I was visiting my aunt and while going back I noticed some problem in the car so thought of getting it checked before driving back home which was 3 hrs. away. I went to this dealership and was very satisfied. A clean place and was greeted with a smile. Although my problem was not such a big one still I thought of sharing my happiness. Service Advisor Joshua was kind and efficient. This morning was surprisingly busy for a Tuesday. Yet, Joshua checked in my car for routine service in under 10 minutes. He displayed utmost professionalism throughout the encounter. Thank you for making this encounter a smooth one.
They're fine. They did the work that needed to get done (air bag recall), however, they do push a lot of other services while I'm there. To be honest I stopped going to Honda of Stevens Creek because it's more expensive than what I care for. I started going elsewhere about four years ago and I'm much happier.
12-5-18 Second review now that I've been to Stevens Creek Honda again. They do a fantastic job, but I always leave feeling ripped off. Just to look at my car and diagnose was $160, even though I told them what was wrong (my driver side window got stuck halfway) but they required I get the $160 diagnostic. Then when they contacted me, they tried to sell me more work that they said I should do. (that's what the diagnostic was for) I only go to Stevens Creek Honda if I really need to, and it's right next to my office. I would go more often if I didn't feel like I'm getting ripped off every time.
I had a slow leak in my tire. The online appointment process was easy and I got an appointment for the next day. They said the repair would take 1.5 hours because they were busy and it took exactly 1.5 hours.
The waiting area has free internet and I was able to get some work done. Overall, a pretty straightforward experience.
I've been helped with Glen Lunas. He helped me proactively, even something that I forgot to mention to technician. He was very nice, smart, and helpful.
The service writer, Steve, was outstanding! He is very pleasant and made sure my car was repaired to my satisfaction. Because of Steve I would certainly go back to Honda for future work on my car.

Purchasing my new car here was a pretty fluid experience. Phil and Tony were friendly and professional, and I didn't feel badgered / pressured like I have with some other dealerships.
I had done a lot of research and found out what I was most interested in before coming in (2017 Accord Coupe Touring). As it turns out, most Honda dealerships don't carry any of these models due to low sales volume, but Stevens Creek had two, and dropping in for a test drive with Tony was the biggest factor in my decision to purchase.
I never had any issues with customer parking, either, which is a plus.
Although I did spend a little more than I intended to on my car, the pricing at Steven's Creek did significantly beat every other quote I had. Combined with the convenience of the location, there's no other place I'd rather have done my shopping.
My only complaint is extremely inconsequential: I asked for a personalized plate, and Phil said that was something they would do for me. I was later informed by a financing manager that, while they used to do it, the person currently in charge of plates didn't know how to register personalized plates, so I would have to do it myself.
Unbelievable attention dedicated to what my expectations were! Very patient in explaining my options! Gave me a very good price and interest rate on my new purchase!
Quoted me 6k worth of work on my van. Many items that were quoted had already been done recently and didn't need to be done. They also left out other items that needed attention. The quote was shady and really felt like they were trying for anything, not what was actually needed.
Place was good. I had the money saved up. so i just wanted look at my future car and not have someone trying to upsale me. I ended up with Tony Chang as my sales guy. He was chill, i told him i wanted to see the civic hatchback and he showed me. He awnsered all my questions and wasnt hyping the car up like the other dealerships I visited.It was a stress free sale and i really appreciate his calm approach.
The other dealerships made it very hard for me to even see the car because of how in your face the sales guy were.
I had taken my Honda Pilot to get my tail gate struts fixed. They charged me whooping $160 for diagnostics and recommended replacement of tailgate motor & struts for a total estimate of over $1200. I ran this by another auto shop only to find that only the struts needed to be placed and got the entire thing done for $205. My trust in this dealer is completely gone. I left a voice mail with their customer service manager and no follow-up till date. I will never recommend this shop unless your car is under warranty. I narrowly missed this utter rip off.
Last Week, I went to purchase a new Honda Civic sport. This was probably one of the best cars buying experiences I have ever had. Before me, 2 of my friends already bought the car from here. I went to this official Honda dealership for regular maintenance for my C-RV. The advisor was very knowledgeable and patient. Overall I am very satisfied this experience and the service provided. I would recommend this dealership to my friends.
I like this Honda dealer in particular because they post msrp prices on the cars. They also give you a break down of all the costs and are upfront about everything. Iv'e seen other Honda dealers post inflated car prices just for the heck of it which is a huge turn off.
Chanel Arreola managed my service. It was done on time and she stayed in contact with me when I reached out with a question. Both Chanel and her manager Rick greeted me professionally and treated me like I mattered. I appreciate kindness and respect in customer service and they both showed me that.
Excellent customer service. Went there at peak hours but the service advisors were quick in taking the car in for service. Car was serviced and ready well ahead of the promised time. Would definitely go there for all my servicing requirements.
I had a routine service due on my Honda Accord. Oil Change. Sales person called me an hour after dropping off vehicle suggesting replacement of Breaking pad (was informed that only 2mm remaining on rear and 4 mm in front breaks), wheel alignment etc etc. I asked only for break pad replacement. When asked about the total cost, was told cost only for parts and not labour which turned out to be $265 which is INSANE!!!!! Had I was informed about Labour Cost before, I would have asked not to replace. I could not afford that.
As a customer I expect Transparency in pricing. As I checked Breaking Pads on Honda Original Part (online it was $47.26 + TAX while) dealership charged me $62.XX + TAX for the same. Now what's the difference between in *Original* Honda product?
My rating of overall Customer Service is 1*. Never Ever going to go to Steven's Creek Honda for Service again.

