Courtesy was very professional! My sales Associate Beth was phenomenal. She really made my experience a great one in getting the car I want. Also my finance Rep, John has been wonderful. Such a great team!

I came in to buy a car, since my other car got totaled. I met Mike Harding and he help me with everything I left extremely happy with my brand new Dodge Dart 2015 with only 70 miles on it! Thanks so much Mike

This place only cares about sales (just like any other place where they sell stuff). Once you are a customer, service is deplorable, until you need a new car. I can't be mad at people working in service department, they just do not know any better. Also, so called LIFE TIME WARRANTY is just another sales gimmick ... do not fall for it. I learned my lesson.

We had an awesome time here, Freddy "Fender" Ramos took very good care of us! He was so welcoming and had a positive attitude about everything!!! Talk about making you feel like family and at home!! Really enjoyed our time here, he got us into a brand new 2020 Dodge Journey, brand new!

Darryl Pugh at superstition Springs CJDR was very helpful and professional. He was able to beat other local dealers prices on my Toyota 4runner trade in and new Jeep purchase. I would recommend Superstition springs CJDR to my friends and family. Looking forward to doing business in the future.

Came in just to look around, Anthony was our Salesman, he was great! We found exactly what we have been waiting for but had to leave for an appointment, there was no pressure from Anthony, gave his number and let us know to reach out when we were on our way back and he was would find the answers to a few questions that we had. When returning he had all the answers ready and again no pressure while we were looking through the jeep again.
When going through finance Jarvis Newman was great, very straight forward, professional and made sure that he went through every detail. Jarvis made the most stressful part of a car buying experience a breeze. Love that there was absolutely no pressure and they were both down to earth making the whole process one of the best that we have had with a dealership.
Thank you!

I had the radio of torn out of my pickup and it wouldn't start. I had it towed and they called me saying that my batteries were dead and I needed new batteries. I indicated to them that the batteries were good and they should probably try charging them. He called me back the next day after talking to his Tech again, and said he says the batteries are dead and need to be replaced. It's going to be $593 to replace those batteries. I declined and he said that I could bring batteries in and put them in myself or have them put them in. I ended up bringing the batteries and put new batteries in which cost me closer day $150 because there is a prorate on the batteries that I had. I did take the old batteries home though and put them on a charger and retested them after charging them and they were perfectly fine showing 900 + cold cranking amps. I was very disappointed that they would not charge the batteries themselves knowing that they had been drawn down completely by whoever got into the vehicle and left lights on. I don't believe with the experience that I had that I could rightfully tell a friend to take their vehicle there for service. The comment that was made to me by a service advisor about the batteries was well insurance will pay for it because the truck was broken into. That was pretty presumptive, and in my book might be considered insurance fraud.

had a window rotor blow out, fix along with other items they recommended was great - only issue is called in, got a 12:30 appointment, but 4 hours later had still not gotten vehicle into a service bay to at least confirm the issue

I was very unhappy this time around with Dodge (superstition) this location I have been to many locations to have my vehicle serviced around the valley and this time around was not a good experience for me they wanted $800 to change out a hose and then kind of chuckle that it's only the cost for one hose. The other Dodge dealerships have waived the fee for me to diagnose it if I choose to have my vehicle fixed with them this location denied me of this. Update as of 10-3-18 it was not even the part they told me it would be this is very upsetting so I was told $800 to fix a part that wasn't even correct.

Have had many pleasant experiences with this dealership for years. I have worked with Amber in the service department she is AMAZING... She listened to my issues and help me out tremendously. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle or service to this dealership. You wont be let down. Service all around is AWESOME....

The guys here were great! They had the exact car I wanted and even stayed very late to get me into the car same day. My salesman, Owen, was extremely knowledgable and very friendly. I highly recommend coming here to find the car of your dreams. I love my Jeep!

Courtesy sent a company to detail my car at work. That was much appreciated. I will say customer service definitely stepped up, thank you.

In no way shape or form am I saying my car was clean when I dropped it off for a repair but when I got it back the next day the condition was worse. There was a stench, there were leaves all over the floor mat from the trees they have on the lot and dried bird poop on the window. My husband dropped his car off to Ford and always gets it returned clean on the outside. The communication was us contacting our service rep who was short when we would call trying to get info. Service closes at 5 and we didnt hear from anyone until WE called at 4:40 to find out the car wouldnt be ready until the next day.

