Uber is the WORST! I had concerns that my account had been hacked because I was receiving emails at an old email address for rides and Uber eats orders that I hadn't placed. Instead of deactivating the account in question they combined the old account with my new account. Then after bringing up the concern that my new account could now be in trouble they put my account under review and I was no longer able to book rides. I deleted the app since I couldn't use it and now I only use Lyft. They have no customer service number so all of the conversations had to be through email which I don't think they understood the concern. I had a different customer service person helping every email. I feel like this could have been resolved if I had been able to speak to an actual human.
