We just bought a refrigerator. Having problems with the ice maker. Can t get the service man to fix it because he just says it s a bad ice maker. Ok then fix it. The first time he came out he wouldn t give us a receipt band said it would come in the mail. The second time he was suppose to come he never showed up. Called hem up just to be told the part didn t come in. It would have been nice to get a call then. NOPE! Ask about our receipt and the lady on the phone got nasty and told us we don t give receipts and if we wanted one then we have to talk with the repair man . Ask yo speak to someone I. Carve and she told us she was the boss. Very rude lady with no customer service skills. Wouldn t buy anymore from sears with this kind of service.
