This is not the Sears of long ago. Purchased a top which I needed to exchange for a smaller size (with tag on it) and because I didn't have the receipt, they would not exchange it for me for a larger size. WHAT? Meanwhile, I have spent thousands of dollars over the years at Sears and over $24.99, they lost a good customer forever. Spoke to the manager and he refused to do as well. Unbelievable. I WILL NEVER STEP INTO A SEARS AGAIN! I would actually purchase somewhere else even if the price was higher. HORRIBLE customer service. Shame on you Sears! This is not how you treat a long time customer.
