5 star service is beyond an overstatement. Brought my car in for service, waited 8 days for parts, got it back filthy dirty with no compensation for the wait. Go somewhere else, it'll save you time and a giant hassle.

Love the Serivce Department!! They are so nice and helpful! We took our truck in for the air to get fixed. Because they had to order a part, they arranged for our family of 7 to get a mini-van. I was so thankful for that! We have children that needed to go places. It worked out great! We, also, had to take our mini-van in for repair over the last few years and the service department was always great! Thank you to Amber McFarlan for her great service everytime we have to bring a vehicle in. She is Awesome! Thank you!!

Service department needs better management. Their service advisors do not communicate or keep the customers updated on the status of the vehicle. Everytime I called it went straight to voice mail, and when you show up 12 hours later they are annoyed that you are there asking if you are going to have to leave it another day. This is my third time going through this and my last, I would rather drive across town to find a better dealership. I understand that everyone has off days, but honestly not like this.

My wife has been having her charger serviced there for the last 3 years and they have a great service department. The sales department went out of there way to make me comfortable. I couldn't ask for better people!

I am always apprehensive when I go to a car dealer, especially alone. I never felt pressured here and my salesman, "Bear", was very easy to talk with and make a deal with. Not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. AND.... he was able to get me into my first brand new car! "Bear" is the best!

Disappointed in this dealership. Went in to look at a used Ram 1500. The sticker price was within my budget and I was excited to purchase the vehicle. Unfortunately after sitting down to run the numbers, I find out they have a bunch of hidden add on accessories that are pretty pricy. The sales guy was nice but he knew I wasn't there to get bamboozled so the sales manager try to be a little witty. I politely declined to purchase and decided to walk away. I explained that I would discuss their offer over with my wife, The sales manager continued to pursue the sale by saying things like, "What number do we have to be at to get you to not talk things over with the wife?" I respectfully declined again and he tells me, "in his house he makes the decisions and doesn't have to ask permission to buy anything." At this point I knew I couldn't do business with dealership. It was disrespectful to me and my wife. I encourage you to avoid this dealership at all costs if you respect family values and want to avoid sleazy sales practices.

The customer service is great!!!!...my sales guy was Colton who was awesome and full of personality and just made time spent at the dealership feel like a breeze instead of the dreadful UNPLEASANT hours it usually feels like when your at a dealership. Levi was the man who was working on the numbers for me and he was super amazing and really pushed to meet my needs number wise! Jarvis was my closer and he made sure to go the extra mile for me to get a good deal, you can tell that this place is really about their customers and meeting the needs of their customers, You Guys ROCK!

The mechanics were great they got my truck done in less time then I thought they would. The service manager that helped me check in though was rude. I brought my truck in for airbag replacement due to a recall and had asked him if they could just run a test to see why my check engine light wouldn't go off after replacing the gas cap. He seemed extremely inconvenienced by me asking this and stated there would be a charge of over a hundred dollars for them to run the test. Keep in mind he had already hooked up to my truck and was reading results on the iPad in his hand. I told him to forget the test and left. I won't be bringing my truck back in to this shop nor will any future purchase be made here.

The service we received in the past two years was excellent to the point that we made a point of advising management how welcome and valued we felt when Sherry was our service manager, she now lives out of state. This event on December 3rd was the complete opposite and a bitter, frustrating experience! We arrived at noon and finally got our car back just before closing at 7pm, we were there fir a flush and fill for the radiator and a new thermostat, really, 7 hours?! I prefer to have the staff member under promise and over deliver than the other way around. We were told to come back at three to pick up our car and when we did it had not even been started on at that time. Then we were told to come back at five and it would be ready, then six and then six thirty. That s a long time yo killer when we were not provided with a courtesy car. Not sure what has changed but we always had a car to use in the past. The shuttle did drop us off at Costco and then return us to the dealership but then the service was done for the day and we sat for two hours in the dealership. So there went several hours we will never get back. The flush and fill was not urgent do we could have made an appointment and come back another day had we been advised that they were too busy to service our car in a timely manner, but while we were talking to the service advisor on our arrival at noon, our car was already gone to the holding area when we left yhe advisors office. It was just very disappointing on many levels.

First time using the service under the Courtesy banner. While the service is hopefully good, they left all the plastic & paper mat stuff in the vehicle/drivers seat. When you spend a lot of money for service it should be clean when you pick it up . It would be nice to have the car washed too. Simple touches

Worst expierience of my life. Sold me a car that has been into an accident. When I found out the car has been into an accident about 12 months after I purchased the car, they didn't want to take responsibility of it. So if I could rate this dealer as the worst dealer ever I would but I can't rate it a 0 so I guess I'm just going to have to rate this dealer as a 1 out of 5 star. Worst customer service. Worst cars. Non trustworthy and now my car is not even worth half of what they sold it to me because of the car accident that brings the value of the car very low.

