Juan was great through out the process of repairing my 2011 Honda Pilot. It needed a new rear view mirror and he was great getting the part ordered and estimating total cost. He followed up constantly to let me know what was going on through out the process. Thank you Juan!

Disappointed! I will never deal with a dealership for maintenance again. Took my car here to get an oil change and of course they claim all these problems are wrong with it. My car was perfectly fine then started to act up a couple days later. Took it back and Tam said he had to keep it overnight for test...rriiiggghhhtttt . I knew some bs was going on. He had an attitude when i first met him and felt like he did something to my car.I took it to a 5 star mom and pop and he fixed my car in 10 mins, free of charge...simple electrical issue smh. Don't trust these thieves. Always ask questions. Will never return

I want to share my experience that I received on 01.15.19. I made an appointment just that morning with Rosalie. I recommend making an appointment before going in as they can get very busy. I was greeted right away, Rosalie was so easy to work with and took very good care of me. My appointment was to repair a tire and to check for any leaks as my TPS light would repeatedly turn on. Rosalie informed service that I was waiting in the lobby and a little over an hour later my tire was fixed. There is wifi, coffee, and I think donuts while you wait. I have been a customer since 2014 and have not had any bad experiences with the service department! Thanks Rosalie and Honda of Stevens Creek!

I purchased my brand new vehicle a year ago and till this day with my oil changes, they still maintain to do an awesome job with its customer service. I was told by my service advisor Steve Munoz that he would honor me a complimentary oil change with tire rotation on my next service for doing a previous review. I contacted him that my oil change was coming up and even though he said he was going to be out of town that week I wanted to come in, he said that any service writer who helps me, would be able to honor it for me. So when that time came in for my to do my oil change, they exactly did that. The lady Janette, helped me out and she was nice and had my car out in an hour (it didn't matter to me because I got picked up) but I was surprised on how fast the service was done.

Anyway, great customer service and reliable on their word and future promises.

An excellent experience for routine maintenance and oil change. Dave Thomas was very patient and explained all the options for me clearly and without bias. When it was determined that there was more work to be done than I anticipated, I was given a rental car to use so that I did not have to wait in the waiting room for many hours. Automotive maintenance has certainly changed and Stevens Creek Honda (Honda for this matter) is on top of the game. Stevens Creek always has courteous, option presenting service techs who do not try to oversell. Johnny Nguen was great yesterday. In at 7:30 with an appointment and he got me out with an oil change, brake fluid change and rear brake job (60K it was due) a bit before 11:30 AM. Courteous people at this dealership, comfortable waiting area, and a shuttle ride. Thanks Johnny and SCH!

I had made an appointment for a Manufacturer's recall service - the agent who scheduled my appointment was very courteous and accommodating. The service agent who attended to me on the date of the appointment was also very courteous, did not try to sell me any additional services. 4 not 5 stars because I did not have a good experience with the courtesy drop-off... the vehicle was not heated when I entered the van (it was a very cold morning). The driver entered an incorrect drop-off address - my drop-off address was less than 10 mins. from the dealership - took almost 30 min. as he decided to drop another passenger whose destination was in the opposite direction and more than 20 minutes away.

Saturday had a 9:15 appointment for oil change, waited for two hours and fifteen minutes. While waiting I saw technician drive my car out of work bay.....but never put vehicle in spot for me to pick up where did you go. Also got tired of sitting in waiting area so I stood outside for fresh air, service advisor has my phone number why didn't you call my cell phone. Don't worry about me coming back!!

well, it started out good. then during the day, the person called and left me a msg twice on my home phone and I called him back twice on his voice mail and left my cell phone number twice but never got a return call; then with the 3rd call in I found out my car was done and they closed at 6:30 (it was 6)..I felt like a sack of potatoes I was told to go to the cashier to pay and then she snippily told me to go to another person, no one went over what happened to my car. I was going to ask about buying a new car and no one asked me anything and/or went over the work that was done so I felt like going somewhere else next time.

