I bought a used 2014 Honda CRV a few weeks ago. Sales team was nice and efficient. However, I was sent home with one key that didn t work. My tire pressure light came on 15 minutes after driving, and within 7 days my engine makes a grinding noise after it starts in the morning.
Chadd the used sales manager reached out to me and has scheduled service for repairs and said he will have a car for me to use while it s in service. I appreciate the follow up as I understand things are not always perfect. Minus one star for the hassle otherwise I m happy he responded and has planned to resolve my issues. Thank you.

Wanted to give a shoutout to Summer in the service department..and to this dealership for fitting us in for service on a Saturday morning. We were traveling across the country when we unexpectedly needed to get the car checked. This dealership was friendly and fast. They took our concerns seriously and gave the car a thorough check up. Can t thank everyone involved enough!

Just bought a car here this week. I went with the CR-Z. The sales guy who helped us (Mike Djahara) was awesome. We never felt any pressure from him to do anything. He made the experience great. I can't stand it when I visit a dealership and feel pressured to make certain decisions or to buy more than I want. Mike made us feel welcome right from the start. The financing guy, Richard Kelly, was also great. He had all our paperwork in order and we were in/out of his office in 15 minutes.

All told, we were there about 4.5 hours. Long time, but that did include a test drive and a lunch-break. :-P Based on this experience, I would buy from this dealership again.

We purchased our Accord here back in August 2017. Although it was a bit busy when we arrived on a weekend, it was a great experience. With not a lot of wait time, Carlos Duenas was very courteous and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and that was very much appreciated. I was impressed with Carlos overall and how he was very helpful in getting us to test drive what we wanted as well as his experience with the Accord. Carlos was very professional and patient with us the whole time while we were making any decisions and that did not go unnoticed. Thank you!! I LOVE my Honda!

Very Bad Experience. (Vehicle : 2019 Honda Odyssey Elite)
I made an appointment for Sunday 19-Aug-2018 at 2:00 pm after finalizing the price over the phone. Once we are there, no one is assigned to us and the associate who spoke with us(Steve) on phone is not in the office. Neither we nor the staff was able to reach him. Since it is busy day, they were not able to assign us anyone. Finally they pulled someone to show us the vehicle. The guy is reluctant to show us the vehicle as he is already addressing someone. We were made to wait for 45 min to take test drive as vehicle was not available. The vehicle we wanted to test drive didn't have gas, so had to drive a different color(which was full of dirt, as it was brought from storage area). Looking from outside it didn't look like we are driving new vehicle.
After finalizing the car, the associate gave us couple of papers to sign and disappeared. We waited for him for 20-25 min. After checking at front desk, they assigned a associate(Jose) who was already working with someone else and who said, I am not the one who should be working with you. But at last the paper work got approved and the process moved ahead.
Now comes the most saddest part, when we didn't have any hopes as we already went thru bad experiences, the associate says he is sorry for the bad experience and says I will try for the all weather mats to be included as free.(where we didn't even ask for it).Asks us to check back on Monday. When I call back to check on it, I am asked to speak to the Sales Manager. After explaining her(Mariya/Maya : not sure of the name) what all happened , she says I cannot guarantee anything but let me check with my General Manager. I am ok even if she said no. But the saddest part is she neither calls back nor answers your call, which is ridiculous. Already the experience was bad and added it to this false hopes.
I request people not to trust this dealership. They don't stand on their words.

Honda of Stevens Creek has terrible customer service. I have called over 10 times and only ONCE did they answer (the first time I called). They directed me to the service department, and then DROPPED my call. After that, my calls just haven t gone through. I wait on the line, and nothing. It isn t the first time this happens!

No longer will I be the person who groans and goes into denial when I see the dashboard light come on. I now feel like I have a team of professionals who have my best interest at heart - be it my time, my safety and my finances. The gentleman that helped me Clint Santiago was great and very helpful. I was greatly disappointed in the technician who looked at my car. I stated that when pushing the start button it didn't always start right away and also there was a vibrating sound which got louder when on the freeway. He said the trouble starting was because the oil was overfilled and the pressure was causing the issue with the start button and stated that the vibrating was because my tires needed balancing. They drained my oil and refilled also did a couple of other things. I came to pick up the car the next day and the same thing was happening with the start button. He then said it was the starter so I had to leave my car again and they put a new starter in. Clint felt bad that it has been misdiagnosed so he talked to his manager and they deducted the initial assessment charge. I then took my car to Wheel Works to have the tires balanced as suggested by the Honda technician and they found that what was causing the sound was from the left wheel bearings needing to be replaced and the rotors and the brake pads in the back needed replacing. I thought that bringing it to Honda they would have the knowledge of what was happening with my Honda Accord.

