I went to this dealership when I could not power ...

I went to this dealership when I could not power up my car three days ago. I was informed of that battery is good (with battery inspection report) and need to pay hundreds diagnostic fee if go to the further inspection. I just refused at that time.

However, three days later, my car did not power up again, I decide to pick another Honda dealership for battery inspection. They did the full diagnostic of my car, found issue with battery and replaced that for free (in the warranty).

I have to question that why you have no capacity to find this apparent battery issue like other HONDA dealship, or just try to sell more to customer? That wastes me a lot of time and call roadside service forth and back . This is really a bad experience at Honda steven creek dealership!
