I walked into the service area late, screaming toddler in tow, stressed to the max. The kind people at this Superstition Springs location were gentle, friendly, and accommodating. One of the guys brought a few things for my toddler to calm her down, and a bottle of water for me. I forgot my car seat and diaper bag in my car, and the kind folks helped me retrieve my items with narry an attitude or eye roll. Only kindness. The lady who helps with rentals was super friendly and helped me figure out the key-less model I was renting. Great guys!

We recently bought a pre-owned vehicle and enjoyed an excellent car-buying experience. The pre-owned inventory is centrally located on the lot; it was easy to distinguish between new and pre-owned. All prices and mileage were clearly
marked and the pre-owned cars were unlocked which made it convenient to view without a sales consultant's assistance.
The sales consultants welcomed us promptly but allowed us the space we needed to browse the inventory without any pressure. The sales consultants were professional and answered all of our questions.
The quality of the pre-owned inventory was evident (predominantly low mileage vehicles, clean inside and out and large selection of certified pre-owned). The showroom/offices/restrooms are clean and customer friendly.
The negotiation process was a harmonious collaboration between us, the sales consultants, and the sales managers.
Like most, we had expectations of pushy salesmen/women and the dealership ONLY caring about it's bottom line. Superstition Springs Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram changed our perspective of car buying. This is a dealership with integrity.
It is a business so they need to expect profit; however, our interactions proved they cared about the customer getting the right car at the right price. Highly recommend.

I have had such a hard time with this dealership over the years, to start off I bought my Mazda from this location back in 2017, since then I have been told multiple stories about what my warranty covers and does not cover, and where I can and can't take my own car to. Every time I bring my car in to have something worked on the goal posts get widened as to what my warranty covers, since then I honestly don't know what my warranty covers cause as of now I've fixed everything out of pocket. Every time I have called in to speak to someone about this or to even get a list of recommended mechanics I either get sent to a voicemail or I have to deal with advisors who are rude and short over the phone. I tried giving these people the benefit of doubt and continued taking my car in however after this last day I am just done. I will never take my car to this location and I honestly don't recommend buying anything from these people, they will lie and weasel you into any deal just to make a sale. This was my first experience buying a new car and I wish I did it somewhere else, I have so much regret dealing with this company.

Was very disappointed in our service. We bought our vehicle with the powertrain warranty a few years ago and took it in this week to have it looked at and have the oil changed. Well it needed additional diagnostic tests so we were told they would look into the status of our warranty BEFORE they did the test. That did not happen and "surprise" the warranty wouldn't cover any of it. And they won't waive the cost because the service was already done.I would not have had the additional tests done if I knew the warranty wouldnt cover it. Their receptionist at the time was proactive about making sure I was taken care of- I didn't catch her name but she saved the day for me!

We brought our new dodge 2020 into you after purchasing it just 9 days earlier from the Dodge dealership in ShowLow. Our engine light was on. Service rep Mark helped us without question.
He made arrangements for us to have a loaner car through Enterprise and within 3 days we have our car back in ship shape condition. Mark kept us informed and we couldn't be more satisfied with our "Courtsey" experience.

Ok, first off I don't usually write these reviews ...

Ok, first off I don't usually write these reviews and second I work for a dealership. But I felt like I definitely had to for this place.So to start I called the dealership to get a key cut and programmed. Easy right. It took 6 calls 2 of which i got hung up on just to set the appointment. That should have told me something, but no I needed to get this done. So my appointment was for 2 pm. When I got there the service person that I was suppose to ask for was with someone else. Not a big deal to me, I know that they do have a lot to do. Also someone else did end up helping me. She took my info and told me it would be an hour ( I did check with my dealership it was suppose to be 10-20 mins max) and they would call me when ready. So to fast forward a bit, 335 pm rolls around and no call. I head back down with a friend who is giving me a ride. I get there and the lady who help me asked for my name again ( even though it was on my name badge) and asked me what was my vehicle. She ask me if someone called me. I said no just wanting to check the stats of my car. Then she told me it would be done in an hour. I said no I need my car now, also you told me it would take an hour a hour and 30 mins ago. Also while this is going on she is trying to find my keys and info, because they could not find my car. She had to go to the back and check with the tech. I'm assuming the tech told her they had it cause she came back. I just happened to look over and it was in the other service persons area. So I told her. Now this is the best part. When she went inside to get my key I notice she keep trying to put it together. Then other service person who had it comes over and takes my keys out of her hands and says "your key was broke when we got it." The other lady chimes in and says " yes you gave it to us like that". I definitely got mad and told them " It was a brand new key that I just pulled out of the bag right in front of you." No one pointed out that it was broken then. They did it at the end. Because they was wrong. And after going back and forth with them I saw it wasn't going to go anywhere. No manager came out no offer to fix their mistake. Just try to put it off on me. So basically, I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. I WILL TELL FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO GO THERE AS WELL. Thank for reading this.

