We had four time to fix issue with Apple car play ...

We had four time to fix issue with Apple car play on Honda accord hybrid and still the issue is not fixed.

Technicians are not knowledgable and don't understand and draft the issue well and kept calling us four time for same issue. And the irony is issue is still not fixed. I was hoping that the Honda of Stevens Creek since its an affiliated Honda dealership would know be very experienced. Unfortunately, it was opposite. Technicians were inexperienced.

Really unhappy with service and would never go this dealership.
