Fantastic service by the dealership. I used the option to get the car serviced by leveraging the pickup option due to the COVID situation. Anthony (the valet) from the dealership, came over to pick the car. Unfortunately, he had to wait over 15 minutes while I finished up a call, but his attitude was superb through out and he was very understanding. Daniel, the service advisor, provided regular updates on the status of the car and ensured the car is returned the same day after oil change and servicing post sanitization.
Honda of Stevens Creek is truly awesome. We recently purchased a new Honda Pilot Touring package which we love by the way. Tonight The Dealership held a class you might say in order to answer any questions the new owners may have. The salesmen and service men were all available throughout the evening to help everyone with their questions. They really went all out to please each and every person that attended. Thank you to each and every employee for spending your evening with us.
Phil Ha really takes care of customers, and I am very happy working with him. I will be willing to do with him again after the end of the lease-terms. At this Honda dealership, the staff members are all very friendly and helpful. Jose was especially so, he was very understanding in terms of what I was looking for and had a lot of patience in dealing with my family's indecisiveness. He was also very sincere and funny! This was without a doubt, the best car buying experience I've ever had. After searching online for a new CR-V, as well as visiting two local dealers, I negotiated via email with Ali at Honda of Stevens Creek and they gave me the best price for my trade-in and the new CR-V!
I went so far as to try to get one of the local Honda dealers to at least match their offer so I wouldn't have to drive all the way to San Jose, which is 3 1/2 hours away! Needless to say, but the nearby dealer didn't offer the same terms. So, I drove up to Honda of Stevens Creek and they were true to their word and gave me the deal they promised!

I went for Honda Civic test drive. I didn't like the way they handled my visit. The salesman was rude and was asking me "Why do people come for test drive of a Civic and then go for other cars ?". And the answer is because of salesman like him. Need to improve your customer service.

I arrived for first service of my new Honda Cr-V. Eber came to me and explained the procedure in simple manner. He also gave me details on how long its going to take and other details about the service and price.
I got the car back in exactly 2 hours. It was a happy trip.
Buying our Pilot was a mixed bag. Friendly sales person, but they ended up missing an option on delivery. Service center is very slow. Can take a couple hours for an oil change (with appointment) and installing roof rails took 2 separate visits (one to install, one to fix install problems).
Everyone at Honda of Stevens Creek was super friendly, helpful, forthcoming, and accommodating! Brian Plowman and Mike Djahra really helped me out and made sure that I got the car I wanted for a fair price! If ever I'm in the market for another Honda in the future, I'll be coming back to Stevens Creek!
STOP, STOP, STOP! Be aware this location. I drove from long distance to purchase the Honda Odyssey. Don't fall on ad online because Sonic prices are not real. Very High rates for financing. They sold me damaged car, and failed to fix it. Now, I'm about complain to the State of CA!

