The service person you start with great, techs great, staff great, 2 hrs on an oil change, ahhh, not so much. I've purchased 3 vehicles here in the past, the dealership its self has seemed to changed, empty water cooler, no popcorn? Popcorn is the hallmark of dealerships, it makes people wanna buy new cars? It's funny that way. Anyways I wouldnt hesitate to bring the hemi in to this ship , I give 3 stars for the over 2 hr wait, and no popcorn!
