@joespurrier I am currently sitting in the lobby. I had an oil change appt at 2:30. I came at 2 to be early. Everyone is walking around, I'm sitting in my car for 2@ mins, I'm the only one here. Line fills up and then the girl comes out and asks me some questions. It is now 4:40 and I am still waiting. Why make Appt's if you are going to spend over 2 hours here anyway! I'm getting pissed.
