Our 2016 accord could not start while we were in San Carlos and had to toll the car to within 25 miles without toll service fee under HondaCare. The toll truck driver could not start our car either. Since it was on Sunday after 5 pm so the toll truck driver left the car at Stevens Creek Honda Service area. The next day, Daniel L. texted and called that the battery needed to be recharge before running any diagnostic tests. Could not find any issue after running the tests. Daniel L. was very friendly and professional. He explained the findings of the tests. He assured the car is safe to drive.