Have purchased 2 new accords , both reliable and fun to drive . Sales people Always nice ,polite and not too pushy . Service is what gets 5 stars. Staff Is great as soon as you pull up there is a nice gentleman welcomes (wiseman kind of looks like Assyrian Yoda ) . On a very busy day they've serviced my car in less than an hour , returning it clean and quick. My appointment for an A1 service (oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection) was for 11:30am. I received my text saying the work was done at 2:25pm. This was with the agent tagging my car to make it known that I would be waiting for it. I have had work done in the past there and no matter when it is scheduled for I always end up waiting 3 hours. Other businesses that offer reservations don't have this same phenomenon. Restaurants might have long wait times, but they offer to let you leave and text you when your time is getting close. Disney offers a fast pass which allows you to leave the line and return within a time window. Your philosophy of making customers wait while their cars sit for hours before they are being worked on shows a total lack of consideration and respect for the customer's time. I don't want this rating to reflect on Juan Melendez who was my Service Advisor. He was pleasant, responsive, and polite. The problems I am addressing reflect decisions on how the flow of work will go which are far above Juan's position, and which I am sure he has no control over.
1. When i call to leave a message for a recall, automated answered message said will return call in 24 hours, no one call. 2. When i finally set up an appointment online and asked for shuttle, the front desk lady said no shuttle after 11:30am, my appointment is at 1pm, so i have to arrange rides by myself. 3. When i get to the dealer, the first service rep asked me if i need a rental, i was shocked, but i already bothered my friend to get me rides. Eventually, i did get a rental. 4. Then the service rep that took care of me, Steve, asked me if I need a rental and i started telling him that the front lady told me no shuttle and he ignored me.
Not a very pleasant experience. Two stars because at least i got a rental.
I dropped my car off the night before for an airbag recall. My only gripe was the pen didn't work and I already locked my car doors and dropped my keys in the slot! lol They were pretty quick and called me the next day saying the car was ready for pick up. I also had them make a spare key. Only thing is there's a chip on it and cost me $150. That's ridiculous! Other than that, Francis was pretty good about following up and calling. Had a good experience.
I brought my 2005 Honda CRV to check the engine light and because my AC was emitting a weird smell and not working. I shared this info with the technician, emphasizing the AC.
I asked them if there was a place where I could rent a car. They kindly pointed me in the direction of Enterprise across the street. Unfortunately this ended up being the wrong office, so I had to walk an extra block to a different Enterprise. Strike one.
The following day I received a voicemail with an estimate for repairs. I called back and the receptionist forwarded me to his desk number, where I left a voicemail. Later on I received a call from the technician commenting that I "never returned his call" even though I had left him a voicemail earlier in the day. Maybe I accidentally left a voicemail for the wrong person, but the way he brought it up was rude and condescending. He gave me an estimate for replacing my knock sensor. Strike two.
I went to pick up my car the following day and it was overall a pleasant experience...UNTIL I turned on my AC and it still wasn't working!! It was the first thing I mentioned when I brought in my car, so I'm not sure why it wasn't addressed! They replaced my knock sensor and said they did a "very thorough check" of my entire car. Obviously this didn't happen or they would have noticed the AC! Strike three.
Overall a negative experience for my first time at Stevens Creek. For future transactions I will be taking my car back to Capitol Honda.
6. I am writing this regarding the service department and my overall service experience was very good. They have a good system of reminding you by email when service is needed, based on the fact that I purchased the car here as well. This was actually my first time getting my scheduled service and they did a great job of getting me in and giving an honest expectation of how long the service would take. I had a number of minor concerns and they brought me back to discuss them with the tech that was doing the work. They addressed my minor concerns as well as adjusted my brakes and driver s seat and changed the oil. They were done in less time than they said would be needed. Andrew, my service advisor was excellent and would highly recommend their service department. Andrew also let me know they would do a hand wash and full detail for a good price for those who have the maintenance package when you get your normal service. I will definitely take advantage of this next time.
Very lousy staff. Staff are not customer service oriented. Agent has no presence of mind. I left the dealership with the tracking on. I turned off the vehicle then never start. Need to call them to turn off tracking. Worst experience I had in buying a car.
I can't tell if they normally charge outrageous prices or if they just took advantage of someone who didn't know what services should cost, but regardless, my girlfriend and I will not be bringing her car here again. My girlfriend brought in her 2016 Honda Civic (purchased new, still under warranty) for a B 1-2-7 maintenance, which consisted of an oil change, tire rotation, air/cabin filter change, and brake fluid change. They charged her ~$500. They charged her over $90 in labor for the air filter and cabin filter change, which is insane considering it takes ~10 mins to change these. For the filter changes, the total bill was ~$160, and from another Honda dealership near LA which did this same service ~10 mos ago, the bill was $60.
I requested for quote for new Honda CR-V on 29th Dec. Within few minutes they replied back with some discounted price for that day. I bought the vehicle on the same day. They did everything very quickly and efficiently and professionally. It's worth of my time. Good place to shop around.

Rick, the service manager and Summer Pettigrew are the best. We have an accord which needed a special part and Rick took the time to meet with us and discuss options and even write a letter to his rep to try to help us. Summer has been helping us for over 10years and simply takes care of us in service, follow up and I can totally trust her on recommended service, price and quality. This was my first car service and I am totally satisfied with the experience. Very nice staff especially Bobby who was the service advisor for my car provided quick and excellent car service. Also, the waiting room had good wifi and coffee... so i could even do my office work while waiting for the service completion.