Oil change done in given time, but while checking with other mechanic for other service he found that oil filter was loose and oil was leaking. Good that he tighten that and refilled oil. If I didn't took it to other mechanic I would have lost too much of oil

It would have been 4 stars. But they drove a nail into one of my tires when they are done with repair work. I had to come in next morning to again wait for a hr to get it fixed. And they demanded I split the cost with them. I could easily get it repaired for free at costco since my tires are from Costco. But I came to them because they are responsible for the nail when it happened in their shop. Not satisfied at all.

I got a great deal on a certified pre-owned, and received a fair value on my trade-in. The whole process was easy and even Financial work was handled by these guys. I worked with Alex Sawsienowicz, who was a great person to do business with. I recommend asking for her if you visit this dealership.

My car had been making a weird noise so I brought it in to get it checked up. The worked who went on a test drive with me was able to identify the problem within 10 seconds. After going back to the dealership, I was directed to Hong who was really friendly and helpful in explaining everything. He answered any questions I had and gave me a clear overview of what needed to be done, how much time it would take, and the option to choose which services I wanted to move forward with.

The maintenance itself took around 2 hours, but that was more or less what I was expecting so it was fine. There was free coffee and wifi in the waiting area so the 2 hours passed by relatively quickly. At first I was hesitant with the expensive costs, but it was worth it for the service and the peace of mind.

I liked my experience at Stevens Creek Honda, on both occasions when I was there.

First, when we bought our new car, the manager, Kal, was very helpful to show us the available options. He explained everything we wanted to know. I was surprised to learn that the process of buying a new car takes just 2 hours (not sure, maybe that's actually too much time, though, but I thought it would take a half of the day).

When I visited the service for the car's first service due, I just left the car to the manager, Steven, and worked with laptop in the nice client waiting area. There was coffee and pastry offered, everything was nice and clean. The only strange thing was to find myself carefully driving backwards after I picked up my car, because there was too many cars in the service parking area waiting for their owners.

Purchased brand new Honda civic in late October, 3 days after purchase I noticed that I had a small tear in carpet in the rear seating area. Contacted my sales agent and I was told to bring the car down and have the service department look at it. So when I did bring it down Rick and Tam we're very professional and very helpful. The tear in my rear seating area was like brand new! The service reps Rick and Tam told me if the tear comes back please bring the car back to Honda of Steven's Creek and they will order me a brand new carpet area. Anyways I live in South City and could have a brought my civic to any local Honda dealership but after the courtesy I received from Steven's Creek Honda I don't mind driving a little bit out of my way to receive customer friendly service from the staff there. Keep up the excellent work.

While I had just visited to get the Front License Plate Frame installation, it was done in mere 5 mins as soon as my paper work was done. I checked with other dealers and was turned away saying its Saturday and we cannot take you today.

My husband has a 2007 Honda CR-Z so we go to Honda of Stevens Creek of San Jose every few years or so for maintenance or repairs. These people are so nice and the waiting room has fresh muffins/cookies/coffee. They give you a loner (a very nice car) to use if it is more than a few hours. They always remember him and our daughter. They call a few days later to see how the customer service was. My husband has some mechanical skills so he knows they do trustworthy work. It's above average in cost and quality for parts - but that's to be expected with Acura. We will continue to use this place for our repairs while we have the Honda CR-Z!

Great support, knowledge and professionalism in answering our questions and helping our purchasing of the Honda vehicle. Will definitely recommend this branch to friends and relatives. The Sales consultant who helped us was Mr David Nyam and the finance person was Mr Aaron Atebar.

By the way, we went in the shop (walked in, no prior appointment), on Sunday afternoon, and the whole purchasing was done in 24 hours (we added a roof rail), we drove back the car on Monday evening, happily. :)

I'm continually surprised at how reasonable the pricing is for Honda service at this dealer. Always thought dealer service was unjustifiably expensive, but not the case here.

They also happily combined discount coupons even though that was not 'officially' allowed per their terms.

Made a wait-for-it appointment the day before for 11:45, and was done with the 120k miles service and on my way before 1pm. Fantastic service getting my car repaired. The diligent service team worked on my car for several hours until they were able to find the solution. And even after all their hard work, they didn't charge me a single penny because the issue was caused by a different (non-Honda) repair shop tampering with my car. I will never trust my car with anyone else from now on! Stevens Creek Honda has definitely earned my trust.