Like most of our friends, we bought our Honda Odyssey from Honda of Stevens Creek in December 2015, after a lot of research on the most competitive prices for that car. Here is why we chose them and are happy with our decision
- They offered the best prices. This is a huuuuge dealership so they can keep their margins very low.
- Because they are so big, they always have all colors and options in store. They had several one of the Odyssey EX and color we wanted
- Their salesmen are nice, hardworking and honest. Pedram helped us and he took his time, tried his best to accommodate our needs and was never pushy.
- They are very well organized. We bought the car on a Saturday night and needed something done on Monday morning. At 7.30AM on Monday, when we pulled into the dealership, they had a mechanic who knew what we had come for ready to help up. In the weekend, Pedram had called the manager to get our change approved and the manager had somehow told his team about us and what we needed.

When speaking to our friends on the Peninsula/South Bay, most people have bought their Honda from this dealership and recommend it. We do too now!

Don't bother making an appointment, the concept is foreign to this dealership -- after two unsuccessful service visits, we were told to make an appointment. Show up on time and then we're forced to wait in our car in line for 45+ minutes before going in for a routine oil/fluid service visit. If you have any other choice in Honda dealership, take your business there.

Our 2016 accord could not start while we were in San Carlos and had to toll the car to within 25 miles without toll service fee under HondaCare. The toll truck driver could not start our car either. Since it was on Sunday after 5 pm so the toll truck driver left the car at Stevens Creek Honda Service area. The next day, Daniel L. texted and called that the battery needed to be recharge before running any diagnostic tests. Could not find any issue after running the tests. Daniel L. was very friendly and professional. He explained the findings of the tests. He assured the car is safe to drive. Even though I am not 100% confident driving the car, so far the car starts every time since .

I was lucky enough to get a good price and selection as they closed out their 2017 CR-Vs in early November. As part of the Sonic dealership group, they have a team that sets prices, so it takes the haggling out of the process and you can purchase there knowing everyone who buys in the same timeframe is offered the same deal.

Asad Hanif took the time to show me how Apple CarPlay worked. I was considering a Toyota RAV4 but was swayed by the features and the look of the redesigned CR-V. I went with the CR-V EX FWD. It has the Honda Sensing safety features whereas the CR-V LX does not.

The fuel injected engine gets 4 mpg better overall than a comparable Toyota RAV4 and that comes out to $1,000 savings in gas over five years. The two-tone interior has a nicer feel than the all black interior of the RAV4. The touchscreen is larger and easier to navigate with Apple CarPlay than the RAV4. A pushbutton parking break frees up console space and I like the dashboard layout on the CR-V.

I purchased a used car from them, but they gave me car with only one key and they did not tell me that they have only one key until I took delivery.

I met a salesperson here, (old, short grey hair and short in height) can't mention his name, he is the most unprofessional, rude and arrogant person you can find. He does not know any details and always gives you false information with a confidence as if he runs the world. I do not know why they have kept him, he makes all efforts NOT to sell a car. He would get mad on your every question. He does not know how to speak with customers, does not know anything that is believable. I knew I will get good financing from a credit union, but the credit union took some time to respond, meanwhile he made comments like, "Why you come here if you can't afford", "you wasted my time", "you will not get finance I know everything, you can waste your time by visiting credit union office". I will not have such a negative person in my organization. This guy ruined the whole experience of my purchase at this place, otherwise I would have given 3-4 STAR rating.

Then I met Ali and Stephen, they were polite, decent and professional.

Overall they are NOT helpful, they don't share much details of the vehicle, they leave you on your own.

They will fake the designations of colleagues to make you feel that you are with higher authority people.

They will help you the least.

Their service is fine, but they used my info to send me multiple deceptive emails and letters with "SECOND NOTICE" in bright red on them. They use deceptive wording in the letters to try to scare/trick people into calling and buying their extended warranty. Very unprofessional, and when I emailed them with my concerns about their underhanded advertising tactics, they ignored me. I plan to avoid giving them my business in the future.

We had four time to fix issue with Apple car play on Honda accord hybrid and still the issue is not fixed.

Technicians are not knowledgable and don't understand and draft the issue well and kept calling us four time for same issue. And the irony is issue is still not fixed. I was hoping that the Honda of Stevens Creek since its an affiliated Honda dealership would know be very experienced. Unfortunately, it was opposite. Technicians were inexperienced.

I had an appointment for a brake replacement service. I arrived 10 min earlier and still had to wait 40 mins before they could take my info. Last 10 mins I was the only customer in the service area and yet they couldn't get to me. I believe they processed people in the order they came in even though some of them didnt have an apponinment. For the return they never called me to say my car was done. When asked they said yes its ready. Brakes were serviced and the car is still running so I guess thats good.

