I gave two stars rather than one because the sales experience was just fine. Not happy with the financing. They secured a different bank at a much higher rate than our own that we specified to use because we were pre-approved at a lower rate. Courtesy tried to squeeze a few extra bucks off my back. What, did they think I wouldn't notice? Not happy about that. *Edit* Thank you Jeremy for your attention and concern. You could have done nothing but you stepped up and heard and addressed our concern. Thank you for your professionalism and your help. I have revised this review to a five star!