We bought an Accord from this dealership in March. Because of our good experience, we turned to them again for our CRV. Again, we had a very good experience. The car salesman we talked to this time was Tony Chang, who is very nice, very trustworthy, honest and patient. So both our 2017 Accord and 2017 CRV were purchased from Honda of Stevens Creek. I would not hesitate talking to them again when we need another car. I highly recommend this dealership.

I recently went to purchase a new Honda Accord. This was probably one of the quickest car buying experiences I have ever had. I walked the lot, found the car I was interested in. Within minutes, Richard asked if he could help. We test drove the car and moved to the next steps. That total time was about 3 hours from walking on the lot to driving off.

I would highly recommend this dealership. Good staff, fast transaction, and great accommodations. Their sales team was not pushy, and really worked with me on best option. I was debating Leasing or purchasing. They worked with me to get the best price and what made the most sense. I ended up purchasing.

I haven't been to an auto dealership in over 10 years due to horrible service and high prices. I had to take my Honda in for the airbag recall. Honda of Steven's creek got me in right away, fixed my airbag under the recall, fixed another very expensive issue under warranty, and did my rear brakes at a very reasonable price. The service was awesome!!! I will go back!

Very convenient. I booked an appointment on the phone a week earlier, and arrived before their shuttle left. Their driver dropped me off at work which was very helpful. They were done earlier than expected and even sent the car again to pick me up which made my day way easier than I had expected. Unfortunately this was when we hit a rough patch as the person who was supposed to return my car got sidetracked and made me wait for more than 30 minutes. I had to get hold of another associate who was kind enough to get me going within 5 minutes of my telling him. He even gave me a free oil change card for the trouble caused earlier. My experience was quite convenient apart from the wasted 30 minutes. The next time, I will make sure they know I am there because they called me back and not because of the excellent TV and free popcorn there...

We've got 3 Honda's, the last 2 bought here. All 3 services here. Morgan Hill Honda is closer and more convenient but we still go out of our way to use Stevens Creek Honda. Steve Munoz is hands down the most professional, conscientious, diligent and courteous service manager I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Added bonus he is incredibly efficient and his communication skills are awesome. Simply put, we will continue to use SCH and highly encourage others to do the same every chance we get.

I purchased a used Honda vehicle here, I was helped by Phillip. He is good and very patient in explaining everything to me. The transaction was very smooth and I also purchased warranty along with the car. There was a minor windshied scratch when I purchased it. Phillip told me that it will be fixed but they couldnt completely fix it after removing the rock, so they replaced the entire windshield with a new one.

The bad part is the AC is not working properly for this used vehicle, I never expected this to happen for a vehicle with 36K miles and checked by HONDA. And then I gave my vehicle for service and they refilled the freon gas and its working normally now.

My 2010 Honda Accord's engine light came on after ...

My 2010 Honda Accord's engine light came on after I got off a freeway; the engine started shaking alarmingly and I felt its power reduced significantly. I immediately made an appointment on line with Honda of Stevens Creek for the service next day. The service adviser wrote a contract and explained to me that they will charge around $150 for diagnosing alone and any repairs needed after that would be extras. He also mentioned that any item falls into extended guarantees will be free of charge. The dealer offered me a shuttle home while waiting for the repair. In the afternoon the adviser called and let me know that they found the engine misfired at one spark plug and that is an extended-guarantee item. The dealer ended up replaced that spark plug and three more plugs that deemed foul. They also checked and topped off vital fluids for my car and did not charge me anything--not even the diagnosis fee. I bought my car from this dealer and loved their services. I definitely will bring my car back again for services in the future.

I took my car to Honda of Stevens Creek yesterday because the brake pads were in a very bad state. The advisor who approached me to help me out was Long Tong. He was extremely helpful and empathized with my situation. He gave my vehicle a thorough inspection and was very honest about what was required in order to get it fixed. He not only was able to quote me a price at that very moment, but he made sure to give me his direct line so he can answer any questions I had. I am extremely pleased with his service and Honda of Stevens Creek should be proud to have such employees that proved exceptional customer service =)

I have bought two cars from the same dealership. My experience has always been good. The most recent one with my Honda Odyssey service appt was excellent. The service rep was really knowledgeable and courteous. I hope they continue this level of customer satisfaction every time.
