The service department really needs to get their act together. I went in personally 2 weeks ago this Saturday to make an appointment to get my air bag recall work done. I asked how long the work would take and they said 2-3 hours so I told them with my work schedule I could only do it on a Saturday. They said no problem, they had a shuttle that could drop me off and pick me up within a certain mile radius - I told her where I lived and she said no problem.
Fast forward to today (Saturday May 21st) - I show up 20 minutes early for my appointment and there are so many cars piled up I cannot even get in the driveway but I figure, no problem since I am just dropping it off anyway. I get all singed in and ask again how long it will take and they say 3 hours. I say no problem I just need to be dropped off at home. The response was "We don't have a shuttle on the weekends - only weekdays". I explain the conversation above I had when I made the appointment and what I got was "We don't have a shuttle on the weekends - only weekdays". I ask how late you are open on weekdays and they say 5pm but our last appointment is at 1pm? There is no way I can take off work to get my car fixed and there is no way I am going to wait in a car dealership waiting room for 3 hours so I leave. As I get on-line to write this review I check the hours on the dealership website and the service department hours are 7am to 7pm Mon - thru Fri. WTH is going on? This place really needs to get its act (I want to use a stronger word) together and give customers the right information. It is appalling how Dodge owners are treated at this dealership and I will NEVER bring my car here for service (warranty or otherwise) again.

This is the worst service ever!

This is the worst service ever!
Do not buy a car from here.
I have been sitting for over an hour just to turn in some paper on the previous vehicle I bought.
No such luck

This place is slimy. From the moment I decided to purchase a car from them my experience was terrible. They add all kinds of add ons as non optional purchases saying they have already done the work. Also they lie when I take my car in for servicing. I have the warranty and they say they change my oil, fill and rotate my tires, and the other 20 point inspection items. My car continues to tell me I have the same low tire. What else are they lying about? Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

My mother was so ripped off. They told her she needed rear brakes when clearly she didn't!! Then the brakes started squeeked, smelling. Almost caught on fire! Their van is handicapped speciality van. They took it back to check it out said the calipers were leaking. Going to charge her $600.00. When clearly it was their fault damaging them when they did the brake job. After family member who knows about mechanical issues called their service manager. Did they admit their fault and take care of it. Beware elderly people!!

I didn t want to deal with the car buying process, but my jellybean broke down for the last time and I had no choice but to buy a car... Mackenzie Beaudette made the process a lot less painful than I thought it would be. He didn t use any high pressure sales tactics and was very patient with me even though I was having a hard time making a decision. In the end I ended up in a car I never thought I would buy and didn t think I could afford. The payments were almost exactly what I was looking for and so far I love it!

Thanks to Steve in Service department My car is looking great! He took care of my request as quickly as he could and it took awhile in the beginning but after I met Steve and mentioned my issue to him, he took care of it in the most professional way as well as a fast response. Sent me with updates as soon as he got more information back. Thanks Steve I appreciate you and your service department.

It was really easy to schedule my appointment online through the Mopar app. I received a call to confirm what I wanted done and the price. I was quoted a approximate price online. It was a pleasant surprise to find out it was going to be cheaper than expected. Service was great and the job was finished sooner than expressed to me. Joey did a great communicating with me.

I took my car in to get the battery checked out and was told that it would only take an hour, they did pay for a rental for me to use and I expected to get a call in a couple hours, I did not. I called and they told me they would have to keep it over night and that I can pick it up at 9:00 am, but I had to call at 1pm just to find out my car wasn't ready yet. When I finally did get it at 4pm they had turned my dash cam off when I got there and now it doesn't work. I would not trust them with my car again, what good is a warranty when the service is bad, I would rather pay somebody to fix it.

Super shady, super unethical, flirting with fraud...

Super shady, super unethical, flirting with fraudulent, sloppy, lack of attention to necessary details. I have condensed a lengthy nightmare into a few paragraphs for this review.