We took a truck we were thinking of buying to them for an inspection. Which there was no charge for. They were very nice. When the inspection showed a number of leaks underneath, including a gas tank leak, we didn't but the used truck from another used car dealer. Grateful we took it to them.

I REALLY wanted to give this place a 5 star, because when I FIRST came here in 2014 everyone was SUPER FRIENDLY! I would come in and everything was easy and everyone seemed like they were in a good mood. My family and I have purchased many vehicles here and the man we used to deal with was Ryan D. Ryan was always so helpful and always made sure we were taken care of.. Just recently they changed ownership (and it seems like staff as well). Now it seems like a chore to come in just for an oil change, things changed and change is good at times, but this change isn't very good... When I go in there seems to be some kids are just upset with life or just don't want to be there... I always seem to have a problem going in there now, and when I come to pick up my car I used to have to pay up front with the lovely ladies, but nope I have to go back outside and deal with the guys that are upset for God knows what...?? BUT there are some nice, helpful people that my step dad deals with, so I am grateful for that.. If you go here, just make sure you get the nice people to handle your car/needs. They do a great job with fixing my car though! They are getting 3 stars because of the few nice people that still work there and for Ryan D (even though he does not work there anymore).

I Dropped into Superstition Springs Chrysler Jeep Dodge Not sure what to expect. I have not had to really car shop due to the fact I have always worked at a dealership and made purchases there, so instantly I had my guard up. I went in knowing what I wanted to spend already had my numbers figured out and was surprised they came up with what I was thinking. It was such a smooth experience again was very surprised. I was happy I did not have to wait forever for finance either. I just can't tell you enough about what a positive experience I had. I had the best Sales Person and the best Finance person, Thank you soooooooo much Mike Madrid and Sterling Whitley for making this experience such a great one. Oh ya and by the way I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Need a little more work on customer service part of your service representative, but was impressed overall. The employee (lady) who set up my appointment was very friendly & answered my questions since this was my first time taking my vehicle here, so let her know to keep up the excellent job she s doing!

Pretty disappointed in this dealership. Purchased a Chevy truck here in June with 89,000 miles. Truck has 91,000 miles on it now and I already have to take it to the Chevy dealership to look into a mechanical issue that they should've checked before rushing the truck out the door. This truck was back at their "make ready" department twice within the first week of ownership for issues that got "overlooked" They ended up replacing my alternator AND the air conditioning compressor because they were both bad. This dealership is only concerned with making money off of you and now im less than 6 months into ownership of this truck, and am most likely going to have to spend upwards of $800 for a repair they neglected to complete. Go to Earnhardt and stay clear of this place. Courtesy: you are no better than the Heggs dealership you replaced.

Didn't know Heggs was being sold. This limited there ability to effectively work. Mechanical. They ould not order parts to complete job. Had to go to another Dodge dealer. Word is out Heggs is in financial trouble. I probably won't go back for service or new car.

The positive reviews are a scam just like everything else at this dealership. I negotiated an out the door price before getting to the dealership. Once I got there the sales guy told me they made a mistake and the truck we agreed on was $2400 more than the price I was quoted. I made the mistake of giving the sales guy my keys for my trade. They held me hostage for an hour and ten minutes before I finally got my keys back. Total scam artists!

I called other dealers to find out that same service would have been half price since they were not able to do anything. This are reasons why no one likes to go to dealer. And also that the engine they said was a not a fiat engine when it was? Gotta love the dodge dart. Not bringing back here only to order parts from the best Ted. And then when my service manager would question the bill the service writers were getting angry and making my shop Employees feel uncomfortable. I will be heading to earnhardts chrysler now for future services when it comes to service small shops outside the dealer reach. Thanks for a blown opportunity in your service dept. all they care is about that quick buck but nothing ling term.

Drove up from Tucson for a car I found online, Jeff Bonner is a great salesman and was excellent at handling my requests. Jeff even sent me a nice hand written postcard to thank me for my business.

