I went to the website and there's a phone I on and it says call. Totally useless! I've had seat track problems since I recieved my 2012 Challenger. They said that there were no roller bearings, they just call them rollers, so they wouldn't help me! I had to go to Scottsdale to get the seat fixed!

My fiance and I bought our first new car this weekend. We were lucky enough to deal with Oscar, who was nice, sincere, easy-going, didn't pressure us, and was able to get the car down to a price we could afford. Even their accounting guy was super friendly, joked around with us and made the whole process go smoothly. We drove away in the exact car that we wanted, paying the exact price that we wanted and will definitely go back for future car purchases. I can't speak for any other salesmen there, but if you go, ask for Oscar, he's awesome!

I have purchased Mercedes-Benz to BMW, and dealing with Mackenzie for my RAM truck was by far the best experience. He is from the new school, where he takes care of 90% of the transaction online so that you can be in and out of the dealership in an hour for signing. It was the best price around, and the Courtesy group was a pleasure to work with. Time is too valuable to waste, and they respected that!
Great car buying experience! Dakota was awesome throughout the whole process! Everyone was attentive and friendly. We had a 21 month old with us the entire time and when it finally came time to signing they kept it short and simple to help speed the process along!
I'm usually not one to post a 5 star review, I'm pretty critical and hard to please (hey at least I own it, right??). But I have had a fantastic experience at Heggs with my salesman Owen Walker and with the finance manager "Bear" Elward Roberts. Owen helped me find an absolute perfect vehicle for my mom. The car was pristine!! 2016 with 15K miles and the price was just right. We were able to negotiate down to my comfort level and I ended up getting the exact car I wanted, with all the specs I wanted and my out the door price was exactly what I wanted for my budget. The warranty forever program is a big bonus, and definitely by itself was worth the drive. Owen was a very honest and respectful salesman, actually made me feel more like he had my best interest in mind, rather than his own paycheck. Bear was quick but precise, he made sure I understood every part of my contract, didn't pressure me or rush me. I was the last customer that night leaving finance because I came in so late, but no one made me feel rushed. My mom loved the car, she cried and cried and we even had to give Owen a hug because we were all just so happy. I've purchased my fair share of vehicles in my (ahem!) "29" years....but this really was the best car buying experience I've had. I will definitely buy my next car with Owen at Heggs!
This dealership has AMAZING staff that take their time with you and do what they can to help you. We have not been let down yet and don't see it happening. Great inventory. This is my partner and I 2nd vehicle and will definitely come back if another one is wanted or needed. Everyone is so personable and friendly. Marvin is awesome.
BE SURE TO CHECK THEIR ONLINE PRICES FIRST!!! I went in today and was looking at the challenger srt. I took it for a test drive and fell in love. After getting priced out I said I would go home think about it and price out insurance. When I saw their own online price for the same vin number car was $6,000 cheaper. Talked with the manager and he said they weren't aware of the online prices. So, be sure to do your homework before you shop here.
Dealership is not honest. Finance person does not disclose all charges and you end up upside down on your car purchase. They also do not allow you to use your own finance company. I will never buy a car from them again and I will never recommend them to anyone

Went in twice to get parts for my van and my wifes van. They had the one item I needed and the other was ordered and delivered next day. Awesome. Also I asked a technician about a feature on my van that was not in the owners manual or online. He was able to answer it without hesitation.
The staff in the waiting area was awesome! I had my 5 kids with me and had to wait 5 hours for our repairs but the 2 people assigned to this area were very kind to me and the children. They gave them coloring pages and talked to us here and there. They were nice without being overly nice. Plenty of room and restroom were easy to get to. I think they have someone driving people to local shopping areas but I am unsure what the process was for that since I didn't want to worry about carseats. We will be back for some repairs. As far as I can tell the repair was done well. It was a little confusing but probably my fault more than theirs.
Buying was great. Had a few issues after but the GM (David) and the Customer Service Rep (Jeremy) quickly fixed things and were both men of their word in getting this straight.
