The service department really needs to get their act together. I went in personally 2 weeks ago this Saturday to make an appointment to get my air bag recall work done. I asked how long the work would take and they said 2-3 hours so I told them with my work schedule I could only do it on a Saturday. They said no problem, they had a shuttle that could drop me off and pick me up within a certain mile radius - I told her where I lived and she said no problem.
Fast forward to today (Saturday May 21st) - I show up 20 minutes early for my appointment and there are so many cars piled up I cannot even get in the driveway but I figure, no problem since I am just dropping it off anyway. I get all singed in and ask again how long it will take and they say 3 hours. I say no problem I just need to be dropped off at home. The response was "We don't have a shuttle on the weekends - only weekdays". I explain the conversation above I had when I made the appointment and what I got was "We don't have a shuttle on the weekends - only weekdays". I ask how late you are open on weekdays and they say 5pm but our last appointment is at 1pm? There is no way I can take off work to get my car fixed and there is no way I am going to wait in a car dealership waiting room for 3 hours so I leave. As I get on-line to write this review I check the hours on the dealership website and the service department hours are 7am to 7pm Mon - thru Fri. WTH is going on? This place really needs to get its act (I want to use a stronger word) together and give customers the right information. It is appalling how Dodge owners are treated at this dealership and I will NEVER bring my car here for service (warranty or otherwise) again.
