I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my time. This is by far the best buying experience that I have ever had at a dealership. My salesperson, Bear, is excellent, knowledgeable, and follows up to make sure you are happy with your purchase. They didn't pressure me and I left having had a pleasant experience. The Sales Manager, Anthony, as well as Jorge in finance were a pleasure to deal with as well. They came through on the vehicle and deal that I wanted and not just to settle for something. Don't hesitate to check this place out when looking for a Ram........

Buying a car is "normally" not a fun task. But Pete Johnson at Superstition Springs Chrysler Jeep makes the experience very "unique" and less stressful. Fun guy to work with and highly recommend him.
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I chose to go to them for my used vehicle is because the service department had worked on my 84yr old Mothers Town and Country and they were very professional, Polite and treated her with respect. Every person that I encountered while at the dealership went out of their way to greet me, speak to me and make me feel at home. There was a glitch the day after I had purchased the vehicle pertaining to advertised price and what I had paid (website info was updated the morning after to reflect sales prices.) ( was a marketing mistake not directly the sales personnel mistake) My sales person was busy so I spoke to the Sales Manager listed above and the matter was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. This made my experience buying a vehicle to be ABOVE pleasant. The acknowledged that I was a valued customer and was worth making happy even though legally they were not bound to do so. I would certainly recommend them to others. In fact I have mentioned on my facebook page how happy I was with how I was treated and how happy I am with my new to me Jeep. JOB WELL DONE. I am looking forward to my future business with this dealership.
I contacted Hector Quinto regarding a2020 Ram 1500 Laramie. He took the time to review the vehicle online with me and even took the personal time to send me a personal video of the truck. I have been shopping for a new truck for about a month and he has been the most professional agent I have spoken to since I began my search. I was not able to make a deal today but will continue to search Courtesy CDJR for my new vehicle. Thank you Hector.
I m very displeased with my service here. I was never notified about a change of ownership or that i would have to make an apt to have my oil changed until i showed up one day to try and do so. Whatever, made an apt and came back. Came back and they informed me they didn t have a rental car to give me of any sort because they didn t have contracts set up. Definitely not cool because by this time my car was stalling in the middle of intersections so i knew it would take time to figure out the issue and get it resolved and i couldn t go without a car. The service agent also didn t seem like he knew what he was doing so that only made things 10 times worse when he assumed i didn t have a warranty even though i told him multiple times i did. So i told them i wouldn t be returning until they figured their stuff out. Called the manager after i left. Was told to leave a message and he would call back. I called every hour for 3 hours and was told he was at a business meeting. By the time he called and i was extremely irritated he told me he would have something set up for car rentals by the end of the week. Cool. Gave it 2 weeks just to be safe. Came back, got a new service agent who seemed like he knew what he was doing and told me the rental car place would come get me soon. Soon was almost 2 hours after my apt had begun. Honestly if i come back here anytime soon that would be a huge surprise. I ll find another dodge dealership.
Horrible customer service. The service manager needed to order a gas cap for a warranty replacement 3 to 4 weeks ago. No follow up, I have called in 3 times, always asked who was the service manager, I don't recall and not sure why it matters. Been transferred to parts counter and placed on hold, been transferred to voice mail with no return call and talked to a service manager and told I would get a call back in 20 minutes. Still waiting.
Had 2017 dodge Journey in to be fixed as the battery was draining, was not fixed missed family xmas, management at dealership would not even speak to us on the phone to name names Brian service manager!! And to find out brian was a made up person another lie, name is dave!! Worst service i have ever had completely wrecked our christmas vacation as we flew in to spend time with family and was unable to leave the house for 10 days.. I would not recommend even wasting time to look at their website or going to dealer to view vehicles. Find a dealer that cares about their customers and will actually speak with their customers!!
We had a pleasant experience from start to finish with our sales individual Kerry. He was very good, fast at determining our needs and showing us the inventory. The the most amazing experience this evening from "bear" another sales rep when we stopped in to pick up the spare set of keys and owners manual, of which we were told that someone would be there. That individual was not there so "bear" stopped what he was doing and hunted the keys down and the owners manual and was very pleasant all the while. Thank you SS Jeep for employing great individuals who genuinely care about the Customer experience.