Only reason I cannot give this dealership 5 stars is because just like 90% of the dealers out there, they add about $1,000 in stupid dealer add on's to every car (399 tint, 599 desert protection package, etc)

Initial chat with used car salesperson who was very nice but did not have what I was looking for. Sent me to the store for new cars. Told me to speak to one person. He handed me off to another person. They allowed me to drive a car that I told them I would not buy since it had some features missing but it allowed me to test drive. Salesperson said it was V6. Looked afterward on sticker and it was 2.0 turbo. So he was not familiar with the vehicle. Then ran put of gas on off ramp during test drive. Horrible. We got back and I told him what I wanted. Gave him my card. He never called me. I bought elsewhere the next week. Not impressed.

My experience with this Dealer's maintenance depar...

My experience with this Dealer's maintenance department has never been good, the only reason I come back is because of the lifetime warranty. Even then I have contemplated forfeiting the warranty just so I don't have to go there any more.

Issue 1: Diagnostic fee vs warranty deductible. If the repair is not covered then I have to pay $136 diagnostic fee which is ridiculous considering most places do a complete inspection for free. If the repair is covered under the warranty it is still $100

Issue 2: I took my car to them right before vacation for check up/routine maintenance. After picking up the van 30 minutes later check engine started going off. Took it back to them and it was misdiagnosed the first time, ordered the wrong part the 2nd time, and long story short vacation was delayed by 5 days due to their mistakes

Issue 3: Called and arranged to have someone come pick up at 5pm to retrieve my car, no one showed. Called and inquired and assured me that someone was on the way, no one came. Called again and said that their driver wasn't reporting in. I ended up calling my friend to give me a ride so I could get there before they closed after trying to work it out over the phone for 2 hours. Gave me a free car wash for the trouble...hooray...

Issue 4: Service advisor called and reported what needed to be done, I declined a few unnecessary things that I could do myself. When I arrived they had done the things that I declined

Issue 5: I was just there last month and their invoice system was down so they couldn't provide a detailed report of what work was done. I asked to have it emailed once it was back up. I have called twice & emailed twice since then with 0 return responses

Overall this place has terrible customer service, slow work, and is WAY over priced. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This has probably been the worst experience I have ever had in a dealership. Salesmen were super pushy and annoying, they wouldn't leave you alone for a minute. In the negotiation we agreed to a certain price and when we were going to sign the price was higher. We were at this dealership for 8 hours total even though the first thing they tell you is that they won't keep you for more than 2. When we were waiting to sign the finance guy was taking forever and when I went to check if he was almost done, he was browsing the Internet on his phone. A manager (I think his name was melvin) called me 2-3 days after the purchase to do a small survey and I told him how dissatisfied I was he apologized and told me he will call me right back but he never did. Overall I would recommend to go to another dealership.

Lem, the sales professional that helped me was thoughtful and helpful.I came in very late and he stayed well after closing with me to get all my paperwork done so I could drive my car home same that night. Cody was able to get me in for an oil change in short time. I really appreciated him taking care of the recall notices on my truck while it was there. It saved me an additional trip. Cody is always professional, nice, friendly, and explains procedures to me. I feel very fortunate in being able to get answers to my questions from him.

I recently traded a car in at Courtesy and purchased a slightly used car. My sales person, John Lemon, was awesome. He gave me all of the information on the car that I wanted, was reasonable in working with me on my non-slightly used vehicle trade and was pleasant to deal with. The whole purchase went quite quickly with a minimal amount of haggling. I would definitely recommend Courtesy and John Lemon. I love my car and I had a great experience at Courtesy. Thanks!

I learned first hand that there is nothing to worry about and they still take care of me as if they knew me since my first time being there back in 2007, I've bought many vehicles from this dealership and will not hesitate to go back and buy another vehicle... thanks for all your help Jeremy

Service dept is great, they have bent over backwards to accommodate me and my vehicle. They will give you a ride home and pick you up if necessary. Amber is very personal and will explain in very simple terms the problems with your vehicle. Highly recommend going here for your vehicle service!

I had an appointment scheduled for 9am to have a recall on my vehicle completed. They said the needed the vehicle all day. If you have an appointment why is the vehicle needed all day? This was not told to me when the appointment was scheduled. I guess they want to fix the vehicles actually paying first and who cares about appointments. It doesn't take all day to replace an ignition.

Unfortunately they won't sell you the vehicle at the price they advertise. They have several things they add as dealer that they add on to the sale price. Things like vin etch, desert prep and window tint. If these cannot be removed, I recommend they change the sale price to reflect that.

These people are terrible. We brought our Durango there for an oil change. They found a $600 dollar problem. Two weeks later we had another problem, a sencer in the same area as the repair. Brought it back, $1600 repair. Ok we have a warranty so we paid our deductible and were told it would be in about 2 weeks. 2 weeks later we find out their assets are frozen and they can't order parts since a month before we paid our deductible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM.
