I scheduled a maintenance appointment for an oil change. I came in as per scheduled time. and service advisor quickly pulled up my lease information for my 2010 Honda Crosstour, I waited at the dealership in their waiting room, was comfortable and was treated with complimentary refreshments. Service was quick, when done agent explained what was done to my car. Overall, excellent experience at Honda of Stevens Creek.