I received a mail from Honda regarding passenger airbag recall. I called Honda Stevens Creek for an appointment. I got an appointment around the time I wanted. Dropped the car off. It was ready in the afternoon and I got a call. Dropped by in the evening and picked up. Pretty simple and painless.
my tire pressure indicator won't go off. They examine four tires to make sure everything is in good state. Finally indicator got reset and works well now. won't wait long (around 5-10 min) with appointment. shuttle to send you to work/home. good service. I wrote review because they are much better than what i experienced with some other vehicle repairing places.
Was in the market for a Honda Civic Type R. Dealer in Fremont was selling for 10k above MSRP, so this one wasn t as bad, but still lost a customer as I was quoted for a civic type R from a dealer in Montana was $35500 Out the door and $1199 for delivery.
DONT BUY SPECIAL CARS FROM CALIFORNIA. Enough folks ready to pay way above market value

Spoke with mark about buying a used bmw z4 .I am from another state in the USA.i told the gentleman that I am buying with cash ..he said his manager will call ...ofcourse no managers call..but I got an email saying they cant sell me the car because i am from another state.This 18 century company need to be thought about modern wire transfer and logistics and esignatures ...or is it because of my name that I cannot purchase this car ...whatever the reason I wish your company best of luck in the future.
Honda of Stevens Creek refuses to stop emailing me even though I've unsubscribed several times. A mentally slow person with my name used my email address when he signed up for service on his Honda Accord. I've told them many many times that they need to contact this mentally slow person and ask for his real email address - and to never email me again. Every time this mentally slow man goes and gets his crappy Honda serviced (which is way more often than any car should be serviced) I get emails about the service appointment. They can't take the time to follow through on this basic customer service, so I can't imagine you'd want to put the lives of your family and friends in their hands. What if you tell them to check your breaks and they just forget or don't do it? Then what? A serious accident, that's what. If you're dead set on a Honda, go to some other dealership because these guys are just not good at dotting i's and crossing t's.

