The gentleman that helped me Clint Santiago was great and very helpful. I was greatly disappointed in the technician who looked at my car. I stated that when pushing the start button it didn't always start right away and also there was a vibrating sound which got louder when on the freeway. He said the trouble starting was because the oil was overfilled and the pressure was causing the issue with the start button and stated that the vibrating was because my tires needed balancing. They drained my oil and refilled also did a couple of other things. I came to pick up the car the next day and the same thing was happening with the start button. He then said it was the starter so I had to leave my car again and they put a new starter in. Clint felt bad that it has been misdiagnosed so he talked to his manager and they deducted the initial assessment charge. I then took my car to Wheel Works to have the tires balanced as suggested by the Honda technician and they found that what was causing the sound was from the left wheel bearings needing to be replaced and the rotors and the brake pads in the back needed replacing. I thought that bringing it to Honda they would have the knowledge of what was happening with my Honda Accord.
