They were able to provide very good price deal without any negotiation haggle. During my first visit to check out vehicles and test drive, I was assisted by Brian the internet sales manager. He was quite helpful in explaining various options , models and trims along with pricing. I had been to couple of other dealers but no one actually showed efforts or interest as much as he did at Stevens Creek.
Finally after I decided to buy from them I was assisted by Mark wright. Again it was a pleasure having been assitass by him. I felt he provided a great deal with no hidden/surprise fees and no tricks to lead me to buy any extra packages. Finally he was patient enough to explain every tiny details and features of the car for almost 45 minutes before driving off the lot. Thanks guys for all the help and keep up the focus on customer satisfaction.
My wife and I just bought the showroom floor CRV. We had the pleasure of working with Koroosh, sorry I don t remember his last name, but the point is he was professional, friendly and fair. He continuously went back and forth with management to get us the best deal. My wife is overjoyed with her new car and that is what matters most to me. First and last time I'm coming to this Honda dealership. Came in for the Takata airbag recall, was told that I'd get a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair period. Then nearly a month later they tell me the loaner was only for the driver's side airbag repair, not the passenger side, and now they're charging me $600 for their miscommunication! UGH

THESE GUYS SCAM EVERY CHANCE THEY GET BE CAREFUL!!!!! Very unsatisfied with these thieving con artists at Honda. Henry in particular is a bad salesman, as well as Facial the accountant.

Walked in on a Thursday afternoon to turn my car in for a routine servicing. Also added their best detailing package to my service.
Got my care ready the next day at 4pm as they had promised. When they brought my car out the license plate was mine, but the car was brand new. Oh wait that's their detailing. The car was still my 2 year old car.
I usually give up to 4 stars in my reviews, but these guys deserve a 5 star.
There is a word called Satisfaction which I have received from Honda Stevens Creek. In Last 2-3 weeks I have visited lots of dealers, but the response which I have received from Honda Stevens Creek was truly noteworthy. The Process was exceptionally crystal clear, they have provided the completed list of documents which they need to process my application, because of that within 2hrs time I have got the Keys in my hand. Mr. Naresh Doshi sales consultant handled all my queries very patiently & give the nice demo about the new features.

Been looking around for a 2019 pilot. Received quote from Phil Ha instantly. Phil was very friendly and answered all my questions. I m from out of town and Phil met up on and day that I had time which was coincidentally his day off, which I didn t find out till I got there. He had the dealership detail the car while I was about to arrive. Arrived at dealership and was greeted by Phil. Phil was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me all the features on the pilot and answered all my question before we left. Overall great experience. Definitely would recommend people to go to Honda Stevens Creek and definitely look for Phil.
It took 2 and half hours for inspection, oil change, and tire rotation even though the appointment was made in the earliest time slot of their system.
Appointed at 7 am for mider set item of inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. I arrived on time, waited 15 min. in the line unattended, and was told it would take 1 and half hours or less for these service. After waiting for 2 hours, I was told that technicians were changing the fluids. It was quite disappointing that this simple maintanence takes over 2 hours. I made an appointment in the earliest time to avoid any delays due to previous maintenance, but it took much longer than normal maintenance. Finally, I left there 9:30 am. They applied very small discount on the bill, but it's not worth your time and messed up schedule

I honestly don't see how any dealer's service could be an improvement on the way you and your car are treated at Stevens Creek Honda. In every single way you can expect the best. I've been a regular there (new car and service) for the past 36 year, so I guess I know them pretty well.
Awesome service! I got my first oil change and tire rotation for my car here. Staff is super friendly and it only took about an hour~ Definitely would come here again to get my car serviced :)

My fairly new car suddenly quit working and it was almost 5pm on a Friday evening. Steven Creek's Service department immediately helped. Service advisor, Summer noticed I looked lost and quickly collected my information, set my car up for diagnostics and got me a 24-hour rental car .Summer also followed up the next day with text messages and a phone update.
Update: This is still unresolved, while they continue to harass me for purchasing an extended warranty. Stay far away. After my initial review I was called several times and asked to call someone's personal number late at night. I have yet to be contacted by a manager, even after emailing the way they asked.
I came in last year for an oil change and was charged $90.92 total for the oil change portion ($55.48 labor). On my recent visit, however, I was charged $254.92 for the oil change portion ($169.24 for labor alone). This seems like an extremely large increase in cost that feels like far more than inflation to me. I expressed my concerns during the appointment and was quickly dismissed. I was sick that day and did not have my full wits about me. It appears that multiple items were tacked on that I did not want or approve of knowingly.
I asked only for an oil change and brake fluid as this is what my maintenance minder said I needed. I was told transmission fluid and rear differential also had to be done, even after I tried to decline. I had just had my rear differential fluid changed during my last visit and my maintenance minder did not say either of these items were needed.
The other concern I have is that last year my brakes were reported at 6.0mm front and 5.0mm rear. I have not had these replaced, but during this visit they were reported at 7mm front and 8mm rear. This is extremely concerning as brake pads cannot grow thicker with use and I do not feel very comfortable with the service that was completed on my car.
My total bill was over $600 for what I intended to be an oil and break fluid change.
I have tried reaching out to address these issues and have been ignored. I will not be visiting this location again.

Car was wrongfully diagnosed that transmission fluid was in critical condition whence it was replaced few months ago. An adviser looked at the records and got another technician to take a second look and reported everything was in order.
I recently had my vehicle serviced. Service advisor was actually very knowledgeable about the cars they service! My car was completed on time and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.

My first service agent was terrible, second was extremely nice, however that was not my issue. When buying my 2015 CRV I was recommended buying the security system and I figured why not. The security system they have recommended and installed onsite (It's called KARR) has caused nothing but problems for my vehicle, which I am now paying for. It has caused my driving lights to go out consistently and I am having to change my fuse frequently because of it. I have moved since and the Honda I go to doesn't even recognize it and is now causing me more problems. I love the car, and again the second guy who helped me was awesome, but their recommendation for a car security system has caused me to almost pay more than what the security system in my car has cost!

Bought my car here recently and I have been returning for all of the service. The staff here are always professional and polite. The facility is clean and accommodating. The time estimates for completion of service are spot on and many times my car is done before the estimated time.
Oscar, did a fantastic job, he ordered my parts, notified me when they where in and setup a shuttle ride for me. My car was completed in less than 24 hours. Great job Honda!
Ken Mac was really helpful and nice showing us the cars. He gently gave us visibility about the process. I didn't like the guy that made us the paperwork, he was trying to sell us extended guaranty programs and alarms through making us feel fear about all the things that may be go wrong with the car. I find that kind of selling unpleasant.

I received notice of recall on my car 4 month ago. Until now part hasn't been ordered and registration has been expired. Honda service has not provide any car to me to drive during this time.
