I've had the most horrible experience in the history of customer service. My family has been without a refrigerator for three months. From looking at everyone's posts, and from recent experience with Sears, It appears there is a gross and negligent issue with both Sears Home Service and Sears Home Warranty. Is anyone interested in a class action law suite?