Browsing the 2019 trucks and Bill Braddock approached to help. He was competent, excellent in his knowledge of the products and a no pressure gentleman. But when we began negotiating the possible purchase we were given unreasonable value on our vehicle and then given a curt thank you handshake and goodbye with no follow up.
Amazing service! Very efficient! Our sales team, Eric and Anthony were very attentive to our needs and made sure we received what was best for our family. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome at all times. After closing our deal, they arranged to meet us at a rental car service so that we could return the rental and drive home in our 2018 Dodge Caravan. Words cannot expresss how amazing their service was and I recommend Heggs as a first choice to all.
Steve Younger was nice enough, but I've been bringing in my truck since purchasing it when the dealership was Heggs. I'm usually good about making sure i get everything out of my vehicle, but sometimes I'll forget or miss something, but never had anything come up missing if i did. My first visit sinces the dealership was taken over by Courtesy and a knife my dad gave me was stolen. The knife was on the driver side door. It's been there since i purchased the truck and was only removed when brought in for service. I forgot it was there and didn't realize it was missing until the next morning. It's my own fault for forgetting to take it out, but It's very disheartening that people can't leave other people's stuff alone and not a good experience for my first visit. Edit; Courtesy stepped up and paid for the loss.
Waited 2 hours only to find out past rotation tech cross threaded lugs now need to replace they wanted to keep another 2 hours since I have a Nissan if it wasn't for this so called forever warranty I'd be going elsewhere. Wonder if its worth it bad if warranty is just bogus!
We were driving through on a roadtrip & had a engine light come up, unfortunately the service center is closed on Sunday. Mr. Blake helped us find a place open to get us back on the road. Thank you Buckets!
Oscar our sales guy was great. Unfortunately that's where the great service ended. Multiple calls to Finance manager to get our trade in paid off with no success as of yet. They tell you they will call you back, but don't. I know we're not the only ones dealing with this problem.
I had a very awesome experience with Heggs, every one is so polite and helpful. Brad in service kept me updated on my car service, and was very professional with me. He made sure I was always aware of what was going on with car during my repair. I would recommend my friends and clients to buy a vehicle at this dealership. And thank you to Wayne also.
I messaged the dealership the night before and the morning of to go and confirm that the used car I wanted was still there. When I arrived (with two other people who also took time out of their day to meet me there) we were informed the engine "just died" earlier that day and they were so busy there was no chance to give us a heads up before arriving. When we walked in there was 4-5 sales people and only one customer inside the building. He then offered to show other vehicles but that they would be above my price range for the car type I wanted. Ugh. Maybe it was a misunderstanding but it sounded like a bait and switch to me. Listing was updated as sold online.
My other experiences buying automobiles have always been difficult and semi-antagonistic. Not so at Superstition Springs Chrysler. No pressure, no gimmicks, great service and follow through.
Had a wonderful experienced, I had tech 1440 work on my car and he fixed my problem same day and even discounted the quoted price! Awesome place to get cars repaired!
Adan Garcia was a fantastic partner through the process of buying my Dodge Durango. I came in without expectations but was immediately wowed by the beautiful vehicle, the warranty forever and Adan's customer service. He kept in touch but wasn't overwhelming. It was an overall pleasurable experience.
Just traded in and got a new Ram. Dan Sneider made it a great experience. He was friendly and professional, and good at communicating... I highly recommend working with Dan
Great people! Fast and friendly service! Mike Harding in sales is great to work with and straight forward. Would recommend Heggs and Mike Harding to anyone!
After wasting half a day in this dealership we finally find a car that we love. Our kids started to melt down being late at night so we decided to sleep on our decision. We arrived the next day right at 9am. After going back and fourth on price we are finally told that we are approved for the payment we want and the interest rate that we want. After sitting for over 45 mins we are approached by the finance guy and are told "your payment and interest rate might be going up" so fast forward an hour and a half later and I finally say screw it and start to walk out. Then the sales manager appears out of nowhere and tells me the payment only went up by 120 bucks lol. I would definitely shop around. These guys will lie to you until they are blue in the face. Completely untrustworthy. If I could post less then one star I would.