We visited Courtesy CDRJ on an evening and found a truck we were interested in. We returned the next day to take another look. We talked to a young salesman who was pleasant, but not particularly informed about the truck we were considering. After some "negotiating" we agreed to buy the truck for $16,500. Then the process to get through the paperwork began. At some point, deep into that process, we were told that the price we agreed upon, and that they/we signed off on, was not the real price. We were told we would have about 2500.00 of additional costs added to that (not including the normal tags, title, taxes). These fees included the following: Connect and Protect App $599, Courtesy Certified $999, Lifetime Tint $499, Nitrogen for Life $169, Paint and Protect $399. We told the salesman we did not want those additions. He said you have no choice. They are mandatory. He told me they would have someone remove the tint from the windows if we didn't accept that feature. As for the Connect and Protect App, it was already on the car and they could not remove it. The paint they could not remove, and we HAD to take the Courtesy Certified..... and on and on.

I told him I was leaving and I wanted to take with me the copies of our driver licenses, the copy of our insurance and all the other personal information that they had gotten from us. The manager told me they were required by law to keep that information, even though we were not buying the car. (I researched this and could not find anything about such a law in AZ.)

I left the dealership, but my husband stayed to argue with the salesman and the manager. When I went back in a few minutes later, they were still arguing. Finally, the manager agreed to give us the truck at the price agreed upon (16,500) and drop all the other fees listed above.

We got into the finance office and after signing a pile of paperwork (mostly AZ DOT paperwork) we got to the money paperwork. They still had the sales price jacked up to $16,800, tried to include the fee for the paint, and a new fee of $5.00 per tire (the paperwork said for new cars only). After another discussion about those fees we got the paperwork to match what they had verbally agreed to, and we finished and left with the truck.

About 20 minutes later I got a call that we needed to come back because they forgot to put the temp tag on the car.

Two days later the car started to overheat and we discovered there was insufficient coolant in the radiator and the reservoir. Then a week later we got a call saying "the emissions test didn't go through" (we think that was code for they didn't do it at all), and they said would send someone to take the truck and get that done. We refused, because we didn't like the idea of someone taking the truck, and said we would take care of it ourselves and pay the $17.00. We did.

Interestingly, they sent us a refund for the $17.00 and a $20.00 Amazon gift card for our inconvenience.

This was the worst experience of buying a vehicle I have had in my entire life. The sales man was shady, and at one point tried to tell me that he had explained something to my husband when I knew he had not. At another point he tried to say all of our concerns were just a misunderstanding and that it was the fault of the salesman we had spoken to the night before. It was not.. our contact with the previous salesman was casual, at most. The manager was rude, lied, and tried to tell us that we didn't know what we were talking about. Had it been my call we would never have completed the sale.

We definitely will not be a return customer. We will not use them for service. We will not recommend them to anyone.

Heads up: this dealership did really well for me on the service for my Ram 2500 turbo diesel. Twice- in fact. Everyone was really helpful and courteous and they serviced my truck pretty dang quickly. Then, I had them sell me an extended warranty and the finance guy was cool and not at all pushy. Good experience!

I own a 2012 Chrysler 300 that had an airbag recall. After months of frustrating customer service, it was finally fixed. Service at the dealership has not improved under new ownership. I had an appointment for 8:00 a.m. I finally called at 3:30. What a coincidence! They just finished a few minutes ago and were about to call me. Somehow I have a hard time believing that. When I arrived to pick my car up, I was informed that my battery was quite low. They actually had to jump start it. Why wasn't I called and informed? I would have authorized a new battery to be installed. They obviously didn't care. What poor customer service. Why would anyone take a car there for service? I have never felt less valued as a customer in my life. Absolutely disappointed with the promises made by new ownership. Shame on you for allowing your staff to be poor at customer service.

I bought a brand new Dodge Ram from superstition springs from this dealership. The salesman Jeff was amazing, and so was John back in finance. I told them my needs for this vehicle and really feel that they paid attention because this truck is perfect. When I'm ready for my next vehicle I'm definitely coming back here.

Was there yesterday, brought my Chrysler in for recall,I made appointment last week, and as usual when I got there at 7:00am and dropped my car off,I went inside too wait....so about 8:30am someone comes in and tells me they can't fix my car because the part came in broken....MY GOODNESS,why did it take a hour and a half for someone to let me know this???Next time maybe Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep might be a better choice....