I went into this dealership expecting a tough negotiation in order to get my new car purchase within my original budget. But to my pleasant surprise I was assisted swiftly by Ernesto Valera whom gave me a terrific price on the car model I wanted and furthermore when it came to adding extended warranty to the deal, he noticed I was uncomfortable with the overall warranty cost and managed to shave even more off of the retail cost of the car itself since the finance department didnt feel they could lower the price of the warranty further.
All in all I left with the payments I wanted as well as enough warranty coverage to last long after I decide to trade this car in for the next newest model.
If you are looking at buying a car, this dealership will definitely get you the car below retail and you may find it tough to beat.
Took a Civic in for an oil change, new tires, and alignment. Turned out that the front disc brakes needed replacement. Good communication - we were pleased with the work.
I went to Honda two days back for some oil change & wanted to get my breaks checked. I gave the car for repair; and my cousin was looking for a car so we went to look for a car and told if they can give the car back in an hour. There was a lady Maya who assisted us. She seemed to really know what she was doing. She recommended a salesperson for us to test drive an accord and civic and we really liked them. Next came the talk about the price. After a pretty long talk, they gave us a pretty good deal. My cousin was happy and have already picked the car. That was quick and painless. The best part was in the mean while my car was ready. This is the reason I am writing this review, that they gave me the car on time and my cousin got a new car.
I had an appointment for 1045 but needed to be seen sooner. Mike my advisor was very nice and understanding about this. He checked my car out and made sure that I was informed of everything that was to be done. I said I had a coupon and he asked me to email it to him so he could apply it to my bill. When service was done, he walked me to where I needed to pay and went to retrieve my car. I appreciate the fact that he waited for me to come out and opened my car door for me.
Ali really made the car buying process simple and low key exciting. He thoroughly explained all the features of my 2018 Honda Accord sport 2.0T and made sure I knew what I was getting myself into. I definitely would recommend him. Negotiating wasn t as bad as my other two cars from Chevy. Best car experience so far.

Only drawback vis a vis a 30 minute oil change center is that it takes more than 30 mins
BUT
1. they were able to squeeze me in without a prior appointment on a weekday 2. their estimate on how long the process would take was bang on (1 hr 45 mins, so I managed to get lunch and run some errands) 3. service staff was friendly 4. reporting was great, I have thorough records of the pre and post state of my car down to details like wheel alignment angle for each wheel 5. they report servicing to carfax, so that would help with the car's valuation
Wish they gave you a spare car to drive around while your car is stuck in there but hey, this is Honda, not a Mercedes dealership!
I recently purchased a car from this dealership. It was a pleasant experience. Service was top notch. I worked with Phoebe(sales person). She made sure that we understood all features of the car. Price was reasonable as well. I was confused between features of 2 cars. She gave me test drive for both and patiently answered all questions about them. Important thing is that she did not rush me to close the deal. Even after buying the car they seem to be following up with me to make sure everything is right. Overall, best experience ever.