I made an appointment for service, when I arrived there was no appointment for me. However the service manager agreed to service my car. Friendly people.
To whomever is running this operation, I have some advice to you. 3 of your prized technicians departed due to the takeover and reset of their benefits and seniority. It is obvious the Courtesy brand is not loyal to its employees and does not value them. Pick up a copy of Conscious Capitalism and read it. I can no longer purchase or service my vehicle here because you lost the best techs. Micro managed and worried about the bottom penny losing dollars. Disappointed.
Everything Linda Lowry said was true. On top of all of those charges, they some how added an extra charge of $3,125 to the contract going back to them. Gueds carvana will be the go to from now on.
I went to have my Chrysler serviced and had a bad experience and was contacted by Debbie and Jeremy and they really made a bad situation better. I understand we are all human and make mistakes what makes all the difference is how a wrong is made right and they really did take care of me. I appreciate all the efforts that were made to get me back on the road again. Thank you! I will be back!
Car was exactly as described on web site. Everyone was helpful and professional. They worked with me to get the car I wanted at a fair price. Even detailed the car and filled the tank up! Highly recommended.
We had a mystery problem that was evasive in being diagnosed. After practically overhauling the cooling system we were STILL having overheating problems. Stephen was our service advisor and he REALLY came to bat for us when on our 4th return visit we were REALLY desperate for a van as a loaner as we were to haul supplies for our son s team to an out of town event. When we brought this to his attention we were informed that their loaner van was already out. So Stephen promptly enlisted his service manager to help us by renting a van for us. They were sympathetic to our frustration of once again having to return our van to get to the bottom of the problem when we needing it the most. So far so good on the last diagnosis and repair. Thanks for pulling through for us.
I was extremely pleased with the staff at Courtesy Dodge. Pete Johnson was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had gone to 3 other dealerships and found a great deal on my 2500 at Courtesy. Again I want to stress how great Pete Johnson is to work with. Thanks y'all. Alan Lueck Hauling.
Jeremy is extremely attentive and ensures all my questions and concerns are addressed. He truly cares about, and provides, excellent customer service. I know my car and I are in good hands with Jeremy.
Made an appointment for a recall on my dodge journey they had it fixed quick everything went smooth i don't think i was even there 40 minutes thank you guy's for great service.
We had a very good experience. Our calls were returned very promptly an appointment made to investigate our car problem very quickly. Mark did a great job keeping us informed and providing lift rides for us. Very professional and courteous.
I got 2018 dodge ram 1500 Big Horn the carpet was cut too short I took it into months ago for them to tell me that after it s already been in there once and they had my truck for the whole day they said they would order it I still haven t received it I Went in there three times all ready they said it would ve been there 24 April they said they would call me no calls so I went in today 30 April and still no carpet and now they tell me it s on back order and it s still under the manufactures warranty and they say I can t have a loaner car or a rental unless I pay for it I think it s BS $50,000 for a truck and I can t have carpet that looks nice and new in my vehicle and I paid for the extended warranty ???after talking to Jeremy Corrie my truck is now fixed . Jeremy Kept in touch with me and make sure that I was completely satisfied great job and we bought another vehicle from them and we love that one too thank you guys
When negotiating a price, we were given a no and started driving back home (a 40 minute drive) only to have them call us to come back as they were finally willing to negotiate. Could have done without all the theatrics.
After buying the car, they claim there s a software issue and that they have to wait another day to get it fixed at the Volvo dealership. They say it will be done in a day and they will deliver it to my house.
On top of this, they are now saying they are having issues with their bank and have both my check and my car? Can t help but feel like I ve been tricked and lied to.
Confused as to why I have one truck with one vin number but, your computer show that I have two trucks with the same vin number and one is a regular fuel and the other is a diesel. Other than the service was fantastic by the scheduler and Robert.
