back
Well located hotel, nice spa area with pool and sauna. He would miss a jacuzzi and it would be perfect. The rich and complete breakfast. The bartenders / barwomen are very friendly. The rooms are good too.

Comfortable rooms, cosy restaurant and very well located.
We liked the hotel so much. It is very close to the airport, the rooms are very large with very large internet tv with a mower, small fridge, water heater, tees, etc. The breakfast is of very good quality.

Nice and clean hotel. The room was perfect. Only the mattress was too hard for me. The bathroom was perfectly fine and had plenty of storage space. The room was well soundproof, so no noises from the planes were heard. The staff at the bar and also at breakfast was friendly and attentive. The only small smear were the rolls. Since you can definitely offer something better.

Good hotel within walking distance of the airport. Perfectly soundproofed, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Metro station at two hundred meters to reach the center in a few minutes. Recommended
This is a very nice hotel. We are four in our family and got a junior suite. It is nice, clean, and comfortable. Although at walking distance from the airport, it is convenient having a free hotel shuttle if you have many suitcases. Personnel has been very friendly and helpful. It is extremely quiet. Not a single airplane is heard and we are in the second floor. The neighborhood is safe and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Good hotel just outside the airport (15 min walk to the airport or 10 min walk to U1 station). The pool facilities are great, the bar/restaurant was ok (only had breakfast so can't comment on evening meals). The room I was in was small, and the TV channel selection was less that other hotels I have been in but the room was clean and well maintained. I would happily return here again
Unfortunately very unfriendly staff at the front desk. We were guests of a party and were on request for parking in the underground car park. When driving out we had to pay for parking. This had previously been no question and on our notice that we have asked extra previously there was no accommodating and very unfriendly behavior. Very disappointing unprofessional behavior ...
Was for brunch on Sunday. Choice and taste okay, if you take the price as a basis. The ambience pleasant. Staff friendly and attentive.

Lovely place to stay, beautiful rooms, and friendly staff. However it loses a star for me because the breakfast isn't worth it, there are plane noises (though it's not too noticeable), and there isn't a good view from outside. Aside from that, the hotel was to my liking

An aging hotel, trying to maintain its standard but simply not meeting the requirements of a courtyard: the bathroom was nice, the room itself was very small, the parking garage was extremely narrow, the conference rooms disappointed me with the exception of the foyer, which is practical and built up well. The staff was slightly annoyed, the fitness room was OK, the breakfast too. There are absolutely no more than 3 stars. I wish you that it gets better after the renovation.

A very dear hotel, type old chalet, ideal for those who want to stay near the airport. Indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath and gym. Less than 5mins walk to the subway which takes us to the center of Hamburg.

Expected Courtyard Marriott standards. This is not a new hotel and rooms a bit on the small side but adequate. Clean and comfortable bed and room. There are conference facilties, bar and restaurant. Hotel has a free shuttle which has to be called. The subway is 8 min walk away and one supermarket 10 min away. All in all not bad at all.

Nice hotel extremely close to the airport with timely shuttle service. Clean large room although bath tub was a little hard to safely get in and out. I thought dinner was a bit pricey for what I got.
I was here on business, the stay was very comfortable, the staff polite and the food excellent. I can recommend the place to anyone needing accommodations close by Hamburg airport.
Extremely small rooms, very thin walls.. you can hear everything which if you have some trouble falling asleep with noise not even earplugs will help you here. The location itself is in the city, there is a shopping place like Liddle nearby and even though idont remember now I will post later if these rooms have a bathtub. Overall in my opinion it's not fancy, has very old and small rooms which are very noisy or rather doesn't block the noise so not a place that I would willingly return to.

Very nice hotel with great service. The rooms are very nice and the beds were fabulous. The hotel has an indoor pool and spa department and a high standard restaurant. Definitely a very good accommodation, though it was a shame that it took a while to get into Hamburg.

Rooms were being renovated and stank sickeningly of wet paint; so my personal experience was perhaps unnecessarily negative.
The rooms were neat and perfectly clean and staff are friendly enough.
There is a gym but it s very warm in the room and the windows don t open properly for better ventilation. It has mostly weight lifting equipment. Bizarrely, the cardio machines face a huge mirror so expect to be staring at your own struggling face real close up as you run or cycle.
Overall, too expensive for being so neglectfully run.

As a wedding party, we only met one of the meeting rooms. It is well suited for that. We were completely taken care of, the staff was always friendly and helpful. The kids had a lot of space to romp about. Only parking spaces are typically hard to find. The bride and groom has also reported on the planning (food, decoration, process of the event) in advance only positive.