I have been a customer since 2001. Although I can go to a closer service department I prefer Honda of Steven's creek. They always do an excellent job. They are fast even without an appointment. When they tell you the waiting time, they have the correct estimation. The waiting area is clean. So are the bathrooms. They offer a car rental through Enterprise. And as I once said, thank you for the donuts.

Went in for an A1 Service and it was a very smooth process. Made the appointment online, drove up to the service center and I was greeted by Travis who took care of me the whole way. He told me it would be 1.5 hours and it was a very accurate estimate so I was pleased to get my car back when they said they would. I'll be going there for all my car services.

I came in as per scheduled time. and service advisor quickly pulled up my lease information for my 2010 Honda Crosstour, I waited at the dealership in their waiting room, was comfortable and was treated with complimentary refreshments. Service was quick, when done agent explained what was done to my car. Overall, excellent experience at Honda of Stevens Creek.

If you are reading this at all please please purchase your Honda elsewhere. I never knew how important selecting a good dealership was until purchasing my 2018 Odyssey here. It has been a complete nightmare.
The latest issue is it turns out I have been paying for rental cars out of pocket without reason. (not to mention with a brand new car I shouldn't be needing to see service at all). And I will be taking a Lyft all day today(long story) since a replacement key fob won't be doable until I find someone one seems to have any idea what goes on within each department. Morning spent calling Honda Care, American Honda, then Honda Stevens Creek and back and forth.
Five times at a dealership for a car owned 7 months. If you care at all about your time, don't go here.

We recently purchased a used 2015 Honda Odyssey at Stevens Creek Honda. We soon recognized a creaking sound coming from both the driver side and passenger side B-pillar. We took to car in for service to repair the B-pillar. The following day after getting the car back, the sounds re-emerged, indicating that the fix was not effective. I will be returning for service at the next available opportunity.

Update:
About six months later, and having taken the car in twice, the noise has mostly gone away. Honda Stevens Creek has provided great customer service in general.

I went to this dealership when I could not power up my car three days ago. I was informed of that battery is good (with battery inspection report) and need to pay hundreds diagnostic fee if go to the further inspection. I just refused at that time.

However, three days later, my car did not power up again, I decide to pick another Honda dealership for battery inspection. They did the full diagnostic of my car, found issue with battery and replaced that for free (in the warranty).

I have to question that why you have no capacity to find this apparent battery issue like other HONDA dealship, or just try to sell more to customer? That wastes me a lot of time and call roadside service forth and back . This is really a bad experience at Honda steven creek dealership!

I bought a 2016 honda fit ex from stevens creek honda. It was a great experience. I was emailed by Phil in response to my interest in the car and his email was very welcoming with no pressure. When i went in Daniel helped me and the atmosphere was the same. He was happy to help me and answer all my questions so that i could make a decision. I appreciated all the patience i was given due to my busy schedule.

I called for an appointment for the airbag recall.They checked inventory and offered me an appointment 2 days later.

When I arrived at the scheduled time, I had to wait 10 minutes for a service writer. (At the dealership where I bought this car, I would have been met by a service writer.) I was promised completion within 3 hours. It actually took 2. The waiting area is reasonably nice. At this point 4 stars.

I waited 5 minutes for a porter to back my car out of its space, then he left it pointed away from the exit and handed me the keys. Not a proper release of the vehicle. So, I backed it up enough that I could drive through the service garage to get out.

I miss my old (out of state) dealership's service department; they understood the term "service".

Ray and JT were very helpful getting me into my new 19 Civic Touring. Ray was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying. I have purchased vehicles before and felt like I was just a commision check very impersonal. Ray actually called to let me know that I had left some belongings behind in my old vehicle and he would put them aside for me to pick up. Most dealers would have just tossed the items. I definitely give this dealer a five star rating along with Ray and JT.

This review is only for the service department. I brought my 7th generation (2001 - 2005) Honda Civic in for major service. Chanel A (service advisor), Sam V (technician), and Kenny (parts) really came to my rescue!

I already had a service recommendation from a nearby dealership and hoped they could provide a lower and more affordable quote. They went far beyond that! Chanel, Sam, and Kenny formed an impromptu team that did their best to help me out. Sam and Kenny provided a detailed inspection of my auto, pointed out I didn't need 2 of the repair recommendations I received from the other dealer, and showed me (in the actual service and parts area) what needed repairs. Chanel did an excellent job in working with Sam and Kenny to provide an accurate service order up front and providing a quote that was aware of my budget. I'm satisfied. Everyone was super nice, seemed very honest, and seemed genuinely eager to help me. I'd definitely come to Honda of Stevens Creek again for major service and serious repairs in the future.

Minor details: the service waiting area is quiet and there are free donuts and pastries available in the morning; the wifi is decent, but there are not quite enough outlets available for anyone who will stay more than a few hours.