I can t imagine actually having my vehicle serviced here.Ive called multiple times trying to speak with a service writer and every single time I call I sit there with it just ringing and ringing and ringing never ending. No answer at all. How could this even be possible. If my car was in for service how would I ever get ahold of anyone or know what s going on if they can t even answer the phone. I ve worked for dealerships for several years now and have never experienced this.

Phenomenonal experience with the dealership. Superstition Springs came through where 2 other dealerships in Phoenix had failed. Our salesperson Matt provided a great personal experience. The lifetime warranty and services were icing on the cake. I will definitely tell my friends and family and will use this dealership for all my future purchases.

Then as I'm walking around looking the car is on the lot and was told the person will come back to pick it up then and only then after that a sold sign was placed in the window. I bought my last car from here under the old name and things were great. I just didnt get a good vibe this visit.

They need a better system on calling back customers to pick up their vehicles. I expressed to the service rep that my husband and I only have two vehicles and that I must must pick up the car I was leaving that Friday no later then Saturday as my husband and I need to get two different places on Monday and that there is no way we can share one vehicle. He said "Someone will give you a call on Saturday to make a payment over the phone so that they can leave your keys with sales that closes later cause service closes early." I said "That's perfect because I have an event to go to and I won't be able to come back till late afternoon." Well no one called me. There was no way I could get my car because they lock up all keys. I had to call and pay for an Uber to take my kids to school and to take myself to work. And all I got was a "Sorry about that." I cannot be the only one that has stressed to make sure I get my vehicle back. They have to come up with a better system cause that's not right!!

Great service, great people, top notch facilities. The only reason I don t give them 5 stars is because every time I go in for service, I m asked to give feedback, or rate them, or take a survey. I don t mind doing these things once in a while, but I have things to do. I lead a busy life. I haven t the time to do it every single time I get my oil changed or tires rotated. You guys are good at what you do! I ll buy my next vehicle from you. I ll tell my friends about you. Ok? Enough is enough.

I had a great experience at Heggs with Chris Williams and Ryan Deluca. Chris was very responsive in getting back to me and keeping me updated about when my jeep would be ready (I opted to get a lift kit package put on right away) and Ryan prepared the paperwork and walked us through very quickly. I also had a great experience with Jeremy (I do not know his last name) who kept in contact with me about getting in the rims I wanted so I could have my vehicle in just a few days. Great experience.

My truck service was completed satisfactory, however I felt pushed off by the receptionist when trying to get estimates and scheduling. Truck took longer that expected to repair. Fortunately I also had a factory recall so they provided a service loaner. I expected to get my $30.00 down back but didn t.
So 3 stars almost 2. So far the repairs done seem fine.
Having my truck serviced in Enumclaw Washington, they performed service, detailed my truck (washed and vacuumed) and would advise me of little issues they took care of (Glass chip filled, trim that needed repair etc.). If Heggs wants to strive for customer service, above is a great example.

Was working with a great sales guy for a couple weeks on a dodge diesel that needed a new transmission. Was patient and waited until it was fixed. I offered to put down a deposit was told I could then told I couldn t then later told by the sales manager I could have. When the truck was ready I got a call to come down and buy it. I was there in less than 15 minutes. Sat in the waiting area while the sales guy learns that the truck was pulled by the GM to be sold to his friend. I guess special treatment for a friend overrides a customer 100% ready to buy. Word of advice if you pull rank on a vehicle to sell as a favor to a friend then just remove it from your advertisement and inventory so customers don t waste their time. I would give less than 1 star if I could. I was offered nothing else by the management team for wasting my time.

My husband and I have bought vehicles before, but this time it was much easier and stress free. Our sales rep Matt Brown was amazing he listened to what we where looking for and help us to achieve what we wanted. Matt was very easy to work with he was down to earth and easy to talk to. Just moved to the area and needed to get a service done on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. 1st time at the dealership which is about 3 miles from my house. Read the reviews but thought I would give it a try. Went in and met right away by service techs. Very friendly and great personality. They stated it would 30-40 min for the express oil change and tire rotation plus check all fluid levels etc. Great job and was done in 30 min. Waited in the lounge.

