Was there yesterday,brought my Chrysler in for recall,I made appointment last week,and as usual when I got there at 7:00am and dropped my car off,I went inside too wait....so about 8:30am someone comes in and tells me they can't fix my car because the part came in broken....MY GOODNESS,why did it take a hour and a half for someone to let me know this???Next time maybe Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep might be a better choice....
