I called for an appointment for the airbag recall.They checked inventory and offered me an appointment 2 days later.
When I arrived at the scheduled time, I had to wait 10 minutes for a service writer. (At the dealership where I bought this car, I would have been met by a service writer.) I was promised completion within 3 hours. It actually took 2. The waiting area is reasonably nice. At this point 4 stars.
I waited 5 minutes for a porter to back my car out of its space, then he left it pointed away from the exit and handed me the keys. Not a proper release of the vehicle. So, I backed it up enough that I could drive through the service garage to get out.
I miss my old (out of state) dealership's service department; they understood the term "service".