Made a service appointment for 8:30am, dropped car off and was told I d get a diagnosis by noon. Noon came and went, so I texted the service advisor, Thomas Ross, at 1pm. Having yet to receive a response at 2:45pm I called and learned they had not yet looked at my car. Later, with the service department closing soon, I decided to go there and wait it out. On the way I got a text saying an estimate was being prepared. When I arrived my car was parked outside and there was no estimate ready. After helping a couple other people Thomas drafted an estimate in front of me.

I would have gladly given the green light to proceed had he delivered on his promise to get me an answer by noon, but since he wasted an entire day with no work done I ve decided to take their diagnosis to another mechanic.

Prices are way higher than other dealers and their forever warranty is a total hoax. Price shop before you go to this dealership. You will be happy you did. Very dishonest business model and most of the positive reviewers on this are employees of the dealership. Once you read the reviews you will get an idea of what I am talking about. There score otherwise would likely be closer to 1.5 or 2 stars.

And in response to your request to call you. No thank you. I have already spoken to six people in an attempt to resolve the issues we experienced with your dealership. My time is to valuable to continue wasting our time dealing with liars. I have notified Jeep directly, the bbb, and will continue to warn unsuspecting buyers of the unethical practices we experienced. I hope that no one has to go through the crap you have put my wife and I through. Also the fake reviews are becoming quite transparent.

buyer beware! Additionally the only thing warranty forever means it's your on a advertising list forever. They always have an excuse to not hold the warranty. Worst dealership in history.

Bill at the Superstition Springs Jeep Service Depa...

Bill at the Superstition Springs Jeep Service Department deserves a raise!!!! :-) I had originally purchased my Cherokee at Sullivan Motor Sports. I am not one to normally complain about service because I know and understand human error, however, after attempting to get assistance from Sullivan Motor Sports for six months concerning the extended warranty I had bought at the time of purchase; I was beyond disappointed with the service provided by Sullivan Motor Sports. My boyfriend had taken my car down to a friend who indicated it would be about 4k to fix my transmission problem. I needed help with warranty and didn t know where to turn. I therefore contacted Superstition Jeep for assistance which is where I came in contact with Bill. I had explained to him the lack of communication and just plain confusion that I had concerning my warranty policy. I had no contact information, no policy information, just a name listed on my purchase contract. Bill was clearly knowledgeable in the process and guided me through what I needed to do and who I needed to contact. Once my car was actually taken for service, Bill communicated with me the entire time-keeping me in the loop advising what the current plan of action was as well as potential additional issues that could arise and the potential costs for me. Fortunately; the issue was able to be covered under my warranty and thanks to Bill I should have my car back today!!!!

My son traded a car in 2 months ago at this dealership and they haven't paid off the loan on the trade in which is messing up his credit because the payments are now past due. We are now having to get an attorney to sue this dealership.

Typical car dealer. We were fooled and thought it would be different based on other reviews, but it's the same old used car dealer. No haggle pricing turned into "let me talk to my manager" and they tried to do the same old dance. They claim a 125 point inspection, but things on their list were broken that were checked off. A fog light cover was missing a brake light cover was cracked, and the car had gunk on the rear seats. How can you believe they really checked all the rest of the stuff if simple to see things are marked as ok that clearly aren't? And their lifetime warranty and everything else they add on, are not optional, drive the price up, and a lot of it is unnecessary. Arizona does not need undercarriage rust protection.

As we left the "Manager" ran out to talk about a deal, and they have called 4x since.

Same old stuff from a used car dealer. Be prepared if you stop in.

When we stopped in to check and make our appointment for repairs we were helped by Mr. Wardingley. He was refreshing helpful, courteous and we were out of there in 2 minites. When we came in the following Monday we were greeted with the same courtesy and prompt help. The warranty work was done great, and again in a very timely manner and we were kept in communication. Love doing business there. Recommend them for any repairs.

I am very dissatisfied with the service that I received. Not only did they damage my car in the process of changing my oil. After I showed them the damage haven't contacted me again to be able to get my car fixed.

Elward "Bear" Roberts III, Elmore Martin and Ryan Deluca are MY HEROES!!!! I previously had a horrible experience at BIG TWO Toyota and was hesitant to go to another dealership but Bear convinced me otherwise and Bear, Elmo and Ryan did an amazing job at getting me into a vehicle that fits my family and went above and beyond in trying to get my soon to be Husband into a new vehicle as well!!! I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking to get into a new or used vehicle and do not like dealerships Bear, Elmo and Ryan will make you change your mind!!! Thank you guys so so very much!!!! Superstition Springs Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram is the only place I will ever go when needing a new vehicle.