Though I have to say they had free coffee but the refrigerator with the free water was completely empty on a day of 105. Free popcorn though.

This is my third car purchased from Superstition Springs Chrysler Jeep Dodge, I was looking for a small SUV and stopped in to say Hello to my salesman Charlie Bennett. He suggested I look at the Jeep Cherokee, I loved the car. Not only do I consider Charlie my permanent car salesman, but I think of him as a friend.
Then I was taken in to meet with Rick Ballester the man that handled my finances, and he was wonderful. I had some concerns, and Rick was most helpful in clearing these up.
Between Rick and Charlie I am confident with the car I purchased and got a great deal on the financing.

The nut to remove it was stripped but the technician Kory spent some time on it and got it off and replaced. The charges were more than reasonable for what it took to fix. Buyer Beware! New name, same folks. This dealership took my trade-in and didn't pay it off until the original finance company charged it off... and trashed my credit. The same finance team that did this to me, had done it to many others BEFORE me. That shows intent to deceive / commit unethical practices. The same folks (except the salesman) are still there. They cost me a lost business deal (over $30k loss) due to my credit showing 30, 60, and 90 day late marks in addition to a charge off.

Work on my wife's car was completed in a timely manner. The only issue was while picking up the car, only one person in the service dept offices, was wearing a mask. The person who brought up the car, was not, which made my wife very uncomfortable about driving home in it. I know the issue is very political here in Arizona, but EVERYBODY must do their part to stop the pandemic.

Terrible experience. The only reason I didn t leave a 1 Star is because they fixed the problems with the vehicle. It is impossible to get ahold of someone by calling the dealership. I was forced to drive there 3 times in order to get assistance. The recal was when I purchased the truck in Sept and I was barely fixed this month.
I asked for a complimentary wash since my truck was filthy when I picked it up and I was told your machine was no longer available and you no longer had car wash vouchers.
The only positive experience I had was when the shuttle drove me home after dropping off my truck. He was very apologetic about the service.
When I asked several people, including the general manager about my warrantee, they all told me they had no idea and could not refer me to the proper phone number to call. When I finally did get the phone number, I called and they told me that my name didn t match the VIN number for the truck.
Absolutely horrible service. I wish I had bought my truck somewhere else.

After NUMEROUS emails and text messages, I was told that I was indeed approved and ready to go. I live 4 hours away, so I explained that I cant afford to waste time and gas to go there if it isnt a for sure thing. I get there and NOTHING has been done. Not a thing. Come to find out that I needed a cosigner and all that. I waited FOUR HOURS in the lobby waiting for the salesman to come back. Not a peep. After saying I wasnt approved for that first vehicle, my salesperson goes off and tries to sell me on a COMPLETELY different vehicle, that has NO correlation, and has nothing that fits my needs. Then after, tried to sell is a similar car that wasnt listed yet, have yet to hear back.
Going from a definite yes to a NO, only to receive a half tank of gas for compensation...? Even after explaining that I'm not going there for nothing.
Edit: I understand the salespeople can only relay what the managers tell them, but they really need to follow up with them and coordinate, since I wasted 12 hours of my only day off just to go home empty handed. I was basically lied to. Not sure id like to go back to them.

I was hesitant to go because of my credit. One day I just decided to go down and didn't call anyone. I was greeted by another salesman and advised him I was looking for Elwood but he wasn't there bUT he helped me. He wax upfront and honest about what I needed to do to work on improving my credit. Very shady sales practices. My son wanted to buy a used car with a top price of $11,000. They negotiated a price of $11,500. Not too bad. The sales guy kept focusing on monthly payments and NOT on the overall costs of the car. When I asked to see what the final costs of tax/tag etc would be he told me he is not normally shown those costs. I had to start getting a little angry at that point in order to see those costs. And apparently accessories costs weren't supposed to be shown either because he later added another $2,300 to make the total over $14,000. Unfortunately my son really wanted the car, and bought it, will now have a hard life lesson about dealing with shady car companies. Basically, when a car salesman asks you what you want for a monthly payment and not what you want to pay for a car, you know they are deceptive and shady. If you don't want smoke and mirrors don't go to this dealership.

I spoke to a sales manager for the car dealer today. It wasn't quite the outcome I had hoped for, but I was told the salesman would have a little extra training. Sounds good to me. I wish him well.

Charlie and his assistant Sam didn't make us feel like we were bothering them, even though we made it clear we weren't looking to buy that day. They answered all questions and seemed happy to help.
