Decent enough service. The only complaint I have so far is there rating system. First, rating customers in a service oriented field is stupid. Second, Uber considers a four star rating as a fail, both for drivers and riders, hence, my four star review for Uber as a company. Is this considered a fail? At least it will help your overall rating.