Most people have heard of car salesmen techniques, but I was surprised by what I call "dealership car servicemen techniques" to rip their customers off. I had bad experiences twice in the last 3 months. First time, it was a bad catalytic converter in my Odyssey with 78k miles and 7 years. The service rep told me it would cost me $3k to fix this and it was outside warranty. I took my vehicle to a local shop who gave me more info on the longer warranty for catalytic converters. I took the vehicle back to the dealer and this time they found that the warranty was actually valid for $8k miles and 8 years. This seemed like a genuine mistake on the service rep's part. However, when the rep was talking to the manager about my vehicle, I could partly overhear that the manager was unhappy that they couldn't charge me. This suggested shady service practices at the level of management.
Most recently, I took the vehicle for oil change and a concern about low gas economy. They told me towards the end of the day that there was a nail in a tire, and it was unrepairable and the cost to replace 2 tires was $374 and wheel alignment was needed for a total cost of $525. I told them not to fix it, took it right across the road at America's tire shop. They just patched the tire for free. So, more lies. That's the extent of the rip off that this dealership does.
Be always wary of any repairs suggested by this dealership service. Find a good quality local shop. And when you have to take your car to the dealership for recaps repairs, be easi of the suggested repairs.
The service at Stevens Creek Honda is about the best there is! They are so attentive, helpful and take the time to explain exactly what is happening with your vehicle.
The service dept totally took care of my problem, but I looked up the parts and time needed to perform the actual work and the part was 5 times the price and the labor to perform the job was at most 1hr if the mechanic was slow. Over $100 for the part was nuts. $300 for labor was insane. While I totally appreciate the work done and they did do a great job at it, it was frankly at a minimum $300 over priced. This is exactly how dealerships get the reputation of ripping off their customers. 5-stars for the crew doing a great job.

It was a great experience for me and my daughter at Honda Stevens Creek. This dealership is my location of choice because they are honest, knowledgeable, and solution oriented. I went to lease 2 CR-Vs according to my budget and plan I had. The team provided us with the best services. When I received at dealership Jennifer Severi (Sales Consultant) greeted us and introduced us to Amine Kedir (Sale Manager) and Naresh Doshi (Sales & Leasing Consultant). Amine and Doshi shared all information we needed and took time with patience to help us find the right cars. Doshi explained every detail about car and helped us to understand options to make a good decision. Masee Zamir (Finance Manager) assisted us with a fair deal and finance for cars and amazed us with his caring about customers. The whole process was easy and seamless and a great experience! You guys are rock! In the end I would say The Honda Stevens Creek Team is excellent and they care about customers. They are not like some of the other dealers that just talked like they knew what customers need, but they really do not care about customers. The service for my car was done good, but the car was not washed. Two people said me Honda started again wash the car after service. Why my car was not washed I do not know.
I think this place is a good choice for regular maintenance. I was especially pleased to have Travis Nunes as my service advisor. He is vey helpful and considerate. He managed to have my car serviced in a very prompt way.
Extremely rude person blaming me for not taking an appointment. He was bragging about how many cars they sell. He could have told nicely, but it was one of the worst experience I ever had. Not going back there for sure.
I have had all my service done at Honda of Stevens Creek. I'm driving a 2002 Honda Accord and it runs to good to get rid of. I believe it's because the people at Honda of Stevens Creek have done such a good job. The personal are easy to communicate and I never think they are trying to sell me more than I need. They stay in communication and let me know what's happening with my car. They go the extra mile to provide great service. Travis was particularly helpful during my last visit.
Bobby was in charge of my service appointment. He gave me accurate information, told me how long it would take to do the work, answered all of my questions, told me what to expect for the next couple of maintenance appointments and stayed in contact with me.
Rick the service manager really pulled through for me. Proactive and understanding in resolving an issue with a body shop repair that went really bad. In the end was happy with their service.
The five stars is for Maya and the service dept. I stopped by as the brake light came on in my car and I didn't feel safe making the long drive home without getting it checked. She called someone from the service department and not too long laterI was driving home with the problem fixed! So thank you guys. You've redeemed my faith in honest customer service and by taking the time to help me.
Great service on my 2013 Honda Civic. Tino is a very good service technician and Jeff is a very good service writer. A difficult and very intermittant computer problem was solved with much extra effort by Tino who took a long test drive with my husband to pinpoint the problem then spent more time in the shop and finally got it to fail. Another mechanic not at Honda could not fix the car. We are very pleased in that the repair was covered by the california smog law that covered the PCM computer as part of the smog system for 8 years/80K miles so our 2013 Honda with 61K miles was fixed at no charge thanks to these 2 excellent employees. We will buy our next Honda here!
My service adviser, Johnny Lam was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything to me that my car needed and didn t need. He made some other suggestions as well, gave me some advice about my car. It was very unusual, and greatly appreciated !! I highly recommend Steve a Creek Ho da for all service needs.
Whenever I have taken my car to this dealership, everything has been great. The customer service is great, which is 90% of it. They explain things to you, and understand if you cannot afford to have everything done that they recommend. Many shops are not like that.
