Heggs is the best dealership that I have ever had ...

Heggs is the best dealership that I have ever had the chance of doing business with. My salesman Tony didn't just ask about what I wanted, but took time out to see what I needed and helped me make the best decision not only for me, but for my family as well. Their sales leadership Big J stayed until the deal was completed and made sure that the choice was the best one for me... Thank you all so much!

Took my Durango in for service. Made a appointment day before. Brad helped me. Did a full system diagnosis. Came back with alot of work that needed to be done. Main focus was the over heating issue. Got a price for just that plus the other stuff. Thought it was kinda higher but then I was assured this isn't AutoZone nor duralast products. These were actual dodge/Mopar parts. They gave me a rental truck, free for work use, and was able to complete work within 24 hours. Pay for what you get. Extremely satisfied with the service and people. Definitely in my top two dealerships I've ever been too! Want it done right and fast, go to Brad!

Pete Johnson and the whole staff were absolutely amazing. They were helpful in each and every way possible. Stepping foot on a dealership is always a bit scarey for me. No one likes rejections, but like Pete said, Life happens. And things happen for a reason good or bad. In this situation my husband and I made a huge sacrifice and traded in our baby, our Iron Giant, and made a wise decision to finance the perfect vehicle for our family. All thanks to Pete Johnson. My dad went in to buy a used car from this dealership. He was told that he could not buy the car for the internet price, because that is how they get people into store,then make them buy all the snake oil that they put in all the vehicles to make price higher. This is what the sales manager told him. It is very disappointing. I guess they want to carry on the same legacy as heggs did, before they lost the dealership. Now my whole family has to drive 10 miles out the way to Earnhardt dodge,to service the 4 vehicles that will never go to that service dept again. It s a shame was excited to have a service sept so close to my home. Oh well

Your service writers do a good job but my recommendation you need to do something with your shop in the past they never could get my oil filter tight so I have switched to Earnhardt. Dodge so I thought I would give you another try but after 5 hours of waiting for a couple recalls and a oil change was really disappointed

The only reason I gave 4 stars is that through the ownership transition, Courtesy is not emailing the existing customers about changes such as express oil changes on Saturday are now by appointment only. Sean Davidson, my service rep, was very professional, friendly and provided excellent customer service. I was not happy, however this time he was able to squeeze me in in between appointments. I waited less than two hours. He also offered other options to accommodate my time, but unfortunately I had to wait. This was not his fault and he made the experience at Courtesy great. Thank you Sean for caring and doing the best!! Courtesy, you need to start emailing your customers, especially those that were committed customers of Hegg's and Superstition Dodge/Ram/Chrysler. Again, Thank You Sean!!! :)

Disappointing. I ve been getting many letters from Ram about 4 recalls on my truck. I setup an appointment only to find out they only had the part for one recall. They informed me they didn t have the other parts for the recalls, so I ll have to end up making 3 more trips to get them all done.

My husband and I bought a new truck there a few months ago. First they did not want us to test drive the truck. But they wanted us to buy it. We argued with them and they let us drive it in the back parking lot. Only going maybe 5mph. "So ready to go do paperwork now!" From the dealer. We said No. He continues to ask why. We made the argument that we cannot buy a $80000 truck without driving and in a parking lot does not work. He eventually allows us to drive it on a street and freeway. We sat down and did the paperwork once we returned. The only thing we did not like was the side mirrors were extremely wobbly and needed replaced. We did not ask for any fancy ones just the stock ones that were normally on it was fine. They agreed to replace. While going through the loan process it took them a week and half. We had to call them asking about it. There were some days they had no clue who we were. Finally the day comes and we can pickup our new truck. We waited over two hours again to do the final signing. This is after having a scheduled appointment. We get the keys and our mirrors were not fixed. We showed them that we had a signed agreement. They said they need to be ordered and they will call when they come in. Great, that works for us. Two weeks later we call about the mirrors. They had no clue what we were talking about. The people that promise they would help are MIA, will not call us back. After 6 months we still have not seen our mirrors and cannot get a hold of anyone to make this right. I believe we have been nothing but good customers and fair enough. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I went looking for a car, still unsure of what I wanted because going from a BMW is hard. The moment I showed up, my salesman Tim Stretch immediately knew what to suggest. Of course I had to do more looking around and thinking, which he understood. He checked on me and after a day of going to look at other cars, at other dealerships, I went back to him. He took great care of me and treated me like a friend he's had his entire life. The finance manager Jeff Stone that took care of my paperwork was super helpful and honest. Overall, this was the best dealership I have ever dealt with buying a vehicle. They actually cared and listened to me and in the end, they took very good care of me. Highly recommend going to see how these awesome people can help you!

I recently had my vehicle serviced for a basic oil change and what I thought would be an alignment. Thanks to Kory Chapman, I was informed that my strut tension arm bushings have failed, causing excessive movement and front tire damage. If I was not notified of this I would have continued driving an unsafe vehicle. I appreciate Kory s thorough inspection and attention to detail! Overall great experience!