We shopped at the dealership on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. They were very busy and not well organized. Our initial contact was with J.T., the manager. He was gracious, well-informed, and gave us sufficient time and attention. After looking at other makes of cars, we returned to purchase a Honda HR-V. At that time we met with another salesperson, Assad, because J.T. was not available. Assad was also gracious but less knowledgeable than J.T. We appreciated that neither of these men exerted pressure on us to buy. However, at this point in the transaction, things were less than efficient. We had signed the papers for the purchase and financing and then sat in a cubicle for nearly 1/2 hour and no one came to inform us about the delay...finally we inquired and learned that it would probably be a couple of hours before they could complete the paperwork. At this point we decided to leave and return the next morning to complete the transaction. Again there were problems because we had not been properly informed about what we needed for completion of the purchase, namely that there was a $3000 limit on how much we could put on the credit card. We didn't have a checkbook or debit card with us so had to return home to get the checkbook. Again, this could have been avoided by properly informing us in advance. Perhaps most of the above could be explained by how busy the dealership was that day....but a better trained staff might have avoided the mishaps.
Mark is the best Sales that I ever met for car buying experience, He is patient, polite, well explained Honda car's Spec. functions, and all the features, detail oriented and not pushing me to buy, leave the decision room for me to think about it, after one week, I came back purchased the car from him. Premium service that you ever can ask. Before I drove my car away he still sat inside the car with me, make sure all the safety function has been set up correctly, due to it was dark. He is the best, 11 out 10 customer satisfactions.
Been coming here for decades. Bought 3 cars here. Get service work done here. The only problem I have with them is they are too polite and too nice, (but) they deserve 5 stars!
I would give it 3 1/2 stars, we needed to have our key fob programed to the CRV we had purchased 3 weeks prior. We called and they told us to bring it in before 10:30 to have it done that day. We met with the advisor, who was new, so he did not give us his card. We left the car, and had to take Lyft to the mall. They had the key finished in about 2 hours. The fob we were given had a low battery :-( and we had to replace it as we were driving across the country. It just seems that the real caring is lacking from this dealership.
I bought a new accord from this place last week and everything worked really smooth. Amir was our sales manager and he was extremely polite and friendly to us. We went on Sunday evening (which was not very busy) , had a test ride of the vehicle, chatted for ~2 hours and booked the vehicle. We decided to take the vehicle on Wednesday, Amir said that he has only one leave per week on Wednesday, even then he said he will come on Wednesday to deliver the car. On Wednesday, we reached at 4PM, he was waiting for us. He took all our documents and guided us to finance. Adam helped us in getting a loan and finished everything pretty quickly (in ~45 mins). Our car was ready outside and everything was done in ~1 hour. Amazing experience.
I think the best part of out experience was that no one pushed us to do anything we did no want to do and everyone was very honest. Adam showed us a couple of honda extended warranties, when we told that we will be keeping the car for only 2 years he asked us not to buy the warranty. Similarly, when we asked Amir if we should buy any accessory, he said the car doesn't need any.

I visited the service center for oil change, Steven Munoz, the Service Consultant, not only helped me picking the best option for my car, also did a quick check on recall notice within the same stipulated time. Generally Happy with your service! But I myself have done several oil changes myself and the specs call for 4.1 quarts of genuine Honda Full Synthetic motor oil. I put exactly 4 quarts every time and it brings it right to the Full line on the dip stick including oil filter Full! My question is why am I paying for 5 quarts on the invoice everytime? And furthermore I am willing to bring 5 quarts to my next Honda oil service and physically watch your mechanic put all 5 into my (2004 Honda Civic Hybrid 1.3 liter) ??? Would like to here some honest feedback? Thinking about maybe doing them myself all the time?
I would like to say that the service at steven creek honda for my CRV was really satisfying. I met jeffrey there at service desk and he handled it in a very friendly way.
Overall the experience buying the car was great, with one hitch: The incredible delay to get to the finance guy. All the dealing was done via email, so the actual purchase was just the paperwork, and that took nearly three hours, most of it waiting for an available finance guy to sign off. Worth fixing. Also, taking nearly a week to cash a check for $28K is very strange.

Fast, efficient service that can be trusted! I took my son's 2009 Civic in for an airbag recall., tire issue, and other routine maintenance. I got a friendly greeting, professional service, and timely repairs. As always, it was a pleasure doing business. I am a 2 year new California resident; I have certainly found a dealership I can trust - both in buying my new Accord with a good price/deal, and servicing our vehicles. I drive to Sevens Creek from Mountain View, even though there are other Honda dealerships closer to my new home because the service is excellent, friendly, and professional.
It was a nice experience for my new truck. The adviser came to see me in a short time, and he introduced everything very well. In this case, I didn't worry about it, and he gave me a call back just on time to pick it up. The car has been done well enough.

It was excellent experience. I came for oil change B1 service, 4 new tires exchange, alignment, 2 system updates and 2 recalls. All in one! The estimate time of waiting was more than 5 hours. However, the employee helped me with care and he knew I hope to get it done before 3pm (I checked in at 10am). Because I need to pick up my kid. He was really excellent to help me. The real-time service was until 2pm for all the services listed above. I really appreciate !!
