My Kenmore Elite Fridge is 2 years old & hasn't been working since March 7; 5 service appts, only 2 that the serv tech showed up and other times, no show, but I still had to take off work. Additional contact only pushes me back further so that now they have me scheduled for April 25-which is their solution if you complain too much (they'd really prefer you give up). No consistent info;can never talk to the same person don't bother with their names. Told I would get a replacement (you know, their No Lemon Guarantee?); talked to another person yesterday & now that's changed;they don't count all my service appointments toward that; only 2, no matter. They now want to try to replace each part in the refrigerator, piece by piece; service refers me to replacement number, which turns out to be escalated service-can't talk to the replacement group-even tried to reach Executive Customer Service thru Mr. Lampert's office; another scam-shame on you Consumerist & Consumer Reports. Hardly understandable English from another customer service person - - in India.
I will never buy Sears ever again or any store affiliated with Sears, including K-Mart & will discourage anyone I know from doing so.