The service person you start with great, techs great, staff great, 2 hrs on an oil change, ahhh, not so much. I've purchased 3 vehicles here in the past, the dealership its self has seemed to changed, empty water cooler, no popcorn? Popcorn is the hallmark of dealerships, it makes people wanna buy new cars? It's funny that way. Anyways I wouldnt hesitate to bring the hemi in to this ship , I give 3 stars for the over 2 hr wait, and no popcorn!

Took in a Jeep Patriot for a transmission concern as my powertrain warranty is nearing expiration. I was told there would be a $103 diagnostic fee (I've checked with other dealers and they are considerably less and don't charge when the concern is part of a warranty). Service writer Thomas Clark called and said the problem was bearings in alternator and repair is over $500. I had asked for a transmission issue to be checked not an alternator concern. They obviously lack the skill to diagnose more than one issue. If they are going to charge an exorbitant fee I would expect them to check the car out thoroughly especially my area of concern. They just want to "part stab" the vehicle. I would keep on driving if you are considering servicing a vehicle at Superstition Springs.

While I've never been blown away by the customer service, I've also never been completely put off by it either. It's always been a so-so place when you "just have to go to the dealership". Like recently when I had to take my Dodge in for a recall.
Really, I don't have any complaints. If you come prepared, there's free wifi so you sit around for a couple hours and get work done or whatever you want to do. They have nice tables with outlets and usb ports so you can at least stay charged for whatever you do. I always make sure to pack cables and headphones for these very situations. :D
I guess if I could complain about anything is that twice they have left dirty paper floor mats in my car when they give it back. It just irks me.
Once again, the place is just meh...really nothing to be wowed over 3 stars for.

We were on trip out west when the air conditioner stopped working on our van. It was over 100 degrees! And of course it happened on a Saturday!! But with one phone call to Heggs, we had an appointment first thing Monday morning, and we were back On the road Monday afternoon. Can t thank them enough for their help, their friendliness and their professionalism.

Stopped in without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Sean Davidson gave me an honest time quote. They found a nail in one of my tires and told me about it. Sean got it done faster than quoted. I ll be back for sure. Great job Mr. Davidson!

I have unfortunately had to deal with this dealers...

I have unfortunately had to deal with this dealership and do not have anything good to say about them. In December of 2013 I purchased a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 from a private seller. The seller had kept great records for the vehicle and had it serviced often with another Jeep dealership further from where I lived. I wanted to maintain the service record and take care of my Jeep so I went to Supestition Jeep to have the oil changed and an overall check up on the vehicle, $500.00 plus later because they ran a diagnostic without telling what the cost would be prior and an oil change that is ridiculously expensive. I later received a recall notice with regards to the 4 wheel drive system which was working just fine prior to taking it in for the recall service. Once I took it in for the recall the broke another part causing my 4 wheel low not to work at all. It took five months for the part to come in and after having it fixed for just over a month, it is no longer working. I have spoke with the Service Manager and the Service Advisor both of whom are utterly condescending and treat me as if I have not clue when it comes to mechanics because I am female. I had to call every week for four months straight to find out the status of the part that they broke. I had to rent a vehicle while the repair was being done because they would not cover the cost and I have had to call Jeep corporate for their involvement in order to get things done. Unfortunately I will once again have to deal with them because the 4 low is not working AGAIN and I dread it. I am not sure how they continue to operate with such incompetent employees. It is quite baffling.

Don't believe the 4.1 rating. They are likely paying Google for reputation protection because they get such bad reviews on YELP etc. CHECK OUT YELP AND ELSEWHERE TO GET THE TRUE STORY. I had the WORST sales experience ever. Oh and the Warranty Forever is laughable.
Its a virtually worthless powertrain warranty that requires you to do All your oil changes and ALL the recommended scheduled maintenance at Heggs, or the coverage is voided. It's a joke! They can offer it because they payout next to nothing in claims. These guys are THE EPITOME of CHEESY Dishonest USED CAR SALESMAN. They use all the tired douche sales tactics.
STAY AWAY

The sales manager was fairly accommodating but the associate we worked with ended up being very rude.