Jeff Bonner helped me look for a new car for my wife and did a great job. In the end, it didn't work out and we bought a car elsewhere simply because we were looking for a Buick Enclave and there is really only one dealer in town that has a large selection of those. That said, Jeff was good enough that I wanted to leave a review for him, even though we didn't end up buying a car through him. He was kind, professional, and attentive. I never felt that "car salesman pressure" from Jeff and would have no problem going back to him in the future. Thanks Jeff!

Super excited to hear this is now part of the Courtesy family! I have purchased several vehicles and had my vehicle serviced at the PHX location over the last 13 years and I am happy with the service. I am sure that the same service will reflect on their newest location! They have an awesome waiting area with free doughnuts and coffee! Clean location and friendly faces!

I took my car in to get the recall taken care of and they did something to my subwoofer system, it won't turn on. I left a message for Steve Younger and he never called me back! I will never take my car there again. In fact if I can't getting it working again, I will calling corporate and demanding a new system because when I dropped my car off it was working great.

Never felt more discriminated in my life when I tried to get a part for a truck that I needed I went up to the parts counter in a guy with the red beard was helping me I told him if I could put it into the company s name since I need receipts for my company and he told me it s a lot of paperwork fill out and you need a tax ID I told him I have one and said we ll the guy is busy who handles seting it up ( why even bother telling me it s alot of paper work if he not the one to do it )
He quoted me a price of $107 over the phone He asked for my name I told him my name since my last name is of Spanish decent and he was putting that on the bill I asked him if I could have it in my company name and then he raise the price on me To $117 I felt that he thought I m just some illegal immigrant has no documentation and wouldn t notice the price hike I mentioned it to him and he said no that s the price I mentioned it to the cashier and the cashier apologized for him I call I mentioned it to him and he said no that s the price I mentioned it to the cashier and the cashier apologized for him there was a big line in back of me it was embarrassing I called the dealer ship after I left they transferred me to the parts manager and he didn t answer So if your white and have an ID and documentation by your parts from heggs Dodge see Christopher in parts

Great experience buying a beautiful used vehicle here today! Worked with Howard and Darryl and they were fantastic. Heggs offers warranty forever and zero accident reported Carfax cars, it is an extra benefit!

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealersh...

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership last week. During the negotiation process I offered full asking price but explained that I did not want the addendum items which included window tint (which the vehicle did not already have installed), desert protection package, and security theft protection. The salesman returned to the negotiation table and explained that the addendum items are required to purchase the vehicle and they cannot remove them (directly from the salesman and sales manager mouth). I disputed these items and asked for documentation on why these products are required but the salesman did not provide the documentation. After I had been told that I had to purchase the addendums to purchase the vehicle several times I went ahead and said okay. I will take the car with addendums.

After all papers are signed I am out waiting for the car to be delivered from detail. I am sifting through the paperwork. On both the desert protection contract and security contract it clearly reads that this product is not required to purchase or finance a vehicle. I immediately go inside and show a sales manager. He makes copies of my documents and tells me that they will consult the general manager about the sale and contracts. The next day they call me and tell me to come back in a re-sign my paperwork with all addendums removed.

Did they make things right with me? Yes they did. But I do not enjoy being lied to and I need to share this experience to protect future consumers. The sales tactics behind these addendum products is shady and borderline illegal. Do the product actually have value? Yes, they do to certain customers but not me. If you are buying a vehicle from this dealership read the contract, decide if the addendums are for you, and if not hold your ground. You do not have to buy these products as the contract clearly states.

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for service. The friendly mechanics do quality work and all other employees I've encountered are professional and courteous. My granddaughter who loves to come with me especially likes "the candy man". And David Bartlett a manager is a family favorite.

After having had a bad experience at a different dealership, we had all but given up making the vehicle purchase we were looking to make. I then received a call from Mike Harding at Superstition Springs Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep. Mike was able to get us a much better deal on a vehicle with more options and without haggling. This has been the best new car purchase experience I have ever had. Mine just earned this dealership a customer for life!

I would give no Star at this time. I own a 2015 Do...

I would give no Star at this time. I own a 2015 Dodge Charger and have been informed there is a manufacturer's defect regarding the interior panelling. I have been told by two service managers this repair would be taken care of without any out of pocket expense. A week ago I was told Chrysler wanted me to pay a "customer participation" fee of $1900. When I spoke with the representative at Chrysler she told me she did not know what I was talking about. The representative has been diligently trying to contact the service manager and when she did get a live person she was told my Hegg Dodge they had no record of me being a customer. I have taken my car to that dealership for all my car needs. I have been told I would receive a calls back with answers by the service manager, Abrian; who never called, emailed, or sent a text. I have gone as far as to speak to Scott, I believe the general manager, who told me this issue would be resolved quickly and that I am not the only customer receiving sub-standard customer service. Giving the bear minimum 1 star which is truly not deserved but it is the only way to get this issue posted because I would have given no stars.

