From the initial contact via internet my experience with this dealership was exceptional. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process ie internet contact through signing final documents. Furthermore I appreciated the transparency and honesty of all those that we interacted with, everyone couldn't have been more accommodating. I will single out some key players, Phil Ha, Khoorosh Shahidzadeh, and Sid Azizi--all excellent. Thanks for a great experience at a great price!!!

The only reason I'm giving HoSC 4 stars is customer service inconsistency. Used them for all regular maintenance service, except once at Andersen's in Palo Alto. A good shop should be like a good doctor, they should know your history. Always setup appointments online. If I leave notes requiring call back prior to appointment, I expect a call back. They don't call back. I've shown up for a scheduled appointment only to be told they're backed up and my appointment's delayed. My most recent experience was the best. Jeff got it all right: had all my info correct, deleted unnecessary services I had mistakenly setup online, was courteous, completed the service on time and returned replaced parts to me. I will definitely request Jeff on my next visit.

Steven was excellent, very attentive to my questions and for the first time at a dealership, I didn't feel pressured as to getting overly charged. He helped me be more knowledgeable of my filters and even checked transmission fluids in front of me. Will be requesting my next service to be with him again.

Can't say enough good things about Perla and how easy she is to work with. No smoke and mirrors and what you see is what you get. This is the second car I've bought from Honda and with the same person. I was ridiculously specific in what I was looking for and she found me EXACTLY what I wanted. Honda of Stevens Creek was terrific! Our salesman, Koorosh was very accommodating, knowledgeable, patience and easy to deal with. He took plenty of time with us, never felt rushed or pressured by him. Once car purchase was finalized, he took extra car to be sure everything about the car was in perfect order and ready for my daughter to drive. He gave us the ins and outs of the car before we drove away and then followed up with us the next day to see how things were going. I highly recommend Koorosh and Honda of Stevens Creek!

This was an awful experience. Since I have bought this Honda Odyssey last year in March it has been non-stop problems. Saturday I paid $1,100 toto the axleson my Odyssey which the shaking was on the due bill when I first bought the car. There has been problem after problem with this vehicle. Being the first vehicle I have ever bought I am over bundlie disappointed with Honda Stevens Creek. And still the shaking in the car is not all the way gone. I recently bought a Honda Insight, the process was smooth and well handled. Although they installed KARR Security on my car without asking me. Later I found out that I was overpriced on that. The car was great except, it had a fuel lid opening warning always on. I asked the service to check that on the next, they told me its was fixed, but was not fixed. Please work on it to make your service better.

I asked a ton of questions throughout the process and they were patient with me and willing to answer every single one. This time I like it because the waiting time is short than last couple times I go there where my car is number 3 in line which I at the place. Only one thing is my car service number before other two cars where I have to wait for third service person to come out where other two service persons come out and knows my car service number before other two cars they are check in. But Summer P. She is good she get my car check in within 5 minutes and it was rains that day to. So I give her KUDO for that.

-----Just check in Aug 2017 on the my car is great at first he not to much on it where have to I mention what I need for the car too. I not sure if Honda keep the history or comment what need to check next or haven't done with recommend to alert the tech when he/she look at the car profile history or not. If they don't I think they should have that function in there so tech can know and talk to customer about it. But that on Honda company policy not the tech. But as for a tech, he do a really great job and I do let him know I do need my car around 5PM same day which I do get may car back around 5PM that same day too for the check up 100k mile. Kudo for him

The second employee, I forgot his name, but he wore a baseball hat, was also pretty good and helpful. Johnny is very helpful. It's my first visit, and he politely asked for the VIN and intended service. When I was typing in my information, he made use of the time checking the engine bay carefully, and pointed out the corrosion on battery terminals. He also gave an accurate time estimation so that I could arrange my time accordingly. Diligent and dedicated young man with great service.

My 7 yr old daughter and I chose to leave the lot...we didn t check out the facilities....although we already knew they weren t close to Scott Clark Honda on the 74 in North Carolina....(learn from them!!!!!!!).....children s room, bakery....endless TVs!!!! Come on guys....waiting for a service isn t great and walking down the highway to Subway or McDonalds isn t safe or ideal either!!!! Don t wait for your competitors to up their game!!! Contrary to all that you hear about car dealership...

Contrary to all that you hear about car dealerships, I had the most amazing experience at Honda of Stevens Creek. Prior to visiting them I had been to two other local dealerships in San Jose area who didn't seem to understand that I was in the market for a Honda Civic and I was ready to make a deal immediately provided I was given a no haggle price immediately. They failed so I went to Honda of Stevens Creek.

I met Phil Ma who took me out for a test drive in the 2016 Civic and was quite knowledgeable about cars. After that ride I was pretty confident about getting the Civic but I was still anxious about the price due to a limited budget that I allocated for it. I mentioned to Phil I hated haggling so he must give me a great price right away or else I am walking out. He asked him manager Chadd to give me a price instead and I was pleasantly shocked and taken by surprise when he gave me a price far below the TrueCar price or Edmund's price. They call it the Sonic price at this dealership and it was a price that was hard to beat. It was way below the average and certainly below than what other dealerships had quoted. I immediately agreed to buy the car and I also got a great finance rate from Honda.

I definitely would recommend this dealership to buy your next Honda from and if you can then approach Phil Ma directly and he will make your car buying experience very pleasant.