Took car in for factory recall. Asked about air dam repair. Service coordinator priced, he said he could do repair quickly since car was already on rack. Had to check with hubby first. Called service coordinator back within 10 minutes to ok repair. Had to leave 3 messages.4 hours later he finally calls me after I complained to operator and says he can do repair. Really? I think not.
Big transmission job. Took extra days. Most drive a few days to determine if all is okay. All staff and employees were polite and cordial. Uber instead of shuttle is confusing and I did not know it was free. Therefore I walked to nearby restaurant.
Stephen Tapia did a great job taking care us. Best service advisor we have ever worked with. Dealership fixed our issues. Would highly recommend to anyone
First class dealership. Al Heggs, Ben Saxton, Owen Walker are excellent people who treat you with respect and dignity. A family-friendly environment that practices what they preach.
We purchased a used Town and Country van from Superstition Springs Chrysler today. The entire process was the most pleasant we have experienced in purchasing a vehicle. We found the salesman and support staff to be extremely pleasant. They had A quick ready senses of humor and made the process seem like no time at all.
We would recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle either new or used check out Superstition Springs Chrysler.
Test drove a Dodge Ram the computer went down so we came back the next day. Signed everything to get the truck. The night we got the truck we realized after driving off it wasn't the truck we test drove it was a more experience luxury truck, after 2 weeks of having it we returned the truck because they didn't get us a loan because we are 13k upside down in our car. Needless to say do not do business with the salesman names Daniel Johnson, he tried to us this was the truck we test drove. They wanted us to keep our car and not trade it in and get the truck with an 800$ payment and we will give you 1200$ I took that as they were bribing me into keeping both cars (bad salesman on their end for doing that). They said you would have 2 good cars for the total monthly payment of 1500 for both, something we didn't want to do and I already have another car that is paid off. I believe they just scam people and make them believe you have a loan after driving away... Oh well I put 700 miles on the 2021dodge ram 1500 truck that I guess I test drove for 2-3 weeks. On top of that the finance manager John asked me to stop yelling at him over the phone when I wasn't yelling at all, I called to see what was going on after he had called my hubby. I will never go back to this dealership
This dealership has completely disappointed me. I bought a 2020 vehicle from them a week ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since. They lost one of my key fobs, didn't give me all of my loan docs, never gave me my apt. parking pass back, out of my 2019 trade in, which will now cost me 40.00 to replace. I have called 3 times and have not received a call back. I've not been able to enjoy my new car because of all this drama. I just want these issues resolved so I can use another dealership for future service!!!
Its an ok place to work if you need a job , but unfortunately there is no opportunity for growth . Constant customers coming in complaining and making our job a lot harder on the other hand the quote on quote team isn't exactly a friendly co-worker area they based themselves more on a if they like you basis which I think is unfair they lost a good guy with Talent and turn that place into a 20 minute oil change but then again I'm not upset I moved on to a better opportunity. If you find yourself having to work here you will be run to the ground swamped with work and lazy coworkers.. lunches were provided as well but Pizza got old after 2 months but honestly you make over $900,000 a year and you can't even afford to get his decent food.. either way I'd say this job is a dead end.. I don't think I'm going to basketball to dealerships such a great idea but hey at least you tried
Had a great experience here. I had been shopping around for a new car and was not having much luck until I came here and was helped by Christian Knight. He was a great fella, not at all pushy or "slick" like many other car salesmen. He listened when I explained what I was looking for and he did not try to sell me something over my budget. Actually everyone here I came in contact with was just fantastic, I had an overall great experience and I will send everyone I know here. I would even send my mother here on her own knowing that she would be in safe hands with Christian. It's about the people here not the bottom line and that is rare to find at the dealerships.
What a great experience! We have been to ALOT of dealerships and this one is the best one we have been to by far. It was absolutely stress and pressure free. They really tried to get us exactly what we wanted and didn't try to sell us something that we didn't want, like a lot of other dealerships did. Even though we didn't make a deal, we will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family and will be doing business here on all our future vehicles. If you go here for a new vehicle, ask for Mike Harding, he was the first salesman we met who isn't your typical sneaky salesman.