Heggs Chrysler (aka Superstition Springs Chrysler) has ruined my credit - soon to be beyond repair. They did not honor the contract that was signed:

8/29/2018: I purchased a new RAM 1500 from them; I traded in a 2017 MKC that has a balanced owed to Chase Bank (contract states the amount that the dealership is supposed to pay Chase and the amount of inequity that was rolled into my new loan).

Today is 12/11/2018: Over 3 months later - Heggs Chrysler (aka Superstition Springs Chrysler) has still not paid the balance of my trade-in to Chase Bank. Chase has reported this on my credit report as 60 days late and will be starting the "involuntary repossession" process soon.

Heggs Chrysler (aka Superstition Springs Chrysler) also has not activated any of the contracts that were rolled into my new loan (GAP, extended service, paint/fabric, Warranty for Life, etc). I called NWAN who is supposed to manage these contracts - to get a quote to get these contracts cancelled so the money would be applied to my new loan balance - and they stated that none of these contracts active (pending -which basically means they have not received the money from the dealership for them)

I have already made my 3rd payment on the new loan.

Again do your research and read the reviews. This is or has happened to several other customers.

Look on Chrysler's websites and look at the dealership ratings. Choose a dealership that has a "Customer 1st" rating from Chrysler - such as Chapman, Earnhardt, Airpark, Bill Luke and more (Heggs Chrysler does not have this rating from Chrysler). I looked at several other dealership reviews and could not find this happening to any of their customers.

Having them ruin my credit has really hurt my family - don't let it happen to you. Please help spread the word to others about this dealership. I would not want this to happen to anyone else

Decided to check out a new truck with hunting season around the corner. I had purchased a great truck when the dealership was Heggs.

Now prices are adjusted depending on who comes to the table to talk with you. FYI, the prices go up, never down. So start sweating the deal if you see more sales people approach your table. I headed out after the third guy came to deliver additional cost.

Our sales person was Chris Williams whom my wife and I highly recommend, he is there to help you get the best deal possible, trust that he is not going to try and screw you over. I spoke to Oscar on Wednesday and on Thursday purchased a vehicle! the customer service with Oscar was my salesman John helped me with financial aspect and (Lem and Anthony- offering me water while I wait) was exceptional! I enjoyed hitting the GONG! I m glad to have met each of them! I love my new car. I highly recommended this location and this team of qualified individuals to service you in you car needs. 10/10 highly recommended this location for excellent service, quality, competitive prices!

Took our pickup in for DPF full and needing replacement and items surrounding this. They told us the part would be ordered and should arrive in 5 days. On the 6th day no phone call so we drive there and no part and was told another 2 weeks. We had to pay $135.00 for whatever we supposedly owed them for doing nothing and took our pickup to another repair shop. Very disappointed with their lack of service and communication. They do not care about their customers. We would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

This was the best possible experience anyone could have at a car dealership! My sales guy "Bear," was respectable and sincere throughout. The guys behind the glass making the deals make sure they go the extra mile in order to make a deal, a deal best for us, the customer! Harvey in finance was thorough and made the final paperwork worth signing! Also, we came back 3 days later for FREE window tinting, no questions asked. Did I mention, They always include a LIFETIME WARRANTY ON ALL VEHICLES!!! You can't beet it anywhere in town! Every time we come for our free oil changes for 2 years, they continue to make us feel at home! Thank you to all the staff, we are truly thankful!

I cant say enough about this Dealership. Yesterday...

I cant say enough about this Dealership. Yesterday I went to Earnhardt and needless to say because My check had not cleared with my lender from my insurance company they would not give me a loan until the car was paid off and because there would be a left over balance of 1300 and some odd change they were more skeptical so to make amends I send a 1400 payment showing them there would be no difference left over. The next day today it showed that my insurance companies check had cleared and the left over balance of course was still showing as my payment still had not cleared although it showed pending and my lending company assured it would be cleared today 6/23, however Earnhardt was not satisfied until the balance completely said $0,

So I went online looked up Superstition Springs Chrysler, found a car similar if not actually better (had more features) I called at 8AM the lady said their sales team does not get in til 9 and she would ahve someone call me back, 5 min later I get a call from non other than Kerry Yoder, not only was he very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I wanted he was anxious to earn my business. I explained my dilemma to him and he said it was no problem. When he asked when I could come in I told him I would Uber there since I have no car he said no need and not only did he come to my home personally to pick me up he came in the car I wanted so I can drive it back and see if I liked it. Needless to say the Team at Superstition Springs Chrysler not got me into a car today 6/23 they were nice courteous, showed excellent customer service and I will be back next year for another car!