I called before showing up for an oil change, the guy outside said he couldn't take me, I said "I just called the office and the girl who I spoke to whose name was Molly said I could come in because I didn't need an appointment. " After some debate they took my car in. When I got it back it wasn't the greatest and it cost me like $80+ to have a regular oil change on my fit. And my car is now shaking a little as it idles at stops. It's a 2016 and should not be doing this. Who knows what these guys do to the cars. Previous to this oil change the very first one I had I was told if I gave them a 100% good review they would send me a coupon for a free oil change. Well I never got that and now i'm out another $80 AND my car is shaky.

I recently visited my local Honda Stevens Creek Service Department for a safety recall on my passenger side airbag. When picking up my car after the repair, I noticed that I was missing my phone holder, which was attached to my inside window. I immediately sent a message and a photo to the service advisor that had been helping me. After some back and forth over the next few days, his manager approved ordering me a new phone holder.

A few days later, when I went to use my Bluetooth transmitter, I realized that it was also missing. Again, I immediately messaged my service advisor to let him know. He said that he could not approve sending me a new transmitter and directed me to the service manager. Over the span of that first week, I left the manager three voicemails as she never called me back. Finally, after multiple phone calls on my end, I received a call back three weeks later.

The manager informed me that she is not able to replace my Bluetooth transmitter because there are signs posted outside of the dealership asking customers to remove valuables from their car prior to their appointments. I told her that I did not believe the items fixed inside my car would be removed from my vehicle since the only people having access to it were the dealership employees. She insisted that she could not replace the item.

I am surprised that fixed items in my car would disappear during a routine safety recall, and that all that can be said about the incident is that I should not have left valuables in my car. Items that are physically attached to my windshield or plugged into my car should not require removal before my appointment with the Honda dealership - what I assumed to be a trustworthy brand. While both are only $20 items, I am incredibly disappointed that not only one item disappeared, but two. I am a responsible young woman, working for a living, and trying to be a good person in general. While the manager made a point of saying that she did not think I lied about the incident, she decided not to replace the item - although an admission of guilt took place when the first item was replaced.

While I appreciate that Honda is looking out for my safety by replacing my airbag, at this point, I will not recommend the Honda Stevens Creek Service Department to anyone needing to have their cars repaired. I chose this location because of their excellent rating and wish I could give a 5-star rating as many have. I hope to be changing my review from a 1-star to a 5-star when this is handled appropriately.

Avoid the service center. "Receptionist" had a serious temper tantrum when asked to perform routine diagnostics. Very, very rude. We have been going here for 5+ years and this is how we are repaid. Go to the other honda dealerships in the area. Much better quality and service.

The process of getting my Accord B1 reminder service was trouble free. Dropped off the car, and ready for pick up in 90 mins.

The paper has a list of thing what they have done, and recommended me to balance/re-align the wheels if I haven't recently done so. I specifically want to add some coolant, and informed the adviser and he acknowledged that. Got my car back and the level of coolant is still a same, slightly below the "min" line.

The paper showed that all my tires are adjusted to manufacture recommended tire pressure, written on paper checked "33psi," which matched the manufacture recommend pressure.. And when I checked it using a digital and a mechanical pressure gauge, all wheel read about 40psi when the car was parked in the shade for the whole day. About 65 Degree.. So, my question is, what has the mechanics done to my car?

Every advisor I dealt with was very transparent on the service needs of my car and communicated any potential services that I will want to get done in the future. I work in Customer Service myself and know what top notch service looks and feels like when I come across it. I will not go back there for service. I had paid to have my transmission fluid changed. I had to wait 3 hours for the service to be completed, even though I had an appointment. The next time I got an oil change at another service center, they informed me that the transmission fluid had not been changed. I took my Honda back to the dealership, and they made me wait another 3 hours while they changed the transmission fluid. I'm still not sure if it's been changed.

Left car with infrequent main dash issue to be diagnosed and fixed. Called in the end of first day that they need more time as they found new errors. Called in the end of the day that they didn't find any problems using their phone with dash and that I have 1.5h to get the car till the end of the day.
What I can say thank you for 2 days of uber and for not fixing anything.

The dealership have wide range of cars availability and the competitive rates compared to the other dealer.

I worked specially with Thomas. He was really helpful and had a great knowledge about what he was selling to us. We took 7 days to finalise the car but he was constantly in touch and following up and answering our lots of questions.

Great guy and a good salesman. He is a gem and asset for the dealership.

I give Honda of Steven's Creek 5 stars. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was professional and took care of me quickly. The process was efficient. The waiting room had a TV that was playing the news, it also had donuts for breakfast, and a nice coffee machine.

The service advisors and the time to service exceeds expectations. But they re expensive, same battery costs at least $45 less at costco. Also the tpms sensor that they quoted me is 50% expensive before adding the service costs. Tires were also super expensive compared to outside where they are $150-$200 cheaper for a set of 4.

Naresh Doshi provided a thorough service with little to no hassle. He was very receptive and extremely friendly. He made sure I was aware not only of every feature regarding the vehicle, but also about some of the things you may not consider about the whole process. Always transparent and cordial. Phillip also presented a friendly service, going over some of the paper work and suggesting and explaining the available options effectively. I definitely recommend working with both and the dealership overall.