Today I called the dealership because the Chrysler representative indicated she did not receive a call from Service Manager Abrian. I call and call but no one is answering.

I tried to buy a car from here & twice showed up at the closing & they changed & raises the price on me twice so I walked away & bought my Chrysler Pacifica from an ethical dealer.

Then I got a free oil change coupon from this dealer after I bought my car from another dealer. I dropped off my car & when I went to pick it up, the cashier charged me for labor & taxes. Doesn t sound like a Free oil change to me.

I will never come back to this unethical business. I don t recommend doing business with anyone here. It seems to be the norm to operate this way.

This was by far the WORST experience I ve ever had trying to buy a car. We are upside down on our current car but we do have a down payment but we didn t get that far before they told us that we couldn t get a car. They weren t even willing to work with us on trade in price by even a few dollars. Go somewhere else if you want people who are trying to work with you!!!

Attempted to contact a dealer and service manager after service on February 20th, no call back no contact. Had oil change, spilled oil all over manifold vehicle still smells like burning oil when using it. Also had warranty service done broken item when they changed out a lens cover. Contacting Fiat.

The sales rep and Financial manager told me I was approved. I tried to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. They let me drive off with the vehicle and then a week later I get a call and they told me that I have to bring the vehicle back because I did not get approved for it? They lie to you!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They are very dishonest and waste of time trying to purchase a vehicle here!!!

I lost my warranty forever because I was told by the warranty forever customer service to follow my cars manufacturer schedule after I told them that the cars computer tells us when its due depending on the oil life. There is no set interval in the manual. Turns out that the service interval recommended by the cars smart computer which monitors oil life is invalid. The oil life monitor just notified us to change the oil but its not within the 10,000 mile interval Warranty Forever states in the manual. We took the car to the dealer because it broke down on us in August. Called Warranty Forever. The oil didn't get changed though it was close to 10,000 because I was to follow the Manufacturers recommendation. Warranty Forever ended up not managing the repair because it was handled under a recall. I called them today to schedule an oil change but was notified that I no longer had a warranty. Its a bummer that we were steered the wrong direction and now we dont have a warranty.

Brought the car in with several issues. I left with an air bag warning light on constantly. Never had that issue before.

I was charged $50.00 to reprogram the key fob. Key fob issue not repaired. Everytime a door is closed I get a message the key is not present. I then have to shut the car off to end the warning chime and restart the car by pressing the key fob against the start button.

Ben, Mike, and Harvey truly made my Christmas by working with me every step of the way to get my daughter a car after hers gave out unexpectedly. They are true customer service professionals and I will absolutely refer everyone to Heggs!

Hello,

Hello,
I would love you tell you about my experience at your dealership today. Yesterday I was on your website searching your inventory for a new car. I was asked if I wanted to chat and I clicked yes. I talked to someone about the 2017 Jeep compass that was in the inventory. They answered all my questions about it and then asked for my email. I gave them the email and I received 2 e mails from Matt Brown.

Hello Katie,
Thank you for your inquiry on our Jeep Compass. I am happy to tell you that this vehicle is still available and comes with a lifetime powertrain warranty as a thank you for doing business with us. The warranty is good nationwide and has zero deductibles on parts and labor. Are you able to come in today and see the Compass in person? This is first email sent to me July 31 at 5>56 PM

Hello Katie,

A wheelchair should fit in the back as long as its not a power wheel chair. Do you know the deminsions of the chair? This one was sent to me July 31 at 5:57 PM it was an answer to a question I had about the car we were talking about.

This the 3rd email sent to me on August 1 at 2:25 PM.

Hello Katie,
I wanted to follow up with you and see if you had any other questions about the Compass. I noticed that you opened my email but didn't reply. I would love the opportunity to earn your business and help you with any questions that you may have. Did you have a day in mind to come in and see the vehicle in person?

I came to the dealership to see this car on August 1 at 3:00 PM.

The first person I encountered was Kristie Phong She walked out of the dealership and I asked where the Jeep Compasses were located she pointed to the back parking lot and went back inside.