I previously rated this dealer a 5 star when they were Superstition and then Heggs. Now that the Courtesy dealer chain has bought them I have to find a new dealer it looks like. The service cashier is a nice, friendly lady but the rest of the service personnel couldn't care less about customer service anymore. The oil change packages I have purchased previously now cost more for fewer oil changes and now I find out they apparently have expiration dates as well. We had two services left on my wife's car contract and we were told that it conveniently just expired in March. Maybe that's my fault missing something when we paid for it but I've had these packages on our three vehicles for several years and never once had one expire. I'm sure it had nothing to do with Courtesy just recently taking over. It is very sad to see such a great dealership go this route, I've used them the past few years for all our service needs since we moved to the state and always loved them. You could tell everyone really cared at every level from receptionist to manager.
Oh and don't bother showing up for the "quick lane" oil change service, they have done away with that as well and are now strictly appointment only. Maybe not the end of the world but still annoying from what we have been used to.

Pete Johnson is absolutly amazing, however, I was able to observe the entire staff while I was waitig for my personal salesman, Pete Johnson (more like a BFF) working for '''ME' everyone worked together like one big family. I was taken care of from start to finish. They have so much more to offer the consumer then any other dealership, small or large. Trust me, I highly recommend this unique place of business, you will not find the quality of automobiles, warranty (new or used) and the amazing, exceptional customer service, ever. Thank you again Pete Johnson for trully listing to me and my son-in-law Garrett Powell.

We went to test drive a vehicle, liked it, after being there for several hours, from 10-5:00 finally made a deal with them. As we signed the paper work the gentleman stated that he was going to try and give us a better deal in our trade in and going to get us in a credit union, I then asked him I've heard stories that you leave with the car and then weeks later need to return due to no finance. He said that does happen rarley but in this case your approved and you have nothing to worry about, I just want to get you a better deal... he stated we might have to come in next week to resign paper work due to getting us a better deal and stated that I get lots of discounts due to where I work. (never heard of that before) that should of been a red flag for me. We finally left with the vehicle. 16 days later we get a call stating they would need a substantial amount for down payment, I asked how much he stated $3400.00 or no banks will finance you. Obviously we did not want to put down that large amount of money plus our trade in, yes we were upside down on. I then told him nope not happening, he then said rudely we need the car back and it needs to be back today. Took the car back...will never do business again with them....come to find out after research what they did to us was called "spot delivery" that is just wrong!!!! After all the vehicles we have bought from other dealers we NEVER had this problem. Granit that our credit isn't stellar, but good enough to get financed. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. So to have this not happen to anyone else do not sign any documents until you have proof from the finance company you have been approved!!!!!

I had a gentleman by the name of Abrian help me out with my car today. Not only was he able to tell me about my warranty, he actually printed out and handed me the paperwork so I could see exactly how long it was good for by the miles and end of contract date.

Out of all of the dealerships that have helped me out throughout the valley, I really felt Abrian wasn t just trying to take my information and send me on my way. I ll definitely be back and asking for that particular guy if I run into any other issues or have questions.

I took my Jeep Liberty in yesterday to be serviced and I couldn't be happier. My car was done extremely fast (I had quite a bit done) and the service was wonderful.
Dave took the time to introduce me to my service consultant, Mark. They were both very nice and helpful. Mark kept me up-to-date on my car, let me know how much the cost would be and when my car would be done. He arranged for the shuttle to take me home and pick me up when my car was complete. It couldn't have been easier and it couldn't have been more efficient. The service is EXCELLENT.

Today I called a salesman to see if he was available to meet as I've told him the day before I would call and verify the time which was about 4pm til 4:30pm so when I called him he said he was available he was just putting in gas for a customer he'd be back soon so after a 30 minute drive I just parked but I received a call he was on test drive
I said ok I walk in the 117 degree heat to look at truck my choice just to check it out so as I went in salesman man was in front of me walking in sit down say about 15 min later contact is made he said he was going to have the guy run numbers ok so After 1hr 45 minutes power surge happens twice so about the 2hr mark salesman said surges shut computer shutdown the two times
So the guy running numbers just got done doing another customer salesmen said that only one guy was doing it and he had another person to do and I think I was next didn't care so I'm sure it was longer than 2hrs I was waiting wasting my time

People already complaining about the worse thing that happens when you trade in. DEALER DRAGS HIS FEET ABOUT PAYING OFF YOUR TRADE IN! Keeps you up at night when this happens! You get one late pmt on your credit file because finance is strapped and must wait for yesterday's money to pay off and clear your contract . You can write " dealer will pay off my trade before next payment is due!" If they balk...get up and take your papers and never EVER come back! Man, this is some chicken s**t !

Lying thieves. They lied to me and my wife on several occasions. Not just the service advisor, but the managers as well. They claimed that on a warranty transmission, it was my responsibility to pay for freight. Speaking with the warranty company, the warranty company pays freight both ways. When we called the dealership on there lie, they claimed to have called the warranty company and had that fee waived. They would never return our calls until it was time to collect money. Integrity does not exist there. And the photo shows how they tried to return my vehicle.
