Im trying to get a replacement key for my girlfriends car. After letting the parts department ring for about 4 minutes a ladies voice comes on the phone and says "Hi". No introduction to let me know if this is the parts department, or Stevens Creek Honda, or even her name. But I explain my request, at which point she says she will connect me to the parts department. So I wait another 4 minutes of ringing and once again her voice comes on the phone and she tells me she will try again to connect me. This time the phone rings for about 5 minutes before the call is disconnected. So I call back, another 4 minutes of ringing, and then there is a moment of what sounds like hold music, a click, and then someones voice mail answers in spanish. So after almost 20 minutes of listening to the phone ring I still have no help, and im rather irritated. This is not acceptable.

I went to Honda of SC looking to buy a used Honda and was greeted by Sami. He took me to the car I was looking for and to my surprise it was a manual transmission (my mistake). Sami presented the opportunity to possibly buy or lease a new car and said he would do the best he could to make sure I would get what I was looking for before I left. He stayed with me the entire time of the process (even after they closed) and showed me how to use all of the features in my new 2014 Accord and got me a very reasonable price. During the month of July, 2013 I purchased a used 2010 Honda Accord as a result feel I got defrauded by Honda of Steven Creek and staff.
On or about July, 2013, I went in and spoke with car salesman Mike Djahara. and I test drove a used 2010 Honda Accord. The car looked fine and felt fine, and I specifically asked Mike if this car had been in an accident and he said "NO".
My cosigner and I proceeded to sign all documents. About two weeks after I went to get my windows tinted the tint shop informed me that one of my doors wobbled to much and that I should have it checked out.
I took it to Honda Steven Creek recommended body shop AW Collision of San Jose and after their inspection they informed me that my car had in fact been in a car accident and someone attempted to cover it up making it an unsafe vehicle.
The body shop told me the estimated cost to have this car repair would be $9,137.
I immediately took this issue to Honda Steven Creek and I spoke with Samantha Elrite and I explained my problem to her and I gave her a copy of the repair cost estimate and of course she told me that there was no one there to help me and to go home and she will show her boss my documents.
During a period of 3-4 weeks I spoke with Subhash Chandran General Manager, Moe Atta General Sales Manager, Abraham Finance and Mike Djahara car salesman.
I begged them to please help me out with this unsafe vehicle. I informed them that I feel they took advantage of me by selling me a wrecked and unsafe vehicle and I simply wanted them to give me for what I'm paying for and after numerous of phone calls and three or four visits to Honda of Steven Creek dealership they refused to help me out making all sorts of excuses and disrespecting me and my cosigner. In addition they went as far as to tell me that Honda of Steven Creek had millions of dollars to spend in attorneys in case I wanted to sue them.
As a result I contacted the auto fraud legal center and attorney Hawk and his firm decided to fight for my rights as a consumer and sue this dealership for their wrongdoing.
My case is currently pending in California in the Santa Clara County Superior Court Civil Case Number 1-13-CV-254207, in which Honda of Steven Creek is doing business as Santa Clara Imported Cars, Inc
In addition we just had a mediation hearing on 01/15/2014, in which of course nothing happen at mediation thanks to their refusal.
Overall, I'm an all American guy that is just trying to make it, I have two jobs and I am putting myself through college (Engineering major). I went to a Honda dealership and not to a mom and pop dealership in order to avoid these kinds of problems. Honestly, because it was a Honda dealership I felt I can trust them and get myself a good reliable car. Unfortunately, Honda Steven Creek clearly took advantage of me and even after I took this problem to them they have refused to help me out.
$9,137 is a lot of money for car repairs. I can see why they would like to dump this car on somebody and get it out of their dealership.
Once again a huge corporation is taking advantage of the small people/consumer and tax payer.
I wonder if they have sold other wrecked vehicles without telling the buyer.

Steve, my service person, was a dream come true at Honda of Stevens Creek. He flawlessly guided me through what I thought was a minor electrical problem but was actually a huge problem. Did you know that mice can and will move into your engine compartment and build a nest??? That wasn t even the worst part, they were also dinning on not just some, but most of the electrical wiring under the car. Enough about mice and back to Steve. He walked me through the entire process, and even offered to stay late on Saturday, so I could pick my car up. I wish I could have given him a hug for being so nice.

The guy named 'Ant Lo' came and took me out to show the car, he opened the car door and left and told he will be back without answering any of my questions. He never came back, I went back to customer service area and waited. After 15 minutes I saw him in the customer service area, he looked at me but didn't feel like coming or talking to me. The service staff are great. 1.5 - 2 HOURS for an oil change is ridiculous! The last 2 times I have come in for oil service (only) and I have been told the wait is 1.5 hours. This has changed in the last year - I used to bring my car with no appointment to the Express Service line and would end up waiting about 30 minutes - this is reasonable. I only have 2 days a week where I don't have to work to get my own "chores" done - having an oil change require 2 HOURS of my personal time, even WITH A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, is enraging! You do not value my time and that is extremely disappointing as a repeat customer. (Bought 2 new vehicles here)

I answered questions and became distracted when my ride was getting mad at waiting. I expressed this to the agent but he continued. I expressed again that i had to go. He tells me the service is going to be $471.00. I thought the service was covered in my warrenty for the seatbelt light. He said it was. And told me to sign. I assumed incorrectly that it would of cost that much had it not been warnty. The next day when called about pick up I was told it was $471. Again i said I thought it was covered and was he saying I had to pay that much to get my car? He told me I did. That I had signed for 30,000 mile service. I was so upset. That was my rent money. The next day my tire light came back on. I had asked them to check that light but was told I can reset it myself. I went and had all my tires checked eleswhere and can't find any issues and the light stays on again. I guess they didn t check it. Frustrating

Took my Civic to get serviced. Everything went well until I came to pick it up. I walked into the front door and asked the first person I see about how/where I could pick my car up from, as well as the name of the rep that contacted me. I was given some unclear instructions, along of the lines of: 'service rep *something* cashier *points to the back*'. So I walk to the back of the service area to the first desk I see. I ask the people behind it about the service rep, and they told me that he'd come out to the waiting area. So I went back to the front, sat down, and waited. The rep comes up to the original guy I talked to, sees me, completely ignores me, then walks out to talk to some new customers. I wait patiently for 10 minutes. The guy who I first talked to looks up and sees me, then asks: 'can I help you'? (really though...) I tell him I'm waiting for the rep, because at this point, i see my car, but I have no idea where I can get the keys, an update about the service, etc... 5-10 mins later, the rep finally walks back and the guy behind the desk tells him I'm waiting. He says: 'oh sorry, didn't realize you were waiting', walks me back to the cashier, and finally finish my stuff up and get the car.