I brought the car up on my phone and pulled up the window sticker on the car that Matt was trying to sell me and guess what you guys sold that car this morning August 1 as a rental. But note the time I received the email to come and look at it. The next man that came and talked to me said it was sold a week ago as a rental. I don't know what his name was because at that point I don't care who he was I had no intentions of buying anything after all of the lies I had been told.

So here is my question for your dealership? Is this common practice or was I going to be taken advantage of because I was a woman or was it because I was asking questions and looking for a car I could fit my daughters wheelchair in. This makes me sad and makes me sick that you will do what ever it takes to get people in thinking they will buy when they get there.

So for Hegg's Jeep in Mesa AZ buyer beware.

Update: After posting my original review, Jeremy Corrie of Customer Service contact me and rescheduled my appointment and made sure the parts were available. Thanks

I made an appointment for some recalls on my car. When I called, I was put on hold for them to make sure they would have the needed parts in stock. But, despite them confirming they had the parts, when I brought in my car a few days later as scheduled, I was told they didn't have the parts in stock

After 11 hours travel time (2 round trips from Fla...

After 11 hours travel time (2 round trips from Flagstaff) and over 10 hours of negotiations I thought I was about to leave the dealership with my new Dodge Durango SRT. Unfortunately, when I was in the finance persons office I discovered that Jeff (Sales Manager) deceived me in the negotiation by taking advantage of my lack of knowledge with leases. This lie he told "computer glitch is making the quote show no taxes on the car but there are $2,500 in taxes included in the price of the car" would have cost me $2,500 more than I agreed to pay had I not caught it in the end by asking the right questions. Turns out there is no sales tax on a lease, there is a use tax but that is part of the monthly payment and not part of the sales price. Long story short, due to Jeff's choice to try and pull a fast one on me, I lost out of 11 hours of my time driving and 10 hours of my time accomplishing nothing while my pregnant wife was missing out on time we could be spending together. I lost a weekend of my life because of DISHONESTY. That weekend of my time is much more valuable than $2,500 but I am a man of principal and as such it is not about the money it is about the business practice. I HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS MANY OTHERS AVOID BUYING A CAR FROM THIS DEALER. I HOPE THEY LOSE 10 TIMES THE $2,500 THEY TRIED TO GET OUT OF ME IN LOST BUSINESS. KARMA IS REAL AND THIS PRACTICE OF DECEIT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BUSINESS!
The only good news I can give a prospective buyer is that Ty Washington is a phenomenal human and all around good guy. Unfortunately, he is a sales man and only the managers make executive decisions.

I'm happy with my purchase and the experience in buying a car. I was dreading the experience, expecting lots of negotiating, feeling pressured, and dealing with annoying sales people... ugh. But I have to say the car buying experience here was painless. Chris Williams, the Internet manager is who initially got me in the door. He was responsive and gave me what I wanted information-wise rather than just pushing me to schedule a test drive---- which almost every dealership I went to did. Sales people: note that. He gave me information I specifically asked for and didn't beat around my question. Once I arrived, Levi and, his coworker, Chris helped me out. One of the reasons why I stayed at this dealership was because these two were hilarious, for one; and two, there was no pressure. I honestly felt like I was car shopping with long time friends, weird, right? The manager was salesy but I truly didn't feel like I was backed into a corner and had to make a decision right then and there. Which was the number one thing I was expecting from a dealership. I took a day to think about getting the car and ultimately purchased, which brings me to the finance guy...(darn it, I forgot his name!). He was awesome as well. I felt like he explained things appropriately and he was talkative and friendly.

Overall, one of the reasons why I chose this dealership was 1) they had the car I wanted and stalked online; 2) everyone I met I felt like I had known for a long time; 3) hardly any pressure to buy. I appreciate the customer service and the different sales approach that this dealership takes which gives them a five star on the buying experience.

Our experience started out very rocky at Courtesy Dodge. Thankfully, I reached out to Jeremy Corrie and he solved all of our problems quickly and efficiently. He stepped in and resolved all of our issues and concerns and put the excitement back in the process of buying a new car. Thanks to Jeremy, our stressful experience was turned into something great! The 5 star review is for him alone.

