This place is hit and miss. On the positive side, they got me a beautiful 2013 Chrysler Town and Country with only 9,000 miles, fully loaded for a great price. The sales and financing side needs work. I hate when dealers play the game where they write a payment down on scrap paper and ask you to sign, like the principal balance doesn't matter. We went back and forth in the finance department for a long time where they sold me on some extended warranty that was basically worthless. Why would you need an extended warranty when the vehicle is certified pre-owned and has a 100,000, 7 year warranty already? They also have a thing they like to push on you called Warranty Forever which is basically nothing. They add a window tint fee to all vehicles, even though they didn't tint the windows on my vehicle. They wouldn't remove it. They also add some vehicle anti-theft called "etch" which again is worthless to anyone with decent auto insurance. In short, they will quote a price and then drive it up with worthless add-ons. Think of it like a server at a restaurant charging you for a side of ranch. I was able to cancel the main extended warranty but was stuck with the rest.
The service department is great. Our transmission failed 6 months after we purchased and they fixed it in two days. It was covered under the certified pre-owned warranty, proving the add on warranty was BS. This is my main issue with this dealership. I asked repeatedly what the certified pre-owned warranty covered and they danced around it telling me that I would be without any warranty in only a few months which is absolutely false.
I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer over the years. I will again as long as the above issues change. At the end of the day, I got a great vehicle, but it was a much bigger hassle than it had to be.