The service advisor was able to locate and identify the source of the strange sound within a few seconds of starting the vehicle. The parts department had the parts in stock and the repair was completed the same day. Color me very happy!
I had turned my car in for service a week before Christmas and found it needed a new master cylinder for my brakes. I was told originally just a day or so to get the job done, but then 3 days later was told the part wouldn't be in until new year or after. They did good by renting me a car while I waited for mine to get finished but a few days after the new year I called and left messages on the mechanic on charge of my vehicle. I did that for 3 days before trying someone else just to find out the mechanic no longer worked there and my car was just sitting in the lot waiting. I had to go in and talk personally with a technician to find out what's going on with the company buy out..part supply cut off blahh blahh..so my car sat for over a month before getting fixed the same day I went in to figure out why it's not done. I still had to pay the 100 dollars deductible before I could leave. Needless to say I will never go back to your shop for any vehicle work needed again.
If I could give this place I would give them a minus 10. They tried to realign my 2015 Ram 3500 again, and again it is still not aligned right it wore out my tires in 3000 miles. Their service department managers told me it's not their problem. They also welded the adjustment bar to where now it has to be cut apart to do any adjustments. Also we had it serviced and they didn't reset any of of codes. But now of this is their problem. I was also told that I didn't know anything about a truck. I was going to be trading this truck in on another one ,but I will not do any more business with this place.
Anthony Smith and Jarvis were both excellent to deal with. I came in having already identified the car I was interested in and we struck a deal with zero hassles or haggling. I appreciate that they respected my budget and my knowledge of vehicles. This dealership rocks. I highly recommend them.
Have had my 2013 Dodge with about 25000 miles on it worked on 3 times, maybe 4 for the same issue. Last time I was there my service advisor assured me it was definitely fixed this time. It is not. My vehicle drives horribly now and I have been trying to get a hold of him for three weeks and can't seem to get any returned calls or emails. I'm extremely frustrated and now looking for a new dealership for service. Twice I have had bad service there and been comped oil changes. Totally not worth it.
1/23/16 Update...it's too bad you can't give them negative stars. Their service went from bad to worse. After writing this review and Mr Barnes replied I reached out to him-no reply. I reached out to him a second time and finally got a reply. We made arrangements for the vehicle to be looked at one more time. They had it overnight and told us that there was an issue that had to do with a TSB and it was fixed the next day. We went and picked it up and they first couldn't find our keys. Finally found them and gave us the paperwork which said that they did NOTHING to our vehicle because they couldn't get it to replicate the problem. We asked our service rep what that was about and he assured us they HAD done something to our vehicle and he would mail us the corrected invoice the next day. He didn't so I again reached out to Mr. Barnes who referred me to the service manager as well as the operations manager. I was assured they would get back to me as soon as they figured out the issue. The next day after I hadn't heard from them I contacted them again and was told that our service rep had misinformed us and nothing had been done to our vehicle. I requested 2-3 times that they give us our full service record. They ignored me. Two weeks later I get an email from our service rep stating what work had been done and the TSB they had referenced. I'm not sure who is lying but it's quite obvious someone is. Now to find a reputable dealer to take a look at my vehicle. Steer clear of this place!
GO SEE JEFF BONNER! I came into Superstition today for the second time in 6 months due to my first vehicle being involved in a total loss accident. Needless to say, it was a stressful and emotional time for me... but he made this experience beyond easy. I had so many questions and concerns and he patiently answered every single one of them. AND, he helped get me into a beautiful vehicle at a great price. Hands down, best service I have ever encountered. He's amazing and everyone needs to come here and work with him when buying a car. Thank you so much, Jeff!