Worst service ever. My vechile had an appointment on a Friday at 8:40 am for a diagnostic. Friday at around 4:40 PM we finally get a call, they couldn't get to it asking to keep it till Monday. We asked why not Saturday they the agreed to look at it then. We heard nothing. Monday came and after many calls they need another day. Tuesday comes they have to call on the mopar man. And now it will be $200 more to diagnose. Mopar man says its PCM part is ordered should be finished Friday. Friday comes and part never got ordered. Monday we hear , Tuesday it should be done. Tuesday comes and the parts were never gotten there is a hold on it from manufacturer until Feb 28 2019. In shock is not even describing the way I felt.Wed I call an talk to service manager. After all I was told 3 time my car would be back to me and wasn't. Friday I get a call they some how gog this PCM in and are working on it now and will be done Saturday. Saturday afternoon I go in and they havnt even started it yet. I say I need a rental and ask if I'll need anything when picking it up. The service manager says no and tells me just come in Monday and he'll get me all set up. Well now its Monday I'm at Enterprise and they won't rent me a car because I dont have a credit card on me. So now stranded at enterprise of course no one picks up at dealrship.

Lots of energy and excitement when you walk into the showroom. Knowledgable sales reps and helpful managers. Both my daughter and I bought our Chrysler 200's at Superstition Springs and now my mom is also a proud owner. I highly recommend them and if you're lucky, you might even run into a celebrity buying a car there too!

I had originally left a negative review, but after taking into consideration a Manager responded, and exchanged e-mails with me, I'm upgrading that review from one star to three stars. Customer follow-up is an important fact for good business relations.

Took my Chrysler in after an oil change tech at jiffy lube said it looked like there was a transmission fluid leak. Stephen Tapia was friendly and helpful when he helped me out. The dealership sent a driver to get me home and pick me up to get me back to the dealer after the repair was completed. Thankfully the vehicle is under warranty and the work was done at no cost to me. It was all done within 2 hours. Great experience!

I have called parts and service countless times in the last 30 minutes. I keep being transferred to a voicemail and to the wrong departments. I was calling for a simple key fob for my car and it seems that nobody at this location can help me. I was hung up on multiple times by a guy named Craig. It is very apparent that this location does not want my business seeing as I am not important enough to talk to someone who can help me. Being a business owner myself I have learned one very important thing about consumers and that is that every customer is just as important as the other. Everyone who I have spoken with has not shown very good customer service. I will not be taking my business to this location.

Absolutely terrible. Very poor customer service, nobody answers phones or returns calls. Over 2 months ago I brought my 2017 challenger in to get the radio looked at and the service manager said a new one needed to be ordered. A month and a half later, and after several calls, they surprisingly just got the radio in...imagine the convenience in that. After they replace the radio I pick up the car and it's worse than before!!! Does anybody check the work before turning over the car?! They then tell me they were sent a faulty radio. Yeah right...so then they tell me it will be a few more weeks until another one comes in. I ask for something in return to make things right and I get nothing except an I'm sorry. At this time I'm over it, over the poor customer service, inadequate service, and I demand my car back. My car has been sitting outside and is completely filthy and a dead battery. I tell them I will go wash it and send them the bill, they said they would detail it later...I am disgusted. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this location while it was superstition dodge and heggs dodge, I wont be coming back here now that its courtesy daodge

Don't come here to get your car worked on!!! I had a recall on my 2008 Dodge Ram for the passenger airbag I called ahead of time and scheduled a appointment for Friday at 9:20AM and dropped it off at 8:00AM and they weren't giving me any updates till I called at 3:30PM and they said they haven't even gotten it in the garage yet and asked if they could keep it till Monday! It is my daily driver so I need it! So much for caring about your safety...

I brought my Durango in for some recall work. Heggs was 1 of 3 dealerships who were willing to make an appointment for me. The other 2 never returned my calls. Rob(hope I am remembering his name right) was the one who helped me. He was really polite and explained everything clearly to me. He also found that there was another recall and put that on my work order as well so I wouldn't have to make a return trip. I had to wait inside the dealership during the work. I had my 1 year old daughter with me. All the employees were so nice to her and noone seemed to mind that I let her walk around to keep her busy. Several employees would come up to her and say hi and get her all happy. The service didn't take longer than they said it would. Rob pointed out several things that my car would be due for soon so we scheduled for that too. Thank you Heggs, definitely will be seeing you all again.

We had a great experience buying our Jeep Wrangle. Jesus was so great to deal with. It took us a few weeks to actually complete the purchase and customize our Jeep. Jesus was available through the entire process. The entire staff was very easy going and no pressure. We definitely recommend this dealership!

Bear and Elmore are the greatest salesmen I have ever dealt with. I appreciate the great hospitality from everyone.
I have never had anyone in my entire life offer me free oil changes for a year, drive train and engine for life, bought me lunch on top of that!!!!
Thank you so much. If it wasnt for these two...I was ready to give up on the vehicle I really wanted.