We went in Saturday night and on Sunday found the vehicle we wanted at a different dealership. On Monday he called me asking if we were planning on coming in to Superstition. I said no and that we had purchased somewhere else.

At this point, the sales associate became nearly belligerent asking why we didn't wait and telling me we'd "made a huge mistake" then hung up on me.

Over the last few weeks I've received multiple text messages from him tell ing me about 'great deals' they were having. I eventually had to block his number.

I'd have given one star, but I can only hope not all associates are this way.

I gave two stars rather than one because the sales experience was just fine. Not happy with the financing. They secured a different bank at a much higher rate than our own that we specified to use because we were pre-approved at a lower rate. Courtesy tried to squeeze a few extra bucks off my back. What, did they think I wouldn't notice? Not happy about that. *Edit* Thank you Jeremy for your attention and concern. You could have done nothing but you stepped up and heard and addressed our concern. Thank you for your professionalism and your help. I have revised this review to a five star!

I don't write very many reviews, but this is an exception. Big Al did not just go the extra mile for me - he went an extra 372 miles for me to get me the Jeep Grand Cherokee I wanted all the way from Tustin, CA - he had it shipped over on his dime. Robert D my salesman was superb all the way around -ask for him when you visit them. These guys REALLY KNOW what customer service is all about. Highly recommend them to everyone without any hesitation. The best part is that I got a GREAT deal - way better than any other Jeep dealership anywhere, especially the "Bull" dealership in Gilbert which was terrible to deal with - you know which one I mean.

THE WORST customer service EVER!!! Had my truck for 24 hours +. Oil change and service AC. Did not even attempt to do anything until after 24 hour period. Called gave me estimate. When I said I was coming to get vehicle then they said let us push it through for oil change. You mean you couldn't have done oil change in the first 12 hours? Go to get in vehicle and they hadn't put it together ? NEVER Again

Great experience at this dealer! My first car purchase in 18 years. My salesman was Morgan Blitz, was knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. The Finance Manager was Bear Roberts and he was just awesome in getting the car financed with great terms! Everyone I met or encountered, including Al Hegg, was a good experience for me. I love my new car!! I would recommend this dealer to anyone and everyone!

This place is hit and miss. On the positive side, ...

This place is hit and miss. On the positive side, they got me a beautiful 2013 Chrysler Town and Country with only 9,000 miles, fully loaded for a great price. The sales and financing side needs work. I hate when dealers play the game where they write a payment down on scrap paper and ask you to sign, like the principal balance doesn't matter. We went back and forth in the finance department for a long time where they sold me on some extended warranty that was basically worthless. Why would you need an extended warranty when the vehicle is certified pre-owned and has a 100,000, 7 year warranty already? They also have a thing they like to push on you called Warranty Forever which is basically nothing. They add a window tint fee to all vehicles, even though they didn't tint the windows on my vehicle. They wouldn't remove it. They also add some vehicle anti-theft called "etch" which again is worthless to anyone with decent auto insurance. In short, they will quote a price and then drive it up with worthless add-ons. Think of it like a server at a restaurant charging you for a side of ranch. I was able to cancel the main extended warranty but was stuck with the rest.

The service department is great. Our transmission failed 6 months after we purchased and they fixed it in two days. It was covered under the certified pre-owned warranty, proving the add on warranty was BS. This is my main issue with this dealership. I asked repeatedly what the certified pre-owned warranty covered and they danced around it telling me that I would be without any warranty in only a few months which is absolutely false.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer over the years. I will again as long as the above issues change. At the end of the day, I got a great vehicle, but it was a much bigger hassle than it had to be.

i just purchased a 2020 ram 2500 my salesman name was Sandy .
he seems like a nice guy .but while making a deal i asked him what was the warrantee he told me i have to ask his manager . he came back and said
that his boss was gonna give us a 10 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper
this was a big lie .the truck only comes with a 3 year 35000 mile then they add 3800,00 to the contract for warantee strait out lied to my face ..i also have a 700 plus credit score they made me fill like they had to go threw hoops to get me financed. and i was lucky they were able to get me done.i would not reckamend this place or sales man sandy to anyone.