Edit: I had posted on this site a very positive and even glowing review of this dealership. However, after having owned my van for 2 months, it pains me to have to return here to change this review to be entirely negative. As I reviewed before, the sales experience was great. However, one part of that sales experience turned out to be a nightmare. It begins with my mistake of trusting our Salesman Oscar Gomez, that he would make a priority the wobble and pull of the tires of our van if we purchased the van that day. Yes, I have learned from that mistake. To make a VERY long story somewhat short... We had to return back to the dealership 5 times, yes, 5 times to get a simple tire issue fixed with the tires. These visits involved multiple people that would test drive out van, promise us that it was fixed, only to have us return the van, and have to point out multiple times to multiple people that the problem was still evident. While I understand that having to specifically point out the issue once or maybe twice to a service manager is normal and even acceptable, having to make as many visits as we had to, and be told so many times that our van was fixed when it wasn't... to be told that it was fine after multiple people had driven it to test it, (Chris, the Technician, Quality Control Manager Chris West, Service Manager Dave Bartlett, Salesman Oscar Gomez) and then to drive it myself to find that the problem was still there... it totally unacceptable. Throughout the entire situation there were TWO occasions where I was left waiting for over an hour on the sales floor as Marc Ray was supposedly getting someone to help me only adds to my frustration. At the end of this ordeal, (1.5 mos after buying the van) I was told that a slight wobble was within normal specifications for the (crappy) tires that the 2013 Town & Country have on it. I agreed however that the pull to the right was gone. I asked Dave Bartlett at the time what the dealership could do to make this up to my wife and I since we had been paying on a brand new van now for nearly 2 mos, and did not feel like we had a brand new van, and that we had only had it in our possession roughly half the time. He mentioned that he could offer me some free services through the service department. I told him that I was not interested in that. He said he would speak to his operations manager and get back with me.
The next day, Dave texted me and said that he could offer me two years' free oil changes to make this up to me. I again told him that I was not interested in this, and that we had already purchased a 2 years' discounted maintenance package, so this wasn't any help anyway. He said he would get back to me after speaking to his operations manager again. I reminded him 1 week later that I never heard from him, he said he would ask again and let me know. This was two weeks ago and I have not heard back from him again.
Very happy with the dealership and our choice of New Jeep Patriot. My wife and I took quite a long time to make our selection so we want to thank Jim Werkland for all that he did for us and his being so kind and his patience. Thanks to Jorge Prentice for a very pleasant experience in Finance Department. These kind people make you feel right at home. We would recommend this dealership to anyone. Looking forward to our first oil change and some more of that delicious free popcorn.
Had great experience at Heggs Dodge. Chris was great on the sales side and Jarvis "the man with a plan" in finance was awesome. Thanks for all your help.
For a car buying experience which can be worse than pulling teeth (and I should know), it wasn't that bad. Charlie & Miguel were a great team and got me exactly what I "needed" and "wanted" because we all know needs and wants are two different things, they met both and still made me happy with my choice with the options available. Everyone wants the $85,000 car at the end of the lot but that may not be possible for us all, they did a great job at giving me options for my comfort level and continued to furnish options as my requirements changed. Financing wasn't seamless but that was completely my fault. regardless of the events that transpired that are obviously completely isolated to my personal case i think that SSCJDR did their best to make my experience stress-free and comfortable, as for my fourth purchase with Superstition Jeep I think it was another successful deal done and would encourage others to give them a try, unbiased... I can say the new management team has made a difference and I am very pleased with the Big Al Fam... Thanks ya'll
We have always had great service with Courtesy Dodge! They have great customer service, and always go the extra mile. We are so happy we bought with them!
GO HERE AND ASK FOR BEAR!! I can't speak enough on how hard he worked to get me the exact vehicle I wanted with all the features at a price I could afford! My husband and I were overly impressed with his non-salesmans like, genuine help! Best dealership I've ever bought a car from!
Terrible Service. Got my car serviced twice and had a bad experience each time. They never replaced the radio that was supposedly ordered which they charged my warranty for. Months went by and I never got a call saying the radio was in. Had another issue with my car so I took it in thinking it would be better experience, and nope. They kept my car overnight and didn t even have the decency to call to let me know. I asked about my radio and they said they ready replaced it, which is a complete LIE. When I asked to speak to a manager, they were never around and didn t even give me a call. Will never go back to get service done on my vehicle. Don t waste your time coming here to get your car serviced, do your business somewhere else!
