Very Bad Experience. (Vehicle : 2019 Honda Odyssey Elite)
I made an appointment for Sunday 19-Aug-2018 at 2:00 pm after finalizing the price over the phone. Once we are there, no one is assigned to us and the associate who spoke with us(Steve) on phone is not in the office. Neither we nor the staff was able to reach him. Since it is busy day, they were not able to assign us anyone. Finally they pulled someone to show us the vehicle. The guy is reluctant to show us the vehicle as he is already addressing someone. We were made to wait for 45 min to take test drive as vehicle was not available. The vehicle we wanted to test drive didn't have gas, so had to drive a different color(which was full of dirt, as it was brought from storage area). Looking from outside it didn't look like we are driving new vehicle.
After finalizing the car, the associate gave us couple of papers to sign and disappeared. We waited for him for 20-25 min. After checking at front desk, they assigned a associate(Jose) who was already working with someone else and who said, I am not the one who should be working with you. But at last the paper work got approved and the process moved ahead.
Now comes the most saddest part, when we didn't have any hopes as we already went thru bad experiences, the associate says he is sorry for the bad experience and says I will try for the all weather mats to be included as free.(where we didn't even ask for it).Asks us to check back on Monday. When I call back to check on it, I am asked to speak to the Sales Manager. After explaining her(Mariya/Maya : not sure of the name) what all happened , she says I cannot guarantee anything but let me check with my General Manager. I am ok even if she said no. But the saddest part is she neither calls back nor answers your call, which is ridiculous. Already the experience was bad and added it to this false hopes.
I request people not to trust this dealership. They don't stand on their words.
