Don't bother making an appointment, the concept is foreign to this dealership -- after two unsuccessful service visits, we were told to make an appointment. Show up on time and then we're forced to wait in our car in line for 45+ minutes before going in for a routine oil/fluid service visit. If you have any other choice in Honda dealership, take your business there.
